12/04/2026: I've been there a few times, and I find it really expensive; the side dish is €11! They have set lunch menus on weekdays for €15 with a side dish, main course, and starter. It's not bad, but you can tell it's reheated.

28/04/2026: I ordered the lunch special: main course + dessert, with an egg mayonnaise as a starter (not included in the set menu). The waiter refused to charge me the price of the set menu plus the à la carte price of the egg mayonnaise. He charged me for the starter + main course + dessert à la carte. Unacceptable!!! 11/07/2026: Probably the worst Guinness I’ve ever had, staff were friendly but if you call yourself an Irish pub and serve a flat Guinness in the wrong glass with zero foam and a weird smell.. sorry but that’s 1star

27/06/2026: Delivery was over an hour late! The reason given when we called them back was, "Too many pizzas tonight!" Seriously, too many pizzas for a pizzeria is ridiculous. Seriously, that's taking advantage. When you choose to have your food delivered, you should make sure you can actually deliver. Especially since the delivery driver told us they couldn't get the pizzas, while the restaurant said the opposite.

05/05/2026: We always enjoy going there to eat; the food is good and the service is excellent. There's a lovely outdoor terrace, the place is well-maintained, and the restrooms are clean. You can go there without any worries. As for prices, it's a touristy spot, so they reflect that, but they're still reasonable.

04/05/2026: Reservation for 9 pm I went there for dinner one evening and arrived a little late. A table was reserved in a nice little corner. The decor is typically Alsatian, and the waiter was friendly. I ordered a flammekueche with Munster cheese, which was delicious and a generous portion. Good establishment; the interior decor is typically Alsatian.

03/07/2026: The best bar in Narbonne. You can go there with your eyes closed and your glasses full! I recommend it for people who aren't afraid to finish their drinks! The servers are lovely, always smiling, and they have a great memory for taking orders!

07/06/2026: Black delivery driver (I'm Black myself, so this isn't racist at all) He just delivered to me for the first time, and he's really, really unprofessional, rude, and very arrogant!!!! I much prefer the Chinese delivery driver! I'm really disappointed. As a very good customer, next time I'll go elsewhere because of him!!!!

14/07/2026: I went last night and the upstairs toilet was blocked, it annoyed me, I had to go see the manager. It's starting to get on my nerves, and then we couldn't even wash up because it was blocked. I'm sorry, but it's really annoying.

06/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome with our two dogs. The service was perfect, and Jacqueline was very kind. We were even allowed to swim with the dogs on their private beach. Thank you so much!

21/05/2026: We've stayed at this hotel before and have always been delighted. However, our last stay was a real disappointment. The room was nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel: mold and dust around the window, faded paint, and stains on the floor. On the other hand, the staff were excellent, as were the restaurant and service. And a big thank you to the masseuse who was perfect.

21/05/2026: Hello What a disappointment regarding the dirty and outdated room. The reception was fine, the massage was fine, and dinner and service were fine. But the room was a disaster. The photos speak for themselves...

18/07/2026: Very disappointed by the organization and especially by the lack of information. We came for a baby swimming session with our 7-month-old daughter. We paid €25 for the baby and two adults, and in the end, I was forbidden from staying near my daughter because it was supposedly forbidden to remain clothed in the pool area! I'm talking about simply being near her, even though we explained to reception that her father would be swimming with our daughter and that I would accompany him without swimming myself. No one informed us that it was forbidden to remain clothed in the pool area! So I had to leave and leave my daughter with her father for her first time in the pool! And to make matters worse, I set myself up outside the pool area at the entrance, and then they came and told me I should be behind the glass panels instead… it's ridiculous! I understand that you can have your own rules, but you need to explain them clearly to reception. If I had known I wouldn't be able to stay in the room near my daughter, I could have made other arrangements. For an activity intended for babies, I find this situation very disappointing, and the lack of communication is truly regrettable. I hope the establishment will take the necessary steps to properly inform families in the future.

15/07/2026: Swimming caps are mandatory and cost €10! The showers are filthy with an extremely unpleasant smell. Apart from the main swimming pool, the other pools are very small and unsuitable. The only positive point is the terrace, but watch out for the parasols – they blow away!

04/06/2026: It's very noisy, the tables are very close together. The ingredients in the ramen aren't those listed on the menu. It's not exceptional ramen.

02/06/2026: Don't pay attention to the opinions of those pretentious types who get diarrhea the moment they leave their homes. As a restaurant owner, though not from the area, I eat at this place at various times of the year when I'm in Paris, and I've never been sick. The service is adorable, the food is homemade, and everything is cooked right in front of you if you pay attention! In almost six years of going there, I've never been sick.

09/02/2026: Senior residence with some apartments offered in a hotel-style format. A wonderful welcome, clean, very functional, and comfortable apartments. A huge thank you especially to Chaïma, who welcomed us with truly remarkable kindness and attentiveness. She promptly informed us of the delay with one of our bags, with great professionalism and consideration. Chaïma was lovely, very professional, always smiling, and extremely accommodating. She's clearly the kind of person who makes all the difference during a stay. We will definitely be back next year.
