21/07/2026: A very kind gentleman. I went to see him several times to have my keys duplicated and my belt shortened, among other things. His work was always quick and of high quality.

28/06/2026: Sloppy and unprofessional work. I entrusted my Arena pool slide to them for re-gluing the strap. The quoted price was €8. The result after 2 or 3 uses: the strap has come unglued again. I clearly specified that it was for use in water. A minimum of professionalism would have dictated that the surface be cleaned and scraped before gluing to ensure a lasting bond. None of this was done. Charging €8 just to apply glue... How can they be so negligent? If shoemakers are the worst shod... this guy proves the adage wrong... I'm living proof.

06/09/2026: Top-notch restaurant. We were greeted by Francesca, who was absolutely lovely. We ate incredibly well. It was delicious. The staff were fantastic. A truly gypsy atmosphere. Can't wait for next year! Ludo and Laetitia (the blonde lady sitting in front whose husband gave me the weekend in Saintes as a gift) Thank you so much!

06/09/2026: The daily specials and appetizers were delicious, and we were served very quickly. The value for money was excellent.

15/08/2026: Hello. I've had two problems with parcels at this pickup point several times, and I haven't been able to collect them. This is the only time this problem has persisted. The bar leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and the way they talk amongst themselves, from what little I saw. They should take children who don't want to do their schoolwork there to warn them about how they can end up doing it; it'll scare them!

26/09/2026: A grumpy boss. A lukewarm drink. A cold, untoasted, and strangely prepared savory waffle with no topping whatsoever… Thanks for the experience, and you're welcome for the 12 bucks! Oh, and considering all the scathing comments about the staff's extreme lack of friendliness, combined with the PR department's complaint about not warning us on-site: We've already wasted our money, so we'll save our energy.

30/08/2026: Disappointed, zero service, I won't be back. Order errors and no explanation or apology.

29/08/2026: The food was good and plentiful. I had the liver dumplings and Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce). However, the service was very disorganized: too many waiters, some rushed, some absent-minded... I learned that ice cream is eaten with a straw (yes, really!), a forgotten coffee, and so on... The menu is riddled with rules in red, which is quite off-putting: a table was unreserved after a 15-minute delay, and you're required to order a starter/main course or a main course/dessert... unheard of!

15/09/2026: We ordered burgers to go (with fries and a drink) and they were very good. The price-quality ratio was good. We didn't go to the restaurant, so we can't describe the service or the interior.

22/03/2026: Disappointed. And it's a real shame because we're used to getting pizzas from the vending machine. I love the Charolais, which is usually always well-topped, but this time! What a disaster! I'm looking for the meat on my pizza! Not cool, especially considering the price of pizzas!

07/09/2026: I ordered the vegetable tagliatelle. Indeed, on my plate—which was cold, so the dish was cold after 5 minutes—there was tagliatelle, vegetables... and cooking water at the bottom of the plate. And that was it. Very bland. My neighbor at the next table ordered a shiny vegetable salad, the whole thing swimming in oil. In short, don't go to La Terrasse for the sauces. Otherwise, the place is pleasant, the service is very good, and the prices are reasonable (I'm not talking about the value for money). Edit (following your reply) Thank you for your response. I mentioned my disappointment to the waitress when she cleared the plates and asked us if everything was alright. She told me she would pass it on. At the time of payment, the message had clearly not been passed on since you didn't seem to be aware of it. I thought - apparently wrongly - that customer feedback was not taken into account, so I preferred not to insist.

16/08/2026: We went there as a group of five on a Sunday at 1 p.m. They had everything, fresh produce, a friendly welcome, and pleasant staff. The establishment was clean. No complaints.

14/05/2026: I was genuinely surprised; the raclette smash burger was generously filled and the tenders were super crispy. The fries were good too. The service was friendly and the price-quality ratio was good. I finished completely stuffed. It honestly deserves more customers.
