08/10/2026: A 1 hour 15 minute wait for a single pizza on a Thursday evening… it doesn't exactly inspire confidence, especially with no apology or gesture of goodwill. As a result, the pizza was lukewarm.

22/09/2026: Huge bar diner in the middle of Troyes - very popular with the locals. We stopped for drinks after visiting the nearby church, very good value as it was “happy hour” - sat and watched the world go by for a bit. It was quiet when we were there, but this place gets very busy in the evenings.

16/10/2026: I invited a friend for lunch. The welcome was good, but despite our ages, the location wasn't suitable. We ended up eating on benches instead of the chairs and tables that were within easy reach and available. We ordered the daily special, sliced ​​chicken. The dish was well-presented and very well-cooked. However, the menu prices are a bit high; otherwise, no complaints.

05/10/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant. For high prices (main courses: €28 for sea bream, €35 for beef, desserts from €9), you end up with bland food and overcooked fish. Other restaurants in the area are much better quality for the same price range. The decor is nice and the seats are comfortable, which are the only positive points.

08/10/2026: I went to eat with my beloved grandmother at lunchtime today and it was excellent. Both the taste and the quantity were superb! It was even very generous... I had to get takeout!! The service was impeccable and the servers were super friendly! I'll be back

05/09/2026: Catastrophic! We waited an hour and 45 minutes before finally being told our order had been lost… They brought us appetizers that weren't ours, then pizza knives… and then nothing. No one came, no explanation, no assistance. Absolutely nothing. It's all the more disappointing because I used to frequent this pizzeria with the previous owner and had very fond memories of it. Unfortunately, with the new owner, the organization and service are clearly no longer up to par. A truly disappointing experience. There are so many things that need improvement, especially in order management and customer service. A first for me: leaving a restaurant without eating. Stomach cramps 🤢 and ending up at the local kebab shop.

12/09/2026: Passing through Le Haillan on a business trip, I highly recommend this little restaurant! It's clear the staff love their work, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I noticed many regulars, as people feel comfortable there. The food is excellent, in a bistro style. A very good experience.

16/10/2026: Over my last five visits, it's been extremely rare to get a complete order. Whether the restaurant is packed or empty, it's always the same story: something is always missing. Since I get takeout, I'm obviously not going to unpack all my burgers at the counter to check, but between bacon being systematically left out of the sandwiches, missing nuggets, and sauces that cost 30 cents each going unnoticed, it's disheartening. Mistakes happen during the rush under pressure, fine, that's understandable. But being the only customer in the restaurant and ending up with an incomplete order is unacceptable. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I know the business and how these kinds of establishments operate: at this level, when there's no one around, it's not even an oversight anymore, it's just laziness and sloppy work. The only positive point that somewhat redeems the situation is that the food served is at least hot. But this in no way excuses the complete lack of rigor and control over the bags.
