31/07/2026: UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! This place is permanently closed, and Le Foch is complicit!!! I tried calling 10 times and got no answer. I sent a message on Instagram, and their account was deleted (I verified this through a friend). Groupon continues to sell coupons without any scruples!!!! DO NOT BUY!!

14/07/2026: Le Foch is permanently closed. Groupon continues to sell vouchers and wants to issue refunds in Groupon vouchers, even though they are legally obligated to reimburse customers if they are within the voucher's expiration date. Don't buy from this restaurant; the shutters are down, and mail is piling up outside the door.

09/09/2026: I ordered two Mac & Flurry, it's not a complicated order I think. One Kit Kat and one M&M's. Being allergic to peanuts, I ordered the Kit Kat, and in the end they gave me two M&M's. I checked my order, I didn't make a mistake, but they did, so great, now you have to check your orders.

22/08/2026: The drive-through was extremely slow today! 15-minute wait with 2 cars ahead of us!

25/08/2026: Super bar brasserie! Our little ritual every time we come to Nancy, we appreciate the service, the quality of the products, the owners are very friendly 😁.

05/05/2026: We spent three nights at this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are very pleasant. There was a small problem with a spring in room 414, but it was quickly resolved. The housekeeping staff is excellent. The food is very good. Special mention to the lady who was in charge of breakfast on Saturday, May 2nd. She had incredible energy serving the guests, covering miles during service to replenish the food: well done! The only downside was the lack of cloth napkins on the tables. While this isn't a big deal, the half-sized white paper napkins are more like something you'd find at a mobile chip shop—no, not in a Mercure hotel.

04/05/2026: I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had booked a special package that included a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival and a late dinner. However, the wine was mediocre; we didn't drink it. We didn't use the late dinner because we were planning to enjoy the indoor pool, but it was so cold that we only took a quick dip. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price I paid!

25/06/2026: Really nice. They even served us another salad when we arrived at the end of our meal service. Very welcoming. Great salad...

24/06/2026: Very simple but a little gem with a room overlooking the Allier River. Good breakfast. The hotel also has a restaurant with a sheltered outdoor terrace in summer.

24/09/2026: Excellent couscous. Very light semolina. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to the owner, who was very friendly.

24/09/2026: A friendly, unpretentious place. Good value for money, courteous service.

20/09/2026: Salad was not worth the money. It was not washed good enough so was still sandy. It was just plain salad leaves with cheese (ordered it without meat). Would be nice to have a good veggie option here. Everything else was good, but salad really disappointing. Waiter seemed annoyed but was nice towards the end, I guess it’s end of the season so everyone’s probably a bit worn off :)

12/09/2026: Amazing atmosphere and wonderful interior design.

11/09/2026: The perfect ambiance for one of my favorite museums in France. (And for this ambiance, it gets top marks!) Those without a reservation have to wait! The wait was bearable, though, and an exceptionally friendly young woman brought us each a menu to peruse. I don't understand why people feel personally attacked when they have to wait in such a place. As I said, those without reservations have to wait, or go upstairs or downstairs to the café—well, and wait there too. Again, I can say that the food was good for a museum restaurant. And our rosé champagne was definitely worth a second glass. A small warning: the menu includes two courses, not three as we had assumed.

02/11/2025: Excellent, succulent, exquisite, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some things... What more can I say? You have to go there to see for yourself!! Exemplary service at a fair price.

01/11/2025: Drawn in by the menu featuring an omelet with chanterelles and black trumpet mushrooms, you discover an exceptional spot: a awning-covered patio, an island of tranquility in the heart of Nîmes. The service is outstanding, the sommelier offers excellent advice, and the cuisine is homemade using fresh, local ingredients, orchestrated by renowned chef Sébastien Granier, a Bocuse alumnus (photo visible at the entrance). The wine cellar is top-notch... a set menu at €25, the omelet at €19... it's top-notch without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

19/11/2025: For those who appreciate the owner's casual and inappropriate familiarity, you're in for a treat... The customer isn't necessarily a friend... or a girlfriend, who's addressed condescendingly as "my dear lady." They act like they're in charge, while the "recession-proof" menu is barely university cafeteria fare. The selection is extremely limited. Okay for a quick fix if there's nothing else nearby, but certainly not for a proper meal. What a stark contrast to the previous owners! We miss you, Ms. V.

30/10/2025: The decor and style don't exactly make you want to linger. Now that we've addressed that issue, we can move on. I had a fantastic raclette, but the service was really lacking in tact. They could do much better.

26/10/2025: Very good, very friendly restaurant. The soup is very good, as is the cheese and chips.

13/05/2026: We had lunch there today as a family, everything was perfect! The service was quick, and the food and wine were delicious! 😋

21/03/2026: We ordered pasta with blue cheese sauce. We're still looking for the blue cheese flavor. The blueberry tart was passable. However, the price was too high for the poor quality.

19/03/2026: Two days spent at Les Carlines and nothing to complain about, the rooftop was even better, matured rib of beef, attentive service, thank you to Sonia and Vico for this warm welcome and top-notch service, I highly recommend it!!

21/09/2026: We went there as a group of 16 with our car club. Despite forgetting to confirm our reservation, they still welcomed us even though the restaurant was nearly full. A friendly and efficient team. Quick service, no waiting. Delicious food at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to try this restaurant; you won't regret it!
