20/05/2026: Hello, I'm very disappointed. It's not my first time here, but today wasn't great. The food was tasteless, the portions were small, and to top it off, they sent us an email offering a 25% discount on a dish, which ended up costing me more than if I had ordered a set menu. However, a big thank you to our server Kilian, who was very kind and pleasant compared to other servers. I know how to speak up when things aren't right, but sincerely, a big thank you to Kilian.

18/07/2026: I wrote a review in French where the restait invites you to but they didn’t post it. Used to be really good but these greedy new owners have ruined the restaurant. Disgusting broth in the soupe au ravioli de crevettes that resembled badly made wontons instead stead of har gao. Half the amount of shrimp that tasted as if it was fished from a sewer. A load of cheap industrial thin noodles to make the bowl seem full. We couldn’t even finish. The dining room was empty so I’m not the only one who is never going back. PRISON FOOD IS PROBABLY BETTER. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE JOKE OF A TERRIBLE RESTAURANT THAT USED TO BE DELICIOUS for the French palette.

02/07/2026: The green curry and the flan are delicious. I went there for lunch and the prices are really affordable!

06/06/2026: I ordered a pad thai through Deliveroo. A pad thai with very few ingredients. Noodles, oh yes, there are plenty, it doesn't cost much. But the rest... Pad thai like that are everywhere in the Lille metropolitan area, it's commonplace.

18/05/2026: The hotel provided a very warm welcome, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the housekeeper who kept the room well-maintained and even provided an extra towel. However, the breakfast was disappointing for the price and lacked vegan and halal options. I was also a little disappointed to find a cracked and stained bathtub/shower, rather than a walk-in shower as shown in the photos for the superior double room.

03/07/2026: Orders were forgotten even when the restaurant was empty, orders were left waiting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes even though they were ready, and in the end, they were abandoned on the counter and not a single staff member reacted. :/ This is really unacceptable for a global chain.

03/07/2026: I arrived at this McDonald's at 9:00 AM, it's 9:36 AM and I still haven't received my McFlurry even though I'm the only one in the restaurant. It's outrageous! Bunch of jealous people! Jealous of my son! My son has never stolen anything! Me, I'm Babass!

31/05/2026: Great space for occasional working. Focused environment, friendly staff and very good espresso.

19/05/2026: It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. The place had power outlets, and drinks and snacks were unlimited. Don't expect exceptional drinks, but they were reasonable. For €6.50 (1 hour) including drinks, it's a good and different experience; it can be useful when you have to work or make time for an appointment.

25/05/2026: Our reservation for 18 people was cancelled and therefore not honored despite a deposit paid. Apparently, we didn't represent enough money for two nights. Lamentable. I absolutely do not recommend this place. A complete lack of professionalism.

23/02/2026: It's a shame zero stars isn't possible because it was truly the worst experience of my life. One word: run away! I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, which is filthy and staffed with dishonest people. We booked for two nights. To begin with, the key wasn't in the locker when we arrived. We had to find our own way to the room, which was already open, with the key inside. The first night, my 18-month-old daughter became seriously ill because the heating only warmed about 2 cm of the room. The bed was freezing, and using sheets as a duvet in February was appalling. Furthermore, the hotel has never been cleaned since it opened; we found dust and hair everywhere. The room was so cold we fell asleep with our coats on. It was impossible for us to stay another night, so we requested a refund. The receptionist asked for our bank details (RIB) because even she, upon entering the room, remarked, "Oh yes, indeed, it's a penguin room..." We sent the bank details, and to this day, nothing. Today we contacted the establishment, and the woman told us there would be no refund since we didn't stay the night. Before leaving, she assured us she would take care of it. Truly the worst experience ever!!!

11/04/2026: Visited last night. The waiters were friendly, but there was no atmosphere except for having a drink at the bar. There was a problem with my partner's chicken burger. It was fried, thank you very much, I know what that means... except that she had an immediate stomach ache because the so-called chicken fillet... it had neither the taste nor the flavor of chicken, it was completely overcooked in deep fryer oil. The chef offered no apology to my partner; his only response was, "It's fried, so it's logical, that's how it is." Otherwise, the kirs were well-served, and the Saint Bargeau special burger and fries were good. We won't be returning because of the chef's indifferent attitude. Best of luck.

05/04/2026: I'm really disappointed. I've lived in the neighborhood for 15 years. I ordered a large coffee, waited 15 minutes, and there was no sugar available. Not to mention the complete lack of greetings. This is definitely a brasserie to avoid. And as for the tobacco, forget about it! I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, knowing I buy my cartons there, but I only had my card and they refused. In short, a disaster.
