26/09/2026: Great location, but the service was appalling! The waiter—perhaps the owner?—refused to serve me a glass of ice with my coffee! Yes, I like iced coffee 😉 I even offered to pay extra, but he still refused! Perhaps he should find another line of work? Avoid this place! There are plenty of other terraces along the Seine where the service is lovely. 😊

22/05/2026: If only there were more shops like this, with so much choice, quality, and above all, such friendly staff. Many young people go to fast food restaurants when there's something like this just a stone's throw from the city center. Finally, a delicious dish of the day with a variety of meats at a great price! Everything was reheated and served with kindness. Thank you! We're from Italy and were lucky enough to find you, so we didn't have to eat the same old restaurant fare. Good luck!

26/09/2026: Stuck in a hotel with no restaurant one evening, I ordered a salad as a last resort, and my expectations were far exceeded! I was first pleasantly surprised by the incredible freshness of the ingredients. But what touched me most was the exceptional kindness of the owner: even though there was no delivery service that evening, he didn't want to leave me stranded at the hotel and took the trouble to deliver it himself. I am incredibly grateful for this kind gesture. And to top it all off: I thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end! A place I wholeheartedly recommend.

03/10/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The meat was served cold and undercooked (rare), even though the waiter never asked how I wanted it cooked. This should definitely have been checked before serving the dish. Somehow the quantity was good. The dining room is too dark, which made the overall atmosphere less pleasant.

11/04/2026: Horrible service , the food in the main restaurant is terrible and the service in the restaurant is teribble! The rooms are not that clean. They didn’t add more towels when they were all used. The room was soooooooo hot, the bed is uncomfortable and so are the pillows. In breakfast they charge you money if you ask for fresh orange juice, in the half board they caculate at dinner what you order and the if you exceed 65 euro per person they charge you extra. The only good thing I have to say is about the ski shop - Andy was so lovely and gave us the best service. Bottom line this is not a 5 stars hotel

07/04/2026: Great experience despite reading the mixed reviews. The staffs and conceige were all very friendly and approachable, we had a great time with gd memories of our stay Heated ski lockers and ski in/out was super convenient. Not to mention the ski rental is just beside the lobby. Special mention to the one of the conceige staff ( a young guy sorry we din get his name ) who assisted my hubby with the winter socks for our rental car. He even gave us 2 bottles of water for the road. These kind gestures meant so much to us. Oh the free shuttle to town and back were such a nice touch esp on snowy days. Thank you Altapura for adding fond memories to our French alps adventure. Hope to be back in near future as we are from far away Asia.

01/06/2026: A huge thank you for this wonderful experience! We came about a month ago for my girlfriend's birthday, and we were absolutely delighted with the welcome and service. I had simply requested a small romantic upgrade for our room, without expecting anything in particular… and what a wonderful surprise it was when we arrived! The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals everywhere, lovely decorations on the towels, macarons, fruit juices, lots of little touches, and a personalized welcome note. All of this was offered free of charge, which touched us deeply. A huge thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and all the thoughtful touches that made this moment even more special and unforgettable. The welcome was perfect, and everyone there was lovely. We will definitely be back!

03/05/2026: My review of this accommodation is based solely on the location and the room, as we neither ate at the restaurant nor had breakfast. The place itself is beautiful and exudes serenity. We returned from our evening out shortly after midnight (we had checked in beforehand), and we couldn't get in. We called reception, but it was closed, and the 24/7 emergency number didn't work either. Finally, we were able to enter the building through the back; the sliding doors worked without a card or code. The room is spacious, quite well laid out, and very clean, but the bed creaked loudly, and there was a very strong (almost nauseating) smell of sewage in the bathroom, especially in the morning. What a shame…

22/07/2026: Fantastic stay in Paris! I stayed in a great Airbnb in the 15th arrondissement; it was the perfect base for exploring the city. Paris is truly a magnificent city! As for the food, I had a very good overall experience.

09/09/2026: It's a shame, as we've been regulars for team lunches at your establishment for years, but we've decided not to return because the last three times we waited around 45 minutes to be served, even though we only have an hour for lunch. Pizzas are quick, but not the main courses. Perhaps it's time to hire an extra employee or reorganize things, as it's clear the restaurant isn't as busy as it used to be. It's a pity because the staff are very friendly.
