05/10/2025: Pizza too small, dough too thin, closer to a flamekuche. Price-quality ratio too high. Too bad.

29/09/2025: Very good and fast service. The pizza wasn't bad, but it was more like a tarte flambée, more of an appetizer. I wouldn't go back. Drinks and desserts are way overpriced. A shame.

30/07/2026: The food and atmosphere were very good, but unfortunately everything is based on a quick-service approach so that new customers can take their seats. That's exactly what happened to us, almost like a polite but firm nudge.

30/07/2026: The food was great! Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy dessert. The bill was served to us along with the dessert, without us even asking. No one seemed to care about our empty glasses; we weren't even asked if anyone wanted another drink. Our seats were needed because there was already a line of new customers outside the restaurant. This left a very negative impression. Almost like being thrown out! Even though we ordered 10 main courses plus several drinks!

06/04/2026: The pelota court restaurant. Not quite the same quality as before, but the atmosphere is still there. Excellent value for money.

15/02/2026: Fantastic experience with an excellent Valentine's Day menu from appetizer to dessert. Very pleasant service.

19/05/2026: Just traveling through, first time there. Smooth as butter, the gentleman from the kitchen came out to help the cashier because of the language barrier between us. Lovely people, good food, all i wanted 🇫🇷♥️ Thanks! ✌️

14/05/2026: 👌Impeccable, clean, and well-run. My friend Farid, who has a disability 👨‍🦽, had no trouble getting settled or moving around. The food offered and served was impeccable 😋. They were showing live football on a screen ⚽, which enhanced our experience 👍. We'll be back. The only downside is the parking, otherwise I highly recommend it 💪👍

20/07/2026: The toilet was filthy at 11:45 AM, even though there were three people seated. I reported it to the manager. They were out of fries, which is unacceptable for a McDonald's. There were about ten people at the table at 12:30 PM. You should seriously consider the level of customer traffic and the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

18/07/2026: The dining room wasn't clean even though I arrived right when it opened, the men's restrooms were a disaster, and orders weren't complete (except during rush hour when they might be more understanding, but there were only three customers in the place), in short... avoid it

01/07/2026: Reading the various reviews of this student cafeteria, I noticed that some seemed sarcastic. Please know that mine is sincere and written from the heart. I ate lunch here, and sometimes dinner, for seven years, and I was rarely disappointed. The food is good, the portions generous, and the menu is regularly updated. I want to highlight the initiative of adding a soup option as a starter, often made with leftovers from the previous day's meal. These soups are truly delicious and help reduce food waste. I would also like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. Most of them have been there for a while, and it's a pleasure to thank them when they bring us our plates or wish them a good day after we've paid. And the price? Until recently, it was €3.30 for non-scholarship students, and now it's €1 for everyone—unbeatable for a meal of this quality! After seven long years of studying here, it's the end of an era for me. I will cherish the memory of this place where I grew up, where I relaxed after exams, grabbed a quick bite between study sessions, or simply shared a full and inexpensive meal with friends when times were tougher. I will remember the people who work here, whose names I don't know and who don't know mine, but who have always been kind and smiling. Thank you, student union, for these wonderful memories!

For five years now, the Mascaret student restaurant has welcomed my classmates and me every day, allowing us to enjoy a satisfying meal, savoring something other than the three pebbles left in our respective fridges. For the past five years, since we've been attending the Carreire campus, we've seen the CROUS (student services organization) evolve, innovate, try new things, sometimes fail, always get back up, but never, ever disappoint us. Redoubling their efforts to satisfy our hunger with a variety of dishes day after day, the CROUS Carreire team, made up of wonderful and creative people, is overflowing with imagination when it comes to preparing meals that are more delicious than the last. Indeed, what a joy it was to peruse that tempting menu around 11 a.m. at the Josy Reiffers University Library, when our stomachs suddenly rumbled, pulling us from the torpor into which item 234 had plunged us… There are little pleasures in life that must be savored (and speaking of flavor, did I mention the Lebanese maffé or moudjarabah? Pure gastronomy!) Furthermore, there's no waste here! Between the vegetarian dishes transformed into soups the next day and the carafes of water banished from the tables, the Mascaret University Restaurant distinguishes itself through its ecological values, which have become fundamental these days. One more reason to support this exceptional establishment! Moreover, I haven't yet mentioned the atmosphere; Indeed, a constant joie de vivre reigns at the Mascaret student restaurant, fueled by the friendliness and smiles of the staff every time we go through the checkout or the service. Between themed meals and upbeat playlists, the team knows how to keep students motivated even in the most challenging moments. In short, in addition to delighting our taste buds for years, the Crous at the Carreire Campus has watched us grow up and warmed our hearts when we needed it most. This team is certainly partly responsible for our success as students, and I would even say as young adults. We will long remember our lunches and dinners shared around our green trays (or was it yellow?), interspersed with quirky anecdotes and fits of laughter. I hope you all have the opportunity to benefit from such a collective catering service, and I warmly thank the entire team at the RU and the Crous of the Carreire campus for supporting us in this way on a daily basis!

14/07/2026: My favorite bar in Paris for a cheap drink! I've been going at least once a month for about two years now. The prices are very affordable (although I miss the old "meter of shots for €10" promotion), which made you wonder how the bar even made a profit! The waiter is very friendly, contrary to what some reviews say, where I realize it's not the staff but the customers who are unpleasant (it makes sense that they tell you off when you go outside with your drink, even though it's the only thing forbidden and you can easily leave it at the entrance!). The restrooms are generally clean, the music is pretty good (even if it's not dance music, but that's not the bar's vibe), and I like that the staff reserves the right to remove anyone who's being disruptive (e.g., being overly aggressive, damaging the equipment, etc.). It only enhances the good atmosphere and the feeling of safety. Kudos to one of the few bars in Paris that prioritizes the well-being of its customers over profit at all costs!

07/07/2026: One of the worst food experiences of my life. The spring rolls had absolutely no taste and were microwaved, completely soggy. The noodles were just as bad, and the beef with onions wasn't fresh and had a terrible flavor. To top it all off, everything was reheated directly on the same plate in the microwave. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth because I feel like I was ripped off. Definitely avoid this place, not to mention the staff who completely ignored me when I explained that everything was wrong! Honestly, I've never given a place such a bad rating.

17/07/2026: Today, July 17, 2026, leaving the dentist's office, still a little groggy from the anesthesia, I bought a goat cheese pizza for €3.50, a chocolate almond pain au chocolat for €1.80, and a quiche for €3. I was overcharged €14, which is extremely dishonest, to say the least. I'm sure the lady who served me remembers me. You should treat every customer who walks through your doors with respect; use that money wisely.

07/07/2026: Fantastic bakery. I've been coming for several years, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, although the desserts are a bit too sweet for my taste. The variety of dishes is great, and the prices are affordable. Please do Too Good To Go again!!

05/06/2026: We spent four nights there on a half-board basis. Hotel: The room was very clean, comfortable, and functional. A bonus: it had air conditioning. A lovely swimming pool with a nice relaxation area awaited us. Breakfast offered both sweet and savory options. The restaurant, with its superb mountain views, served high-quality regional dishes made with local produce. It was excellent and very generous. It has a family atmosphere where everyone (waitresses, cooks, owner) is truly very friendly, smiling, and attentive to their guests. The owner recommended some fantastic excursions! The icing on the cake: the bill wasn't exorbitant. Thank you for this stay!

31/05/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at this establishment. The duck breast served was completely lacking in freshness: it was clearly cooked the day before and simply reheated. The result on the plate was extremely dry meat, which the chef attempted to mask with a generous layer of sauce. This is a shame for a restaurant that emphasizes local produce. I do not recommend it.

29/05/2026: My partner and I went for a charcuterie board and two drinks, and we were brought a board with 4 pieces of charcuterie that were barely hanging on, cubes of mimolette and emmental cheese, practically bought at the supermarket, and pieces of bread. I've never seen such a blatant rip-off.

05/07/2026: When I picked up my order, I received a homophobic comment from the staff. They asked me if I wanted "my order in a bag or a purse," all while laughing amongst themselves. Avoid at all costs.

31/05/2026: Ordering through Deliveroo offers a 1+1 deal for first-timers and it's really very good, simple and tasty! We'll recommend ordering directly by phone in the future as they offer a delivery service. - cheaper than other delivery platforms

21/06/2026: How can I put it? For the first time in ages, I found myself giving up on a hamburger I was never able to finish 😅😅 I felt like a wimp, I enjoyed it so much, and I told myself I could eat a little more later because there was still so much left!!!!!!

27/03/2026: Drawn in by the Italian burger, we weren't disappointed. The ingredients were high quality, plentiful, not dry, and very tasty. The prices were reasonable. A very good meal, thank you! I recommend it.
