11/07/2026: We went once...then twice, and we'll definitely be back 😉. My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Watching the sunset from the restaurant was fantastic. Good food, pleasant and efficient waiter. Honestly, I don't understand the previous review; it was so unfair.

12/05/2026: What can I say about the bakery server… Who doesn't say hello and keeps cleaning her floor for 5 minutes with a customer right in front of her, probably thinking it's up to the customer to make the first move… The customer is starting to think they're bothering her ;) then laughs as if we're being rude. Incidentally, it's no better than when she yells and gets angry in front of customers because her colleagues or supervisor are bad. Come on 🫠

05/07/2026: July 2026, Brasserie du Théâtre, Annecy. A party of six for dinner, table set for five. I took an empty chair next to us, and the waiter arrogantly told me, "Put it back." I reminded him that it was his job to take care of the customers. All the staff were unpleasant, clearly because we were tourists. No apologies, no solutions offered. You may hate tourism, but it's thanks to us that you make a living. One star, unacceptable.

06/07/2026: Horrible experience. The food was low quality, with little variety. The place looks like it belongs in Provence but doesn't serve any typical dishes. It was 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) on a hot day, and when I asked about air conditioning, they told me the breeze from the street was enough. To top it all off, they charged us for drinks we hadn't ordered. Not recommended at all.

01/07/2026: Waiters added extra portions of a dish without asking. We only found out when we received the bill. Incorrect dishes were also served, and when we mentioned this upon arrival, there was no room for understanding or flexibility. We were well received, but from the moment they started making mistakes themselves and were called out on it (in a respectful and friendly manner), it was over with ‘good service’. NOT RECOMMENDED.

16/01/2026: New owner and new name. The new owner, who is friendly, offers a menu of traditional dishes made with local ingredients (from nearby farms). I stopped by at 11:30 am and it smelled delicious. I encourage you to go and see for yourself.

28/10/2025: I'm in the restaurant right now. It's not my first time here; I eat at a lot of restaurants about once a month because of my job. I'm always warmly welcomed with a smile, and the food is good and fresh. And it's not expensive at all. I highly recommend it. If you want to eat well, have a good time, and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, stop by.

01/07/2026: In the context of my father's funeral, my mother and I reserved a space at this establishment four days in advance to accommodate our loved ones after the ceremony. The manager had confirmed to us, before our departure, that everything was properly registered. On the day of the funeral, upon our arrival, nothing was ready. The only waitress present wasn't even aware of our reservation. Fortunately, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, calling on a colleague and the cook for help. She did everything she could to rectify this situation, for which they were not responsible. A huge thank you to them. The next day, I returned to ask the manager for an explanation. I was met with utter disdain. She simply stated that she was waiting for a confirmation call, without acknowledging the problem, without offering the slightest apology, and without showing even a modicum of empathy, despite the circumstances. Mistakes happen. On the other hand, the lack of a sense of responsibility and consideration towards grieving customers is, for me, unacceptable.

14/06/2026: Visible from the road, the charming hamlet, perfect for exploring on foot, and the impressive remains of the Cistercian abbey are well worth a visit. It's a shame there's no historical information about the site, even though the panels recounting the villagers' stories are very interesting. Definitely worth discovering in July during the "Joutes and Troubadours" festival! 😉

15/05/2026: Not bad, but way too expensive for what it is. The products are average quality at a slightly excessive price, but hey, we're practically in the Marais district, so maybe they can get away with these kinds of prices 😔 Update May 15, 2026 A week ago, I bought some Scarmozza cheese because it was available near my place! The guy started to take one and then changed his mind (I remember it very well). He gave me another one without asking when I planned to eat it. Except it expired 4 days later! I wasn't paying attention, and bam, right on May 12th, mold! I hadn't even opened the package, and I still haven't opened it to take this picture for you!! He sold me a Scarmozza that expires like 2 days later 🤢 It's a disgrace... I hope there will be some karma coming back to haunt them very soon! RUN AWAY!

04/05/2026: I'm speechless every time I eat these focaccias… they're simply incredible from start to finish. The Parma ham is the best I've ever had. Packed with simple and effective Italian ingredients and preparations (and above all, delicious!). Forget the fancy Italian restaurants, this is where you eat well, and this is where you eat well!! Thank you again! 💚🤍❤️

19/05/2026: I ordered a pan Supreme expecting something close to the American version. It was okay. Almost close to it. The American version has Italian sausage but the French version has ground beef. The dough was ok but would've been so much better if it was cooked longer where the crust was a golden brown. I have been missing American pizza ever since moving to France, and this was the closest yet.

29/06/2026: Quite disappointed. We had booked for Father's Day, and what a shame to find fried chicken that was better than red meat in a restaurant supposedly specializing in grilled food... The meat was very rubbery, expensive, and we felt like the staff were trying to free up the table to accommodate other customers; we almost felt like we were intruding. A small plus was the complimentary salad, which is always offered and is becoming increasingly rare these days. I hope to find a warmer atmosphere next time we return.

14/07/2026: I agree with the others who gave this place a 0… and frankly, if I could give it a negative rating, I would without hesitation. The staff at reception are tense (and yet, there is a receptionist, but it's completely useless given their attitude). A pizza that tastes exactly like its packaging, and a burger that barely has any flavor beyond aluminum foil… It's a disgrace. Avoid it like the plague.

14/07/2026: The staff is beyond unpleasant, the pizzas are barely edible, but avoid this place at all costs! I don't understand how they're still open, everything is so awful, and I didn't think it was possible to make pizzas this bad!!!
