11/10/2026: Fantastic and inexpensive with a 30% discount through TheFork on a Saturday night. Exceptional dishes and sauces, however, the 37.5 cl bottles of wine listed online are no longer available. Glad to have discovered this restaurant.

03/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! I had a fantastic time. The welcome was warm, the setting pleasant, and you can tell that real care is taken with both the service and the dishes. The scallops were perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, with a sauce that was just the right amount of spicy: enough to add character without overpowering the taste of the scallops. The portions are generous, the presentation is elegant, and the dishes definitely make you want to come back to explore the rest of the menu. A very good Thai restaurant in Paris that I highly recommend.

04/10/2026: O Moulin - Carssac Aillac - September 2026 What a pleasure to return to this establishment near the banks of the famous Dordogne River, which we frequented a few years ago... Once again, the tone is set from the very first bites. Cod fritters, local cheese croquettes, and beetroot and horseradish espuma. Taste, flavors, zest, creativity... nothing but good things to start. We eagerly await the rest of the meal. The starters: Borrèze trout and coleslaw, a very pretty and refined dish. We would have liked a slightly larger portion of trout. The other, escalope of foie gras, open ravioli with confit, and creamy coco beans, is a classic these days, but perfectly executed. As for the main courses: Pork loin, stuffed piquillo peppers and Basque garnish, chorizo ​​jus. Olé Olé! Duck breast, seasonal vegetables in a red wine sauce, and creamy porcini mushrooms... To finish: a marriage of dark chocolate and coconut. Original, fresh, and... excellent. Best of luck with your business.

24/09/2026: Savory crepe tasting with thyme ice cream! A unique experience and a first for us. We were there with our sisters and our dogs, and received a very warm welcome 🐶 – especially important when you're accompanied by them! The sweet crepe was also very good. 13/09/2026: We enjoyed a classic buckwheat crepe and an Indian-style crepe, both accompanied by a scoop of thyme ice cream – a real treat for our taste buds. The staff were very attentive and understanding.
