08/06/2026: So, hotel is definitely dated but rooms were clean. It’s a nice location, but just keep in mind that the rooms are small and showers are going to overflow because of the room design.

12/04/2026: I stayed at this location for two weeks for my 50th birthday trip to Paris. The first part of the trip with friends (we had two rooms) and the second part with my husband. Before arriving, I called the hotel and spoke with Carla who was wonderful. She took her time listening to my plans and made recommendations that allowed my friends and I to stay in adjoining rooms, which we loved! During our stay, Carla was attentive and ensured any issues I identified were raised with Christelle, the supervisor, who made the time to discuss and address them. The concierge team was amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. One of them, would greet me by name every time I walked by, which is such great customer recognition. At breakfast every morning, Stephane and team went above and beyond to provide the best service. Stephane would remember our orders and preferences and the team would make us feel so welcome. This hotel is lucky to have such dedicated and professional staff. I am a platinum Marriott member and have traveled to many locations around the world. I look forward to returning to this location in the future thanks to the wonderful staff I met there.

02/05/2026: The highlight is the restaurant. They set the bar so high that we didn't enjoy any other restaurant for the rest of our stay in Alsace. The hotel itself is simple, but clean and nicely decorated with artwork. The service is impeccable—pleasant, helpful, and warm. It's a real treat and almost a rarity these days to find this level of quality in tourist areas.

20/04/2026: No swimming pool. The rooms are a bit bland. Nevertheless, we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant isn't anything special; I found it very basic and average considering the price. The positive point is the large parking lot. So my opinion is rather mixed. I think it's a bit expensive for what's offered, but it wasn't unpleasant.

26/09/2026: A wonderful time spent at this Algerian restaurant! On the menu: chorba, potato and chicken stew, tripe (douara) – a real treat! A warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, you feel right at home 🏠 I highly recommend it ✨

20/10/2026: We came today at 12. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of the food and the service. We were particularly disappointed with our meal. Several burgers had been ordered in vegetarian versions to respect the dietary requirements of those at our table. As a result, the pork was removed, as well as all the toppings, including the caramelized onions. Furthermore, the burgers were served to us in the middle of the meal, which is completely unacceptable. For four burgers, we received only a tiny bit of sauce, clearly insufficient for everyone. The fresh trout salad was equally disappointing: a dressing that consisted mainly of vinegar, a frozen mango with no flavor whatsoever… A dish that clearly lacked quality and taste. They didn't even bring the bread to the table. But the most deplorable aspect was the service. At no point did anyone come to ask us if everything was alright or if we were satisfied with our meals. No one offered us dessert or coffee. We ended up having to get up and pay ourselves, due to the complete lack of attention from the staff. This lack of professionalism and consideration for customers made the experience particularly unpleasant. We left very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this establishment based on our experience.

20/10/2026: Better service at McDonald's! We made a reservation and waited around at the entrance for about 15 minutes. We ordered veggie burgers, but in the end, we got burgers without cheese, without caramelized onions, and with just a single lettuce leaf and a veggie patty. The lettuce was covered in dirt: why rinse it? For hygiene reasons, maybe? 13 people at the table and very few were satisfied. I've rarely been to a restaurant that shows so little consideration for its customers, from the moment they arrive until they pay. In short, it cost me €21, and I won't be going back.

09/10/2026: A very pleasant village restaurant. If you want to eat well in Mansle, this is the place to go. The pizzas are particularly good, and the meat is always cooked perfectly... especially if you like it rare. It's worth noting that the quality of the meat is excellent.

30/05/2026: We went today with friends for lunch. We were delighted. Warm welcome. Magnificent, relaxing setting, a beautiful dining room with exceptional panoramic views. The meal was prepared professionally, everything was very well cooked, very refined, and the dishes were beautifully presented. No complaints whatsoever. Regional products. Congratulations to the chef, Mr. Benoît Court, who is carrying on the family tradition. We highly recommend it. We will be back.

08/07/2026: We've been coming here once a year for several years now. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The managers are kind and pleasant. The food is delicious and varied. The common areas are welcoming and the outdoor space is very peaceful. I highly recommend this place!

25/06/2026: Delicious Vietnamese beef soup, bursting with flavor. The homemade spring rolls were excellent, crispy, and generously filled. A huge thank you to the lady who served us; she was incredibly kind and attentive. We had a wonderful time in a warm, calm, and friendly atmosphere. A truly great find; we will gladly return very soon!

20/10/2026: The gentlemen are nice but the crepes are really very expensive for what they are, and above all, I've never seen such a big cockroach.

07/10/2026: Avoid at all costs! It tasted good at first, but right afterwards I had terrible stomach pains and I threw it all up again. It was awful; I've never had such bad stomach pain after eating 🤮

21/09/2026: I can tell the manager/owner really makes a difference when he comes in. He is working hard, food comes out hot and well prepared. It makes such a big difference. I understand that it's McDonald's and the workers may not always be very motivated, however when the boss is in. Everything is excellent!!
