31/05/2026: To be honest, this place should close down. It's open for business, it should close for good. It's time for real establishments to take over. This isn't a restaurant, I don't even know what it is, and it's no good. OK

19/07/2026: Arrived right when they opened... waited over 30 minutes, watched orders placed after mine being served before ours, and then found our burger, fresh from the kitchen, in this state... cold, cheese not melted. They forgot the fries, we had to ask for them. The waitresses came in pairs, each holding a small tray, to bring a tiny fry... 🙄 This isn't the first time I've had to complain that my burger was cold, and when they remake it, it's barely lukewarm. I give up. I'll go to the one in Plaisir from now on; no problems with the food there.

12/07/2026: The worst Quick I've ever seen. I live nearby, so I've been going there for years. Being in the restaurant industry, I find it UNACCEPTABLE to encounter people who are always grumpy. Furthermore, you can't see their "no ice" sign unless you look up, and I get six disapproving looks. In short, I'll have to accept it and stop going there. As for the manager, don't even get me started. No matter how much you tell him, nothing changes.

17/03/2026: We spent one night at the Hôtel L’Ermitage, and frankly, the current 3.9/5 rating on Google doesn't reflect our experience. We had booked the Belvédère room, which offers an absolutely incredible view of the Monts d’Or and Lyon. The setting is calm, peaceful, and truly magnificent—a real haven of tranquility. Upon arrival, we had a drink on the restaurant terrace, bathed in sunshine: a very pleasant way to start our stay. We then had the relaxation area to ourselves, allowing us to truly unwind, exactly what we were looking for. In the evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant: excellent cuisine, discreet and pleasant service. We had a wonderful evening. The next morning, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise: a well-organized buffet with a high-quality savory selection (which is quite rare and worth mentioning), featuring organic and seasonal products. The desserts were also excellent: pastries, delicious bread, praline brioche, organic products, and a superb homemade pear compote. We were able to enjoy the relaxation area one last time before our departure. The early check-out before noon is a real plus, allowing you to fully enjoy the morning. Of course, having a professional eye for the restaurant industry ourselves, we noticed a few imperfections, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the relaxation area (chewing gum and hair were found on the edge of the jacuzzi upon our arrival, and these hadn't been cleaned up by our departure). The facilities also show some signs of age. However, this didn't spoil our stay in any way. The staff was lovely from beginning to end, and the overall experience remains very positive. We loved our stay, so kudos to the team, and we will most likely be back next month.

14/03/2026: Quite disappointed by this otherwise well-known hotel. The reception wasn't very welcoming; the person was on the phone for at least five minutes without telling us they'd be there in a few minutes. The room was nice enough, but the floor wasn't clean, there was only one large towel for two people, and no phone to contact reception. The pool is tiny, with just two sun loungers practically next to each other, water everywhere, and no one to even mop it up. The spa was very nice! Breakfast was very good with a magnificent view, but forget about a friendly welcome and a smile from the staff—they must not be paid for that! Would I recommend it? No! There are so many better options elsewhere for the same price.

31/05/2026: Great Mojitos, average Croque Monsieur and worst hummous ever (served in a tiny glass). Also the pita bread they served it with was stale and dry. Go for the drinks.

24/05/2026: Sat there for a quick bite on Sunday night, before heading back to the hotel. Amazing choice. We were 3 and ordered 3 tapas: croquettes du jour (basically chicken tenders), croque monsier to share (slightly truffled which was amaaazing) and camembert with honey. All great. Very quick service, fair price. Sat outside due to the heat and also the music inside was slightly loud for my taste.

02/05/2026: The main course and dessert were served without the option of adding cheese or yogurt, which weren't included in the menu... The lasagna came with a side of vegetables, but no green salad was offered... a shame.

14/04/2026: We were able to eat despite their late arrival at 4:45 pm, with a good selection of hot dishes: chicken, fish, sausage, meatballs, and vegetables. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ate outside with a lovely view of the Pyrenees.

18/07/2026: Twice I asked for a noisette, explaining that it was a coffee with a little milk…twice I only got milk. A real shame for a place I used to enjoy.

30/06/2026: I ordered a kebab expecting a homemade product, but I was disappointed. The welcome was pleasant and the service quick, which is appreciated. However, the kebab meat was dry, quite salty, and lacked flavor, perhaps suggesting it was frozen. For an establishment that presents itself as a Turkish specialty, I expected better quality. It's a shame, because the fries were good.

24/05/2026: Best kebab in Massy. I've been coming to this place for over 12 years. Good quantity and quality of food, well cooked, great taste, and inexpensive. For a kebab or something similar... I only go to this place. The staff is lovely. It's a pleasure. Thank you very much. Angelard M.

13/07/2026: I went there to eat, and there was a cockroach 🪳 They greeted us. Woman at the counter. I have never received such deplorable service in my entire life.

15/07/2026: The bar is a disaster. The atmosphere is awful and the place is a bit shabby. And as if that wasn't enough, they've hired Anastasie and Javotte as security guards.

28/06/2026: A friendly and welcoming atmosphere, even in the middle of a heatwave. And what's more, their zinc bar is magnificent.

10/08/2026: Flunch, good service and as for the pizza, the chef Nico prepares them well; he's a good salesman, a good guy, simply.

06/08/2026: The staff were friendly, but that's not enough to mask the extent of the culinary disaster. I'd rather eat in a Third World canteen.

10/02/2026: Many items on the menu were unavailable. We ordered six shrimp as a starter and a John Dory fillet with a very mediocre gratin and a not-so-good coffee, and the bill came to €98 for two… Far too expensive for what we ate!

17/12/2025: Restaurant closed. You order by phone, no one answers, and when you show up, the restaurant is closed. I contacted La Roche, next door, who told me she's the owner and that she's closed. No apology, not even a call to let me know. Pathetic.

20/10/2025: New concept and unappealing menu. Choosing dishes has become difficult due to the esoteric descriptions. The food is mediocre. We miss the old cook and waitresses and their menu. It's a shame, it used to be a good little restaurant.
