28/05/2026: The place is very beautiful. The services are very poor. The Wi-Fi is very bad, the air conditioning doesn't work at night, and there's no intercom to reception. This means that for anything needed, the guest has to go to reception. The minibar in the room doesn't work. Few employees who can't handle the workload.

26/05/2026: Incredible breakfast and attentive staff. The rooms aren't very large and lack amenities like a Nespresso machine. It's a shame there's no light meal service during the day, but other than that, no complaints. Oh, it's so close to the road and quite noisy in the end :-(

01/07/2026: The campsite is fine, but the so-called beach is dusty and the berges are terraced. Choose the other beach on the lake instead.

09/06/2026: The campsite is well located by the lake, with lots of greenery and is very pleasant. We received a warm welcome.

27/07/2026: The restaurant has plenty of outdoor seating overlooking a large meadow, creating a peaceful atmosphere. There's enough space to avoid feeling crowded and plenty of shade to enjoy your meal outside. The menu is varied, with both meat and vegetarian options. The dishes were very good and the portions were generous. I also really enjoyed the desserts, although I would have preferred the chocolate fondant to be warm. The servers were very friendly and gave us helpful tips for our sightseeing adventures.

10/06/2026: Perfect hotel to go to when coming to Lourdes. Such a peaceful spot. Only a few minutes' walk down the road from the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Right by the riverside, and as you come out of the hotel, just across the bridge, you enter into all the stores and restaurants. Small supermarket just across the bridge also, which was super handy. Approximately an 8-minute walk through the shops to get to the sanctuary -perfect walking distance. Staff are brilliant, very kind and respectful. The bar was open till around 11 pm; they served us coffee after we came back a bit late from the prayer at the church. So kind and respectful. Would highly recommend . The rooms are very neat, simple, and clean regardless of what size. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for a peaceful trip of prayer coming to Lourdes. 06/06/2026: The rooms are very poorly soundproofed; you can hear all the taps, showers, and toilets in the other rooms, as well as street noise. My room was right next to the elevator, so I could hear the machinery—it was impossible to sleep. I went downstairs to ask for a different room, and the response was that the hotel was full. There was also a gentleman who couldn't sleep in his room because of the heat; they gave him an old fan. The air conditioning doesn't work. In short, a terrible hotel.

09/07/2026: The waitress was pleasant, but the meal was disastrous. A hamburger with no lettuce, no tomato, and no cheese. Just onion. The fries were frozen.

21/06/2026: For two Sundays in a row, the kitchen has closed, first at 4 PM, then today at 2:30 PM, even though the hours are listed as 10 AM - 7 PM. They also don't answer the phone. When you're starving and it's the only vegan restaurant around, it's really annoying. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!

24/06/2026: When they hand you the POS machine and ask you to choose one of the three options with rates written on it, say no. They force you to tip. The pizza is the size of a dessert plate. Whatever you order, including pasta, ask for it well-done. Otherwise, they'll charge you 100 euros for raw meat. We made the mistake, don't you make it too.

26/07/2026: I went there for the first time last night, and it was absolutely fantastic in every way. The kebab meat was superb, and I'll be back very soon.
