01/10/2026: Top-notch fish shop with an amazing deli section. Plus, I found a range of fresh pasta from the Palais des Mets brand, which is super high quality.

23/09/2026: The cashier Ihssan was very unpleasant. I was waiting in line to finally reach the checkout when I realized I'd picked the wrong item she'd just scanned. She told me in a very unpleasant tone that it was too late, that she'd already scanned it!! And that it had jammed her register! Anyway, she called her manager while I took the opportunity to change the item, which was less than ten meters from the register. When I came back, she still hadn't fixed the jammed register and she angrily told me, in a curt tone: "It's closed! It's closed!" As if to punish her for picking the wrong item! I made it very clear to her that you don't speak to customers like that and that it wasn't professional, and she told me I'd blocked her till and that I couldn't just change my mind like that. Anyway, when I tried to get her name, she put her hand over her badge because, of course, she couldn't take responsibility. I will never set foot in that store again, and I advise you against going there.

26/08/2026: A very large restaurant with excellent food. It's very spacious and feels pleasantly airy. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is the price of dinner, weekends, and holidays, which we found a bit high. But weekday lunches are very affordable. In short, I'd gladly go back, but for lunch...😉

07/10/2026: Frankly, this is unacceptable. I placed an order last night that was never delivered because there were no more delivery drivers, and despite that, you still want me to pay for an order I never received. And this isn't the first time: even in-store, my orders are never honored, and in the evening it's always the same hassle. I'm not going to pay for a service I never received. I therefore request the immediate cancellation and a full refund of this order.

06/10/2026: The fries weren't good, and the rest was even worse. The staff were unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

29/08/2026: The ingredients are fine. However, the state of the toilets is appalling. They're old, dirty, and the toilet brush is at least 10 years old. Seeing the state of cleanliness in the toilets makes you wonder about the kitchens. The benches are torn. Clearly, this establishment doesn't prioritize care or hygiene.

18/08/2026: An experience out of time, it was no longer Angers but Mexico, flavors and a taste journey, I will return.

20/09/2026: The restaurant is closed for renovations, not indicated on Google. We walked from the floral park only to be disappointed to find the window closed upon arrival.

14/08/2026: Perfect place for a drink, ice cream, or a meal. We were in a campervan and were able to sleep in the large parking lot at the resort. The servers were very professional and friendly. Thank you for your service.

03/10/2026: Yesterday I picked up an order that was missing the box of fries with cheddar cheese that I paid extra for. I took the tram back to ask for it, and the woman told me that everyone comes here to complain about things being forgotten, but we can't believe them! Today my son ordered three meals for delivery, and they sent him a regular Big Mac even though he specified no sauce, onions, or pickles. They don't answer calls, and he's left without a meal. Do we have to go there to be humiliated yet again?! Very disappointed. You have to eat in to report problems immediately, and that's if they don't tell you that you hid them.

02/10/2026: I don't eat at McDonald's often, and on my last visit I had a small problem with the ordering kiosk. Everything was sorted out thanks to Ms. Bouchra; a big thank you to her for her kindness, her smile, and her efficiency 😊

14/09/2026: We were a group of six deaf friends, including a friend who had come from Toulouse, whom we were eager to see and enjoy together. The initial welcome was friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Since the posted closing time was 11:00 PM, we naturally assumed we could stay until then. However, starting at 10:00 PM, the staff repeatedly asked us to leave earlier, citing personal and family obligations. We can certainly understand their desire to go home, but it's not up to the customers to bear the consequences of the restaurant's internal organization. We therefore politely but firmly replied that we wished to stay until the advertised closing time. From that point on, the situation became frankly unpleasant. Around 10:30 PM, while we were still seated, the staff began noisily tidying up around us, notably moving chairs, with an attitude that clearly gave us the impression they were trying to get us to leave. There were six of us, all deaf, and we felt that our deafness was being used to pressure us into leaving before the scheduled time. When we protested, the perceived lack of respect only made us more uncomfortable. It's a real shame: we were having a wonderful evening with friends who don't see each other often, and this attitude completely ruined the end of the night. We know the owner or manager (who was absent that evening), with whom we've always had a good relationship, and we sincerely believe the evening could have ended very differently. The initial welcome was friendly, but the staff's behavior at the end of service was very disappointing. It's a pity, because it could have been a very pleasant experience.
