22/02/2026: We had lunch at Ulysse en Gaule and had a great time. We chose savory crepes, which were delicious and well-filled, made with top-quality ingredients. You can sense the attention paid to the preparation and the products used. The place is simple, homey, and very familiar, with a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. The owners and the service were very kind and friendly. We also really appreciated the traditional Greek dessert offered to us at the end of the meal, a truly welcome gesture that made the experience even more enjoyable. Recommended for those looking for a genuine and informal place to eat well in a relaxed atmosphere.

15/03/2026: The service and food were absolutely top-notch. The food was excellent, with generous portions and delicious flavors. We came as a group of 9 on Friday, March 13th and Saturday, March 14th for a championship trip. Friday evening was perfect, the waiter was very kind and professional. We called again on our way out to reserve for Saturday evening. The phone reception was not pleasant at all; we were told we had to be on time. Since we were competing, we decided to reserve for 8:30 pm to be on the safe side. We arrived on Saturday at 8:12 pm, figuring we wouldn't be late anyway, even if it meant waiting. We were finally seated at 9:15 pm with no apology from management, nothing, as if they could be late but not the customers. We accepted it because the waiter recognized us from the previous day. He was incredibly professional, reciting everything we had ordered the day before without a single mistake. Of course, to tease him, we changed a few things on Saturday, but it was still absolutely fantastic. Management felt entitled to make very unpleasant remarks to him in front of a packed restaurant. He's courageous and loves his job. Well done to him and the kitchen team! Thanks again, JM, and best of luck! I hope management realizes what a gem they have. (The table of annoying people with the greatest pleasure 😉)

23/03/2026: I chose this restaurant for my birthday because what I saw online appealed to me 😀 A very beautiful place, lovely terrace, and a large, modern dining room with very high ceilings, just a little noisy for me... A small starter to share with my husband 🙂 then for me, an absolutely delicious confit lamb shank with mashed potatoes, and for my husband, a divine duck breast with the same mashed potatoes as me 🤗 Gourmet coffee for both of us ☕️ A very warm welcome and perfect service, thank you! We will gladly return, and soon for my husband's birthday this time, but on the terrace ⛱️☀️

24/03/2026: Very disappointed, the brand is nothing like it used to be. You arrive at lunchtime to eat, less than a quarter of the menu is available, and the staff are sitting at their computers in the restaurant. I left because I was so annoyed.

Don't hesitate to order a small glass of wine with your meal. Furthermore, the dessert menu is simple but effective. The desserts are really well done; I highly recommend it. The service was excellent, and the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and genuinely wholesome. The space is spotless, and there is a real sense of care in everything they do. From the outside, you might not expect just how delicious, healthy, and satisfying the food is, but it truly exceeded all expectations. A special thank you to Chef Mehmet for such a wonderful experience. We arrived curious and left with big smiles and very happy, full stomachs. Merci beaucoup!

11/03/2026: We've eaten at Le Bistroquet several times and it's always been excellent. The vaulted ceiling in the restaurant's basement is truly beautiful, a real bonus. Special mention goes to the owner who is super friendly and really knows how to sell his dishes! One of our favorite restaurants in Aix 🍽️

The meal was excellent: succulent meat, the truffle linguine was divine, and the wine was absolutely perfect. The bill was reasonable. Go there; you won't be disappointed.
