23/08/2026: I recommend the superior room with views of the Lot River

07/06/2026: This hotel from this chain is fantastic in terms of location, but less so in terms of rooms and abominable in terms of service! The front location was an ugly box-like building with an unsecured parking lot that wasn't big enough. Certainly not during peak season. The reception was astonishing… a “manager” yelled at his staff in front of the guests. 😱 Unacceptable! The rooms were disappointing. A view of a roof, no water as a welcome, no shower gel; the beds were good. The kettle had to stand on the floor because the cord is too short to put it on the desk. The chambermaids were nice; one of the receptionists (a slim lady) was very helpful. The air conditioning broke down, so we were given another room (twice), and the last time, the receptionist on duty was tapping her fingers and saying: Depeche TOI!!!! I have to go back to the reception 😱 so bad!!! The breakfast was fine! But the dinner… oh my… so bad. Apart from the piece of meat or fish we ordered, the garnish was exactly the same: pommes Anna, a smear of sweet potato, and some vague jelly-like vegetable pudding or something... in any case, yuck, yuck, yuck. The beautiful photos on the website, oh, oh, oh, how fake!!! Service extremely unfriendly. Anyway, I'm done with this place; we are never coming back, even though our expectations were high. Such a shame. People, learn from this... it will help you...

20/03/2026: I came today with my mom and husband. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meal was hearty and homemade. It's a shame there was a bit of a wait for our plates. But we'll gladly come back ☺️

16/08/2026: Passing through on August 14th, we ate at your inn. The service was very good and the staff friendly. We ordered the escargots as a starter (we were very disappointed by this one; the snails were tiny and there was practically no escargot butter). The beef was decent, and so was my wife's burger. We were a little surprised when the bill arrived: the dessert, which should have been included in our set menu, was charged separately. It's a shame because the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.

30/07/2026: Hello, on July 30, 2026, we came to eat at your establishment, where we had been regular customers for almost five years. We have spent over €3,000 there over the years and have eaten lunch there every day for four years. During our meal, our one-and-a-half-year-old son, who has a disability, banged his fork on the table for about ten seconds. We intervened several times to ask her to stop. Despite this, the restaurant manager approached our son, roughly snatched the fork from his hands, and shouted, “Stop, you’re breaking my head!” Given his young age and disability, we were shocked by this reaction. We have filed a complaint with SignalConso. It is with regret that we inform you that we will no longer be returning to your restaurant, even though we have enjoyed dining there for several years.

04/08/2026: A lovely place with a charming, intimate decor, including velvet curtains at the entrance. The food is delicious, and there's hardly any wait. There's a large parking lot right next door (be careful on busy days). The staff is friendly, especially Cathy. The owner is very welcoming and attentive. You can pet Bella, his little Maltese dog, if you love dogs ❤️❤️. I highly recommend this place.

29/07/2026: The attention to customer service is constant... which is increasingly rare! Well done! Good quality food, fast service, pleasant terrace.

26/08/2026: Following a purchase from one of their boat owners, whom they managed both mechanically and with paperwork, it turns out I was completely ripped off. A con artist with a hidden defect on the outboard motor (bypassing all the engine and ECM safety features to start it with a well-concealed wire, faulty voltage regulator, fuel pump relay, and after all these mishaps, I had a complete overhaul done, and there it was... a metal-filled hole in the engine block around the thermostat housing, with a gaping hole). Of course, the thermostat and water pressure valve were missing. The repair budget skyrocketed. And of course, no recourse. Purchased in winter, first used in spring with the first problems, and hauled out for a week in August with the engine overheating. My week-long vacation in Marseillan Plage was completely ruined. People's dishonesty will eventually be punished. I am not grateful.

12/08/2026: To order, go to the counter. The scannable menu isn't up to date, but it might have been updated after our visit. Otherwise, the atmosphere is great, both visually and aurally, and the manager is very friendly. Go for it!

09/04/2026: We stumbled upon this long, narrow bar with its little door, decided to give it a try, and left happier than ever! The owner is a gem; we laughed, sang, and danced to his old-school playlist of our favorite tunes... in short, thank you again, Jacques, for this wonderful discovery and encounter. Aline

And then the big question: they tell you you're being moved... even though everything is paid for... what a disgrace! I can confirm... we had no choice but to take a standard room... since we were being moved... shame on you for not acknowledging this...

26/09/2026: I invite you to enjoy a delicious ribeye steak, incredibly tender and juicy, and an excellent pycata (slice of beef) to share, all in a generous portion at a reasonable price. THANK YOU

03/10/2026: Exorbitant price for food that leaves much to be desired: 60 euros for two small salmon toasts, three lettuce leaves, and a few baby potatoes. The baby potatoes were clearly reheated (tasting like yesterday's meal at home); even supermarket microwave potatoes are better. You're probably paying for the setting. However, the service was excellent, and the waitress was very kind. Thank you for your hospitality nonetheless. So, if you want to pay for a view, why not? But if you want a good meal, I don't recommend it.

01/10/2026: Thank you to the staff at Tiki for allowing us to celebrate a wonderful birthday on September 12th. We were 20 adults and 6 children, and everything went perfectly. The manager was attentive, and the staff were very friendly. We had a choice of two starters and two main courses. Everything was delicious. The place was very well-maintained and spotless. The lovely terrace offered delicious tapas with our aperitifs. A big thank you from the entire Laborde family.

09/10/2026: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ A disastrous experience! Over 20 minutes of waiting for an order, even though everyone else had already been served, despite this person having ordered first. A truly incomprehensible lack of organization and professionalism. It's unacceptable to have to wait so long when others have already been served. A very disappointing experience; I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs!

05/10/2026: I pick up an order, and the short girl with glasses and curly hair, who's at the gate with the headset taking Uber and drive-thru orders, doesn't say hello, goodbye, or thank you… She's completely lacking in basic manners. Appalling. Teach her some manners, or put her on the chip shop if she can't handle customer service. She has no business being at the counter.

10/10/2026: We were looking for a restaurant that evening where we could be served quickly. The wall next to our table was dirty, with quite a few cobwebs, wires sticking out everywhere, and a lot of gnats too. We also noticed damp patches on the ceiling above the bar… which didn't exactly make us want to stay… In the end, the service was quick and very good, and the staff were very friendly. We ate very well; it was delicious.

02/10/2026: I ordered a "Montagnarde" pizza. It was supposed to have cheese and bacon, but since I can't stand the taste of bacon, they replaced it with smoked ham. My pizza was absolutely delicious. Since I couldn't finish it, they put it in a pizza box for me to take home. I highly recommend this place! 😊👍🏼

08/10/2026: Simply delicious! We ordered an ice cream/gelato and a crepe. Both were very good!

20/09/2026: Best crêpes we've had in Paris. Here you also get strawberries with different toppings, e.g. Nutella, nuts, Oreo etc. Ice cream and better macaroons than at Ladureé. Pink shop with little seating, but worth it!
