06/06/2026: Two cooks so incompetent they mixed up the orders. Then, to exchange the sandwiches, they started handling them with their bare hands right on my table. No hygiene, no professionalism. They speak very poor French. If you come to live here, at least respect the hygiene rules and customs of this country. And besides, if you have hygiene issues, adding excessive amounts of salt to the meat and fries doesn't make it any better or healthier.

31/05/2026: We ordered late at night, and only kebabs were available (nowhere did it say they stopped serving burgers, pizzas, etc. after a certain time). The screens were off, so we had to order blindly without knowing the cost (especially since the menu on Maps wasn't up to date). Then, the employee gave us a different meat than we'd ordered because they were out of stock, only telling us after we'd paid... Thanks anyway to the other employee who offered us a can of soda as a thank you. And, of course, the prices were exorbitant.

27/07/2026: A disastrous experience, absolutely avoid this place. The service was appalling from beginning to end. The quality of the food was far from what was advertised on the menu. The mortadella was very average, served with a huge, unappealing pat of butter. The pasta seemed to have dried out before being served. As for the pasta dish advertised with green asparagus and artichokes, there was no green asparagus at all: only pieces of white asparagus, and even then, mostly the tough ends rather than the tips. The promised cherry tomatoes were replaced with whole tomatoes, and even then, only two small wedges. In short, nothing matched the menu description. The worst part came when it was time to pay. The waiter made a mistake on the bill, forgetting €1. The owner then arrived very aggressively, blaming us for the omission, as if it were our fault. We explained that we didn't have any change and offered to pay the difference by card. A flat refusal, claiming the prices were too high. She ended up berating the waiter for his mistake. Fortunately, the waiter was the only positive aspect of our lunch. Despite being overwhelmed and without any help from the owner, he remained smiling, professional, and pleasant. Meanwhile, the owner seemed more preoccupied with chatting with a friend than with running her restaurant and attending to her customers. Also extremely expensive, and the hygiene leaves much to be desired. The carafe of water we were served was dirty, with stains everywhere. So we asked for a bottle of San Pellegrino, a plastic bottle costing €7! The prices are unacceptable for the quality of what we were served. And the menu was misleading. An establishment I absolutely do not recommend, both for the quality of the food and for the management's behavior.

15/07/2026: Good evening. We stopped by this evening and ordered four pizzas. Well done to the whole team! Considering the number of orders we received 😱, the receptionist managed to handle it well; we got our pizzas 10 minutes late on match night. We thoroughly enjoyed them!

14/07/2026: 👎👎👎 Never order from this address! Order placed by phone, we called and there was a delay of almost half an hour without any prior notice, and when we called back there was no apology and even more delay. So, order cancelled and bad publicity for this address 👎👎👎

31/05/2026: Great pub. I only nipped in for a quick pint when passing, but the barman was immediately welcoming and friendly. Really busy at the outside seated area.

16/04/2026: The owner was pleasant, down-to-earth, and easygoing—just the way we like it. He told me his name, but I've forgotten it, as is so common in places like my beautiful old France, which are disappearing and fading away. The pint was ice-cold. Impressive decor, the pungent smell of stale tobacco—it feels like we're back in the Giscard d'Estaing era. I recommend it. Bastien and Lola

The cocktails are excellent. The platters are a real treat. A fantastic DJ who created a great atmosphere. A big thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome and professionalism. 08/07/2026: As a regular customer of Cézanne for the past five years, I used to bring my friends and acquaintances here on several occasions. During the Morocco-Canada match, and despite requests from several people, the manager refused to turn on the second TV (I don't know what he thought, he didn't know himself). When I mentioned it to him, he made it clear that it was because Morocco was playing and the Moroccan public should "stay in their seats," implying that some people weren't interested in the match. So, logically, if I came to the terrace for the France match and didn't want to watch it, he would turn off the second TV. He told me, "No, I won't even seat you." We left, canceling our order, and I, for one, will never set foot in that bar again. PS: We've seen how you respond to other negative reviews; I recommend you take a course in customer review management.

08/05/2026: They used to have little chocolate cakes in different flavors, it's a shame they haven't made them for a long time, and little raspberry tarts too, it's a shame. There are no individual tarts or cakes anymore, it's a pity.

28/04/2026: I bought a small sandwich from them, supposedly a ham and butter sandwich. It contained bread, 4 square centimeters of ham, and a tiny bit of butter. A complete rip-off. Disappointing.

02/07/2026: We we visited Colmar, France in 2019 and found this lovely cafe along the canal. Plenty of seating available inside but it was a beautiful day so we choose the outdoor patio on the water. What a desire to see Swans, boats and gondolas go by as we ate a wonderful breakfast. Service was impeccable and there was no rush to get us out so of course we took our time

25/06/2026: I went for Mother's Day and my mother really enjoyed her fruit tea. However, the cheesecake was stale because I could feel that the edges of the cake had hardened. I ordered a Frappuccino (from the menu) and received a coffee with a few small ice cubes… not exactly what a Frappuccino is supposed to be, but thankfully, the coffee was good. The staff are young, which is great, but they clearly haven't received any training in customer service. It's a café that could be better managed because it's beautiful, cute, and comfortable.

16/07/2026: We stopped for a drink. We were seated in the back next to the restrooms, even though the restaurant was empty, but we still managed to get another table there. (The restrooms smelled awful.) The music was too loud; we couldn't hear each other. I asked them to turn it down, but they said no, otherwise it would have to be turned down for the whole restaurant. My husband ordered a milkshake and waffles, which weren't good—they had no flavor. The waiter was pleasant.

18/05/2026: Excellent value for money. The meal was superb from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent value for money. The room was functional and clean. On-site parking. The breakfast was very varied, with high-quality products. We will definitely return if we are ever in Luxeuil-les-Bains.

06/05/2026: The first and last time I ate at your place, the kofte was completely red. I paid €12 for nothing; I threw the kofte in the bin. The lady wasn't friendly at all. I won't recommend it to anyone. You're useless.

02/03/2026: Very expensive and overpriced. Even though the food is good and the portions are relatively generous, between €30 and €40 for a pasta dish, a beer, and a coffee is outrageous. The prices, whether for food or drinks, are excessive. Furthermore, the waiter is reluctant to split the bill; the customer has to pay the total themselves, which is absurd.
