21/09/2026: You don't even deserve one star! Honestly, this is a complete joke! I placed an order at 6 PM for 8 PM pickup. At 8 PM, still nothing, no information on the app, and no way to know where the order was. So I placed a second order. After finally getting through to them, I asked them to cancel the second order, which they confirmed. They then assured me the first one was on its way and would arrive in 30 minutes. We waited until 9:30 PM! We couldn't reach them despite trying three different phones. We ended up going there in person, just a 7-minute drive away. And there, they told us again that the order was "on its way"! Are you kidding me?! We finally had to place another order directly at the restaurant and take the pizzas home. And after eating them, we had stomach aches. No professionalism, no organization, and above all, no consideration for customers. A deplorable experience from beginning to end. I'm deleting the app and I will never order from you again!

09/09/2026: I went into this bakery for the first and last time. The saleswoman was unfriendly. I bought a ham and vegetable sandwich. What a mistake! The bread was soggy, the lettuce was rotten, and the tomatoes weren't fresh. The sandwich was clearly yesterday...

30/09/2026: This café-restaurant has everything going for it: a location just minutes from the sanctuary, an outdoor area, and a spacious interior. The food is decent and served in a reasonable timeframe despite the number of customers. However, the major drawback is the waiter, who is unpleasant, makes comments as soon as you order, trying to get a tip, and negatively comments on everything you order. At first, I thought it was just a bit of offbeat humor, but no! The other diners seemed perfectly normal. Perhaps it was the pressure, but all the tables around me had the same experience.

29/09/2026: 2/20 As a professional, I wonder how you can serve this. Just opening cans of food or something. Your cooks have no skills whatsoever, except for assembling food. Might as well go to McDonald's.

06/09/2026: We enjoyed this afternoon snack in the center of the Blaye Citadel; the products were high quality and the portions were just right. The service was quick, we recommend it. (Below is a photo of the UBB crêpe at €11).

11/10/2026: They forgot the nuggets from a Happy Meal and the book included in all three Happy Meals. And there was nobody in the restaurant.

18/08/2026: Waiting 20 minutes to get 5 ice creams out of a freezer. We left and cancelled the order.

02/08/2026: We went to the ice rink as a family when it had been converted into a roller skating rink. It was the last day. The bar in the middle of the rink was closed, so we couldn't get anything to eat or drink, and they started taking it down while the children were still on the rink, meaning they couldn't complete a full lap for a good fifteen minutes. The music was soft jazz at first, then after an hour it was replaced with something more modern and danceable. The children, however, enjoyed the ramps that had been set up on the rink.

05/05/2026: Unacceptable! We live an hour and a half away, so we checked the opening hours (the day before and the morning of) for Sunday, May 3rd. The website and Google indicated 3 PM. We arrived and nothing was open, just a sign saying "End of Season," even though it was still listed online as opening at 3 PM... Several people had already passed by, all hoping to skate. It's shameful not to update your hours online these days. We wasted time and gas, and ended up disappointed.

18/09/2026: An absolutely perfect experience, even better! From the welcome to the dessert, everything was delicious. The staff were accommodating and very welcoming. The food was generous and flavorful, a pure delight in every way. And the price is unbeatable… A thousand thanks!!! ❤️🙏🏻

16/01/2026: New owner and new name. The new owner, who is friendly, offers a menu of traditional dishes made with local ingredients (from nearby farms). I stopped by at 11:30 am and it smelled delicious. I encourage you to go and see for yourself.

28/10/2025: I'm in the restaurant right now. It's not my first time here; I eat at a lot of restaurants about once a month because of my job. I'm always warmly welcomed with a smile, and the food is good and fresh. And it's not expensive at all. I highly recommend it. If you want to eat well, have a good time, and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, stop by.

20/08/2026: The people are friendly, the food is simple, and the setting is absolutely beautiful overlooking the city of Arles.

30/07/2026: For a Monday night, it was really busy and had a great atmosphere. The waitress was lovely and always smiling, and the drinks selection was excellent. We had a great time! There's a smoking area, but it's not well ventilated; as soon as there are several people, the smoke builds up and it's unpleasant. This could be improved, but otherwise it's fantastic.

Everyone appreciated the service, the exceptional quality of the food, the fresh produce, and the attentive, pleasant, and smiling staff. I recommend this restaurant 100%; for me, it's one of the best in Rennes.
