06/07/2026: Hello, I'm giving this place 2 stars, and no less, because it doesn't deserve a lower rating. When it first opened, it was, in my opinion, one of the best kebab shops in Béziers: the meat was high quality, the service impeccable, and overall, it was a very good place. Yesterday, I came to eat with my family. We paid €26 for three kebab wraps. Unfortunately, we found a small hair inside one of the wraps. This kind of thing can happen during preparation, but it really put us off. However, I'm not leaving this review solely because of this issue. What disappointed me most was the quality of the meat. It was clearly inferior to what it used to be, with very uneven cooking: many pieces were burnt, while others were almost raw. In addition, the chicken had a lot of gristle, which made the meal rather unpleasant. Frankly, it's a shame, because this establishment used to be a benchmark. I hope the quality will return to its former level.

07/06/2026: We came for lunch with friends, and the service took a very long time, almost an hour, when it was supposed to be less than 30 minutes. The steaks in the burgers were a bit overcooked, which was a shame despite the very nice setting.

02/06/2026: A very good restaurant serving high-quality, local products. I enjoyed a bruschetta, a trout, and a banoffee pie; everything was delicious. A pleasant surprise from this restaurant, somewhat hidden away in the Somport Valley.

22/04/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Horrible smell of fried food in the brasserie!! They refuse to serve coffee even when you order drinks with it. When some restaurant owners complain about not having customers, you have to wonder whose fault it is. Furthermore, Carole, I ordered two coffees, a Coke, and a lemonade, which you can't refuse to serve in a cocktail bar as you describe it. You explicitly said: "It's happy hour, I'm not serving that." And finally, if I want to eat Metro desserts, I go to Metro; it's simpler. As a restaurant owner myself, here's my advice: you can offer whatever you want on your menu, but you don't refuse a customer who, at 6:30 pm, asks for a lemonade and a Coke. It's on these orders that you make your money. Have a good season.

26/05/2026: Absolutely recommend this restaurant! The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and the service was warm and friendly. I ordered the duck breast with honey sauce and roasted potatoes, and it was excellent. The duck was cooked perfectly — crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with no gamey taste at all. The honey sauce added a subtle sweetness that worked really well with the rich flavor of the meat. The fries were thick-cut, crispy outside and soft inside, just the way good French fries should be.

23/05/2026: We ordered a charcuterie and cheese board for €13. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the quantity and quality: just a few slices of two different types of charcuterie and two pieces of cheese, served with stale bread. As an accompaniment, we received half a cherry tomato, a few salad leaves, and a small portion of butter (about 10g), which seemed rather meager for the price. A disappointing experience; we won't be returning.

08/03/2026: Hello, (I don't usually like leaving reviews because afterwards, when I arrive at a place where the welcome is as warm as this one, it's impossible to find a table to eat properly.) This brasserie is fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. The welcome was top-notch, and the staff—bartenders and waiters—were all excellent. The food was superb; the entire menu was very good. The chef is absolutely amazing! You can go there without hesitation. 👍👍👍👍

20/06/2026: I treated my parents to a €189 package for Mother's/Father's Day, and they were able to fully enjoy it this week. They gave me nothing but excellent feedback regarding the friendliness of the staff (although a young waiter tricked my father into thinking he was only entitled to one cake from the dessert trolley 😂), the quality of the food, the location, and the services. Plus, they had the pool and jacuzzi to themselves for two hours! So, thank you to the staff for taking such good care of my parents.

22/04/2026: I chose a hamburger. The bun was dry and very bland. The deli meat was served but I didn't eat it because it had an unusual taste, and the sauce tasted like a store-bought one. The fries were advertised as homemade, but they didn't taste like potatoes at all. The ice cream for dessert was full of frost and iced bits. The quality of the food was lacking. Overall, I was quite disappointed despite the quick and friendly service.

07/06/2026: A pleasant atmosphere in this transit town. Beautiful scenery and a palpable sense of lightness.

30/05/2026: The hotel has its own unique charm, definitely good for a three-star hotel, except for the extremely squeaky room doors. The neighbors always know when you come and go. And it takes an incredibly long time for the hot water to come through, but that's really nitpicking :-) The area is fantastic for hikers and explorers; there's nothing going on for city dwellers. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant; it's difficult to get a table without a reservation, and the chef is simply superb! Breakfast was also available as an extra and very good; nothing was lacking!

27/03/2026: Sorry, but I didn't like it. The Chinese food was bad, the dumplings were fried, the spring rolls were thick with very little filling, the beef satay was nothing special, the beef and vegetables were tasteless with a burnt aftertaste, and the Cantonese rice was also tasteless. I'm a fan of Asian cuisine, but I don't recommend this place.
