27/02/2026: Honestly disappointed. The pizza was really bad and there was a hair in it. They charged me the full price without any hesitation, even though I left more than two-thirds of the plate. Appalling customer service.

23/08/2026: The service was very quick, which some will appreciate, but I personally found it less friendly (or even completely lacking in smiles) and welcoming than before. A shame. The products themselves, however, remain excellent.

06/08/2026: We had a drink on the terrace around 11 am today, August 6th. Between the wheat beer (which turned out to be blonde), a "blonde, blonder" beer, and two (small) scoops of ice cream served after a 22-minute wait, we were still waiting for the water... We were treated to the owner's good humor, as he cleared and cleaned the table without saying a word to us, even though we were still seated and had barely finished our drinks. A real treat!

23/07/2026: The homemade dishes and ice cream are excellent! Despite the staff appearing understaffed, the service was impeccable, and we had a very pleasant time.

26/09/2026: The restaurant "Au Mal Assis" reflects the history of Cannes and its origins when it was just a fishing port. Sophie and Julian, leading a very welcoming team, offered us a beautiful Provençal menu with excellent seafood and shellfish. Beyond the delicious cuisine, it was a pleasure to hear them recount the history and evolution of Cannes, as well as its many diverse activities, of which they are very proud. We had a wonderful time in their company. We are delighted to have met such lovely people, proud of their craft and traditions. We will be back. 👍🏻

13/09/2026: Beautiful place with a lovely view of the lake. The waitresses are pleasant, however, the owner is arrogant and authoritarian with both staff and customers. The fried food was very good, the Mexican tartare was a bit dry, and the gourmet coffee was nice. I still recommend it for its beautiful location.
