20/09/2026: I tried the VIP area and was really disappointed. No player interaction. Almost no atmosphere. Okay, you get a cheap beer and a couple of other sodas. But nothing special. The view isn't even pleasant because of the railings right in front of the windows. You'd be better off watching matches in the stands, with the rest of the crowd, and also checking out the Roanne club. It's a completely different experience from the fan zone! A much more fun experience!

19/09/2026: It's always a real pleasure to come and watch the games at the Charlemagne Ice Rink! The atmosphere is truly pleasant and welcoming, with great energy in the stands. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good game and have a fantastic time. I highly recommend it! 🏒👏

30/08/2026: I went to McDonald's yesterday, and I have to say I won't be going back anytime soon. None of the employees, especially those working in the kitchen, were wearing hairnets or gloves. Furthermore, the fries were soggy and cold. The quality of this McDonald's is steadily declining.

28/09/2026: It's lost its appeal. My daughter asked for cheese sauce, and they gave her pepper sauce. Now I go near the swing bridge; there's a waiter and a cook, and the service is much better. It's cheaper. Pacha is finished. You have to wonder where the meat is. They don't wash their hands. The food is disgusting (Taste the Best). I recommend going to the place mentioned above, Quai Alexandre III. If my daughter gets sick, I'll send him the bill. The worst part is that they insisted I ask for pepper sauce, even though we don't eat spicy food at home for health reasons.

21/09/2026: I wish to report the unacceptable behavior of a security guard at your establishment. Every time I visit on a Sunday, he systematically refuses me entry, telling me to come back the following Sunday, even though the establishment is always empty and I don't understand the reason for this arbitrary refusal. Just today, Sunday, I arrived around 10 p.m. and he again refused me entry without any valid justification. I would like to remind management that Article L121-11 of the French Consumer Code strictly prohibits refusal of service and denial of access without legitimate reason in an establishment open to the public. This message serves as an official warning: if this abusive refusal persists on my future visits, I will assert my rights through all available legal channels (SignalConso). I urge management to clarify the rules for its staff.

22/09/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews for restaurants or establishments, but this one really crosses the line. Waiting almost two hours for a pizza, especially in a place called "Presto," is frankly unacceptable. The quality was unfortunately lacking as well, and the service was clearly lacking. I can understand that unforeseen circumstances or wait times can occur, but you still need to respect your customers and explain the situation properly. If you don't enjoy what you do, it's perhaps better not to do it, because at this level, the customer feels like they're being taken for a fool. A very bad experience for me. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment; there's no respect for customers whatsoever, not even on the phone.

21/09/2026: Order received over an hour late. The pizza was probably reheated in the microwave in the meantime, judging by the rubbery crust... Low-quality ingredients, might as well have eaten the box... Avoid at all costs!

19/09/2026: We had such a fun time at this restaurant! We sat at the small tables in front while my wife sketched the tourists engaging with the artists, had several different types of wine and several menu items and every single one was delightful. The staff treated us like we were family and they fed us, laughed with us, and took our photo with a smile when we asked them. Our last visit here is one of our fondest memories of this trip!

A truly idyllic setting to enjoy a delicious meal. Another major advantage is the private beach just below, with sun loungers where you can relax, soak up the sun, and fully enjoy the day by the water. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. All the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. We particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the owner, who personally ensures that every guest feels comfortable. The service is impeccable: the entire team is attentive to every detail and truly goes the extra mile to make the experience perfect. As for the food, we discovered original flavors and some truly beautiful combinations. The restaurant offers particularly attractive set menus at €42 and €50, allowing you to choose several courses and finish with an excellent dessert. Honestly, the set menus are very generous and excellent value for money: you leave feeling completely satisfied. Between the beautiful setting, the quality of the food, the warm welcome, and the attentive service, we truly loved our experience. We recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly return.
