04/09/2026: I ordered a mint-flavored water and was served Evian mint. The price wasn't the same, and the waiter told me it was mandatory. Doesn't this bar serve tap water? Obligado forces its customers. Too bad, I won't be back.

09/10/2026: A huge thank you to David for his warm welcome and professionalism! He took excellent care of my daughter and me while we had an hour's wait before our train. Very attentive and friendly, he made our time very pleasant. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious! A Japanese restaurant ideally located right across from the train station. I highly recommend it, especially for David's excellent service!

02/10/2026: Deceptive pricing practice: €15 set menu, but €24.50 at the register. There were five of us, all ordering the same set menu. The owner took our order himself, served us himself, brought a Vittel water (which was advertised as complimentary), added an extra dish we hadn't ordered… and then charged us €24.50 per person. Judging by other reviews, this "surprise" on the bill seems to be a recurring issue. When everything is handled by the owner himself, from ordering to payment, it's hard to claim a mistake. Future customers: don't trust the displayed price. Make sure everything is clarified before ordering. This practice is unacceptable; we will not be returning.

16/06/2026: I've placed several delivery orders. Super fast delivery. Arrived piping hot. The portions are generous for a delivery service, which is rare. And what can I say about the quality of the food? It's excellent. And every time I order, they add little snacks. I recommend this restaurant 1000%!

15/08/2026: We ordered from Uber Eats (we tried this restaurant because our usual Japanese restaurants are closed during the summer) and what a disappointment: - the karaage chicken was overcooked, - the miso soup was really not very good. Plus, it arrived cold even though the delivery was quite fast, - the salmon and avocado California rolls (8 pieces, set menu) contained mayonnaise even though it wasn't mentioned anywhere, and the filling was very sparse. The only good thing was the rice and the fact that chopsticks and paper towels were included. For the same price, you can find much better elsewhere without even having to go far.

02/10/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a sandwich meal at lunchtime and, unfortunately, the quality is clearly no longer what it used to be. What particularly bothered me was the lack of hygiene I observed: the sandwiches were prepared without any apparent handwashing, while the staff used their phones, went outside, and then continued preparing the sandwiches. It's really unsettling when it comes to food. I don't know if the staff changes regularly, but I found the service very disappointing compared to what I'd experienced before. And unfortunately, I didn't feel well all evening—I'll spare you the details—right after eating, everything came out and I felt awful! It's a shame, because I used to like this place.

11/10/2026: What a shame to see such a lack of organization and structure for this Saturday lunch service. We waited 45 minutes for a lasagna (prepared and reheated) and two sharing platters that couldn't possibly have taken ages to prepare (where the rillons were listed on the menu but were nowhere to be seen). The very friendly waitress was running around everywhere, while the few staff present couldn't seem to turn down any more customers. We didn't order dessert. Fortunately, the city of Blois will leave us with fond memories, both for its heritage and the kindness of its inhabitants.

16/08/2026: We had sushi with soup and salad for lunch, along with fresh juices and other delicious Japanese products. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. The space was large with comfortable tables. There was also a restroom.

17/05/2026: Bland food, zero atmosphere, faulty payment system that printed an "abandoned" receipt even though my account had been debited. I had to call the police to leave the restaurant unharmed because the entire staff held me hostage. The cook yelled at me and pushed me, claiming I hadn't paid, despite the obvious evidence that the bill had been settled. Tourists beware!

22/06/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for almost 40 years, and back then the internet didn't exist. You couldn't vent your frustrations safely behind a screen. So, I completely forgot to leave a review—no suspense here—about this restaurant I love. It's still the same owner, a true Italian, at the helm. He's the kind of person who will never retire. Even though I have absolutely no sense of taste, I appreciate the dishes, the pizzas, the desserts, the wines on offer, the prosecco-based aperitifs 😉, and the grappa to aid digestion. 😉 Of course, you can order your pizza and go home to eat it, alone, sadly settled in front of a German crime series or a football match, but isn't it better to sit down, meet the regulars, chat, and enjoy the food?
