26/05/2026: Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Ideally located in the heart of the village. We were greeted by a lady, the owner's daughter, who was incredibly kind and professional. The owner's father served us a generous breakfast, a real meal with both savory and sweet options – something for everyone. He made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very functional and had all the necessary toiletries. We had a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality. And I mustn't forget Noisette, the dog, who got along very well with ours, as they are pet-friendly – ​​a real plus.

29/03/2026: I wanted to share my rather mixed experience. Three years ago, I stayed at this hotel and had wonderful memories of it: everything went very well, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I returned this weekend with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short, especially considering the price (€250 per night, without dinner). As soon as we arrived in the room, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since we are non-smokers, this was very unpleasant throughout our stay. We also wanted to use the jacuzzi, but there was hardly any hot water, making it unusable. Furthermore, we were unable to access the spa, which had been booked. Another problem was the lack of staff at reception. I looked for someone three times without success. During the night, around 1:30 a.m., the hotel bar was very noisy, with clearly intoxicated patrons, which severely disrupted our sleep. Finally, when I reported these issues to reception at the end of my stay, the response was very disappointing: I was told there had been no noise and that they didn't understand the source of the odors. I would have simply expected a minimum of attention and an apology. The receptionist's rather nonchalant attitude, particularly during the room check-in, reinforced this feeling. On a positive note, however, the breakfast was very good, with quality products and a good selection. It's a real shame, as I had a very positive impression of this establishment. I sincerely hope these points will be taken into account to improve the experience for future guests.

07/10/2026: Avoid at all costs! If you're looking for a real pizza, look elsewhere. The dough is tasteless and has a cardboard-like texture (get your knives ready, cutting it requires effort!), and the toppings are practically nonexistent. In short, a completely inedible dish. A very bad experience.

26/09/2026: I'm giving it one star because you can't give zero... I ordered the carbonara. The pasta was too thin, there was no topping, and the Gruyère cheese was right on the pasta (it's supposed to be mozzarella). The best ingredient was the egg... The decor is nothing like Italy, and certainly not Neapolitan... Being a huge fan of this city (which is why I went to this place in the first place...)... The price? Don't even get me started. 18 euros for Gruyère on a cracker... I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to... Not good and nothing like Neapolitan... I felt ripped off... On the other hand, the restaurant lives up to its name... And that's putting it mildly...

23/07/2026: We stayed here for one night with our 3 children (aged 4 to 11) during a heatwave. Upon checking in late at 22:30, the room was boiling hot. The staff admitted that they forgot to turn on the AC in advance because they 'missed our booking in the right computer', even though we booked 2 weeks prior. The front desk promised the room would cool down in 1-2 hours, but the AC barely blew any air. I ended up sleeping only 3 hours after placing a wet towel on my back to survive the heat. When Hotels.com tried to call the hotel the next morning to resolve the issue, the hotel staff hung up on them 3 times in a row. They offered a 15 € breakfast discount for the kids on checkout, but that does not compensate for a completely sleepless night for a family of five. Avoid this hotel if you travel with children during summer.

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: ​​very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.

30/07/2026: A really nice bar. I go there whenever I'm in Paris. The owner is a good guy. Plus, you can sit inside the Passage Brady. A bar with a great clientele. Go have a drink there.
