23/05/2026: The spirit of Ratatouille is alive and well in this restaurant! Reservations are recommended, as it gets very popular. We booked a table for early afternoon and were given the time. The service was excellent. The waiter immediately checked for our food allergies and took great care of us throughout the meal. Expect to pay €45 for a starter and main course, which was plenty for us.

23/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Bistro Chez Rémy! The restaurant is beautifully themed and truly feels like you stepped into Ratatouille’s world. The atmosphere, decoration, and attention to detail are amazing, especially the giant plates and cutlery design. Food was very good as well — the steak and fries were excellent, and the overall experience was worth it. One important tip for visitors: even if the Disneyland app shows the restaurant as fully booked, it is still possible to get a table by coming directly to the restaurant and asking the staff. We managed to get seated without a reservation. Highly recommended!

Here is some constructive feedback, with specific points for improvement. ⚠️ Key points to remember: • Spa: no real jacuzzi with hydromassage jets (mostly bubbles) • Spa: doors slam → constant noise • Rooms: outdated, poorly modernized • Restaurant: quality inconsistent with the hotel's positioning • Electric charging station: unusable without a personal cable 🧖‍♀️ SPA – Well-equipped but disappointing in the essentials The spa is comprehensive and pleasant, but: • The jacuzzis only work with bubbles • The seating in the pool has no jets • There are a few jets in the indoor pool, but they are very localized ➡️ Result: no real massage, limited relaxation ➡️ A shame for an establishment of this caliber 🔇 SPA – Major noise problem • Self-closing doors without dampers • They slam loudly every time someone passes through ➡️ Even in the relaxation rooms, the noise is constant ➡️ Very Detrimental to relaxation 🛏️ ROOMS – Lack of modernity • Clean but dated rooms • Little to no renovation ➡️ Stayed here 15 years ago → virtually no changes ➡️ Outdated style 🍽️ RESTAURANT – Disappointing for the standard • Semi-gastronomic positioning Example: • “Signature” burger → not homemade fries → undercooked fries → insufficient portion size ➡️ Still hungry after the meal ➡️ Questionable value for money ⚡ CHARGING STATION – Unpleasant surprise • Charging station present but: → requires your own cable ➡️ Impossible to charge on site ➡️ Outdated system (current charging stations have integrated cables) ✅ Conclusion The establishment has potential, but several concrete points detract from it The experience: • Spa needs improvement (jets + quieter rooms) • Rooms need modernization • Restaurant needs to be aligned with its positioning • Services need updating (electric vehicle charging station) 👉 With a few adjustments, the experience could be significantly better.

06/05/2026: The spa is really lovely and true to the photos; we had a great time there! The room was quite nice, a bit dated but clean. If I come back, I don't think I'd book it again. The service was also very good, both the meals and the buffet. The wait for dinner was really long at first (about 45 minutes), but after the first course, it was much more efficient! The staff is very friendly too!

31/05/2026: Excellent. As usual. For anyone who loves good pizza. A bit pricey, but that's what you pay if you want to eat kosher. However, IT'S A COMPLETE ROCK-FALLER. A SHAME, NO MAINTENANCE!

12/04/2026: A complete disaster. I'm giving it one star because it's mandatory. The service is catastrophic, the restaurant is simply a warehouse, and its cleanliness is appalling. I don't even understand how the hygiene department or the Beth Din (rabbinical court) isn't doing anything about it… Avoid at all costs.

23/05/2026: No response to our "hello" upon entering, we were given a paper bag for our purchases but it was up to us to put the products in it, just a very unpleasant experience for shopkeepers, parking with height restrictions... an inconclusive experience!

27/04/2026: I ordered pho and ended up with a disgusting soup. Let's list the things that went wrong: - dark and cloudy soup, nothing like pho - rubbery, disgusting, precooked beef - no cilantro - no bean sprouts - no lemon It's also not very pleasant to be treated like an idiot when, upon receiving my order, I say it's not what I ordered. Their reaction was: "Uh, no, no, that's how we make it." The photo is attached: I think anyone who's ever eaten pho can confirm that I was completely taken for a ride. Business proposition: admit you don't know the dish and don't know how to cook it, rather than treating your customers like they're dumber than they are.

12/07/2026: The toilets aren't clean! (They need cleaning). The tables aren't clean either, with several grease stains that prove they haven't been cleaned. The servers address customers they don't know informally. The servers confuse chicken and beef. However, the food is quite good. I recommend it for the food, but not for the cleanliness. Thank you!

11/07/2026: I came on 10/07/2026, I went to the toilet, it wasn't clean, there were smells, the toilet flush wasn't working, and the floor wasn't very clean.

30/07/2026: A shaded terrace with fans was very pleasant in this heat. The service was good, and the dishes were tasty and generous: mashed potatoes, flank steak, truffle ravioli… everything was excellent. The same goes for the desserts. The dishes are served in small stainless steel pans, which adds a nice and original touch. However, be aware that the children's menus are also served in this type of container, which can get very hot and cause burns.
