25/07/2026: A very bad experience at Oita Sushi in Calais. We ordered the "Menu d'Amour" takeaway for €48.90. Upon returning to our apartment and after starting our dinner, we realized that the 8 skewers (2 chicken, 2 chicken meatballs, 2 beef with cheese, and 2 salmon), which were included in the menu, were missing. We didn't call the restaurant back and we didn't return, as we had already started eating and it was too late to go back. Forgetting a side dish is one thing, but forgetting all 8 skewers is an unacceptable mistake. We paid the full price for an incomplete meal. Check your order carefully before leaving the restaurant. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

09/06/2026: EDIT: While still delicious, the sushi is getting smaller and smaller... The salad and soup are also very small, so don't come hungry. And I'm disappointed that despite coming often, there's never a little something extra or a small gift for loyalty. The sushi is delicious, and the service is impeccable. I often get takeout.

03/07/2026: A pretty good experience for a quick and decent meal. The waitress who served us was very friendly. The prices are also quite reasonable.

04/07/2026: The service was just awful. We walked in to find one employee slumped in a chair, a second with AirPods in her ears, and a third with absolutely no smile—none whatsoever on any of the three, in fact. The man served us without gloves and chatted and laughed loudly with his two colleagues throughout our order, but when they spoke to us, none of the three laughed or smiled, even though we did. I asked one of the women a question, and she replied, "Sorry, I couldn't hear you with the music in my AirPods." It felt like we were bothering them; the atmosphere was very awkward.

10/06/2026: The sandwich was as good as ever. The staff were pleasant and the place was very clean.

30/07/2026: I came specifically for the pan bagnat. Excellent, thank you. A minor point: the hot dog wasn't suitable for my daughter, as it wasn't in a hot dog bun, and I found it a bit pricey.

22/07/2026: The place is very pleasant, ideally located by the sea. It's a perfect spot to enjoy an ice cream or a drink before or after a day at the beach. We chose to come after reading the many positive reviews, eager to try their famous pan bagnat. Unfortunately, they were already sold out when we arrived, and the last two were reserved. So we opted for sandwiches and paninis. What a disappointment! They were very sparsely filled, with minimal ingredients. We really got the impression that cutting costs on raw materials was a priority. For a price between €6 and €7, we expected much higher quality, especially the bread, which was quite basic. It's a shame, because the setting is really lovely, but the experience didn't win us over. We won't be back.

11/06/2026: I'm disappointed! Very disappointed by the reception from a woman. She seemed to have a lip piercing. The service was awful—no hello, no goodbye. Nothing. I came to order a strawberry tart and mini doughnuts, we paid, and then we had to play hide-and-seek to find our items. It's unacceptable. Customer service? ZERO! I will never come back, and I advise you all to do the same. Have a bad day.

20/07/2026: Even the town hall admits that the cost of waste collection is too high and refuses to provide bins. Leave the beach clean, but sunbathe with your trash next to you to throw away at home: that's "progress." 🤡 (You have to pay for quality services. 🤡)

21/07/2026: A truly special moment, away from the hustle and bustle of the park. The dining room is spacious, calm, and very pleasant. Everything was perfect: the dishes were high-quality, beautifully presented, with refined and sophisticated flavors; the service was friendly and efficient. Special mention to Arthur for his excellent wine selection and his kindness!

02/07/2026: Pleasant space, decent service. However, the Italian salad, which I was anticipating as a culinary journey to Italy, didn't do justice to this beautiful country and its local produce; tasteless tomatoes, low-quality mozzarella... What a shame!

13/06/2026: I highly recommend this Italian restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the atmosphere, and the generous, high-quality portions. Excellent value for money. We came as a group of 12 for a family event and were delighted with our experience at La Taverna di Palermo.

14/05/2026: Not many people for a Sunday 😱 It used to be much better. The restaurant's entrance is filthy, even covered in cobwebs... The carpet is littered with dead leaves and other debris... Frankly, it's no wonder it puts people off. Between courses, the cook is cleaning his planters on the terrace... That was our last visit. Otherwise, the meal was quite good.

31/05/2026: The setting is very nice, but unfortunately the service lacks warmth. Has Les Trappeurs become a tourist trap? As for the meal, I find the prices/quality questionable. The bread was moldy, even though we reported it… what a shame. We won't be back.
