30/07/2026: -Appalling customer service- I ordered a home delivery for 8:45 pm. Having still received nothing by 9 pm, I called the restaurant. I was told the order was ready but the delivery driver hadn't arrived yet. So I decided to pick up my order myself. When I got there, I realized my order had been mixed up with another one and hadn't even started to be prepared. So I waited in the restaurant while it was being prepared. I asked for a gesture of goodwill (a free box of edamame) for the 40-minute delay and the delivery fee I'd paid... only to end up having to pick up my order myself 😅. The manager's response: "Oh no, that's not going to be possible." I don't think there's much more to say. I won't be going back to this restaurant.

25/06/2026: What's the point of listing a phone number if no one ever answers? Furthermore, I ordered through Uber Eats and my order took over an hour to be prepared. This wait is excessive and very disappointing.

18/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The owner is an angel, and her cooking reflects that! Plus, I was lucky enough to be served by the lovely Souad, so it was a truly wonderful experience. Don't change a thing!

27/06/2026: Best terrace in Champs-sur-Marne (next to the RER A station "Champs-sur-Marne"), Florian, known as "Flo," the waiter is super friendly, smiling, and welcoming. I recommend it 😊 Thanks Flo.

06/07/2026: We went to the restaurant today and ordered sushi. However, we didn't eat it. The staff didn't make a good impression on us. The glasses for our water were very dirty. We didn't want to drink from them. And then there were the previous reviews on Google... We decided to leave.

20/06/2026: In the Netherlands, even supermarket sushi is fresher than what we've got here. You just get a cold box that tastes like it's been sitting in the fridge all day, maybe even since yesterday. And it's incredibly expensive too. Also, the delivery took a long time. What a disappointment.

06/07/2026: I've been going there occasionally for about fifteen years, much less often now because the portions are much smaller than before, and the food isn't as good—it's really basic. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up! And the waitress isn't very friendly. Not pleasant at all. It's the complete opposite of how it used to be, really! Disappointed.

02/08/2026: I think the photos speak for themselves. €72 for five frozen-and-thawed pizzas. I'm very disappointed with this flattened piece of bread with three olives that look like they're fighting for space. It's simply inedible! Overcooked and burnt, the dough became as hard as this review. I strongly advise against going there; go to Lidl, it will be cheaper and of better quality. Check your pizzas before you leave with them. We will never set foot in this pizzeria again; they sell counterfeit products.

03/08/2026: Disappointed by this place, which is supposedly very customer-friendly, we paid more than the listed price, and on top of that, the plates were never refilled. Furthermore, the meat on the grill was practically nonexistent, and the few pieces that were left were expired.

03/08/2026: At Comptoirs d'Asie, you can eat as much as you like, and you feel like you're in Asia. The buffet is so good you want to eat right off it and shovel the ladles into your mouth (but don't worry, I didn't 🤥). The ice cream is quite cold, and the hot dishes are very warming. So much so that the staff becomes attractive 😋 (especially the head chef who circulates between the buffets to ensure everything runs smoothly). The staff are incredibly friendly; they have such cute little eyes 👀. I'll definitely be back, and don't go to the competitor across the street—it's absolutely terrible!

18/06/2026: By far my favorite pizzeria in L'Aigle and the surrounding area!! The pizzas are made right in front of you, they're delicious, and very generously topped. The extras you ask for are definitely there. And try the homemade tiramisu, it's worth the trip!! I come here often and will continue to do so for a long time! The staff is also very friendly. Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant!

25/05/2026: The hotel is ideally located, right across from the airport. The woman who greeted us was very polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms were very clean and functional, and the air conditioning was a real plus. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with plenty of choice. I had a problem with the shower, but the staff reacted immediately and moved me to another room without any difficulty. The staff was very pleasant throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

21/05/2026: Spacious, clean, and bright room. Bathroom with a strange door in the shower stall. Lots of noise in the hallways outside the room, children banging loudly on the doors, and the hotel doing nothing about it. Dinner has three options: hot dishes, salads, and dessert, in an all-you-can-eat buffet. It's a shame that the dishes at the buffet aren't replenished.

31/12/2025: A loyal customer for all these years, it was with a little pang of sadness that I enjoyed my last pizza here. I hope you find a buyer so I can eat at La Grenouille again someday 🐸

28/12/2025: Ultimately, calling this a canteen is almost unfair… to canteens in general. Because a canteen, at least, owns up to what it is. Here, we're dealing with a canteen that fancies itself a fine dining establishment, with gourmet prices and an ambition clearly inspired by Michelin stars—an ambition unfortunately far beyond its actual capabilities. The waitress seems to want to play in the high-end league: haughty posture, calculated distance, superior airs. The problem is that neither the food, nor the service, nor the overall experience lives up to it. By trying so hard to rub shoulders with stars without actually being up to the task, they end up making a fool of themselves. On the plate: utter banality. Nothing wrong, nothing successful, nothing memorable. But rest assured, the bill is ambitious. In fact, it's the only truly premium aspect of the experience 🍾 The social experience deserves a special mention: coldness, discomfort, a persistent feeling of being a nuisance. We're not here for dinner; we're witnessing a demonstration of how not to entertain. A useful comparison: Cora's cafeteria is better, costs less, and, most importantly, doesn't pretend to be something it's not! In short: canteen-style dining, awkwardness on the plate, prestige only on the bill.

12/03/2026: We loved it last winter, but avoid it this year! The service and welcome were appalling; perhaps they were tired from the season, but that didn't stop them from smiling and being friendly!
