29/04/2026: We were surprised to find the store closed on the Intermarché side of the mall, and even more astonished to find the main entrance locked when we arrived and discovered it was closed, even though it wasn't 8 PM and the sales assistants were inside. We were met with a closed door without any explanation for the unusual closure at the posted hours.

07/04/2026: Best tempura shrimp I've ever had! Excellent pho and Peking soup. A great discovery: the triangle gyoza. Very friendly and pleasant waiter.

06/02/2026: Very attentive service and excellent value for money! Dare to visit the veranda, it's worth it!

06/03/2026: A fantastic restaurant from start to finish. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service and food were top-notch, with generous portions of high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend dining there.

20/02/2026: Great atmosphere with background music, very calm, very fast service, beautifully presented dishes, excellent homemade food, very friendly waiters and cooks. The food is worth trying at least once in your life, and the prices are justified by the quality and the staff's dedication to the dishes. I highly recommend it.

02/08/2026: This evening, around 9 pm, I went to order a Tartiflette pizza and a Royale pizza without olives or chorizo. Unfortunately, I got olives on the Tartiflette, even though it doesn't normally have them. Similarly, I still got olives and chorizo ​​on the Royale, despite my request. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to the pizzeria to sort this out because the staff closed at 9:10 pm, while Google indicated a closing time of 9:30 pm. Yet, you could see there was still pizza dough left. As for the atmosphere, it was also disastrous, perhaps because the owner wasn't there? The former pizza maker with long hair came in to put on a show, talking about his life and how he likes marijuana, etc. The two other employees were also chatting amongst themselves, talking about girls, and singing Jul songs as if they were the only ones in the pizzeria, with absolutely no discretion. I found the atmosphere childish and unpleasant. Personally, I felt there was a serious lack of professionalism. I'm still giving it two stars, though, because usually, when I come and the owner is there, everything goes smoothly. I've always been warmly welcomed and well served, until tonight. I'll gladly return only if he's there. Otherwise, I'll eat somewhere else.

27/05/2026: Passing through on our motorcycle, we stopped for lunch. We received a very warm welcome, the starter buffet was excellent, the main course was superb, and the waitress was extremely friendly. We will return as soon as possible; I highly recommend it.

18/05/2026: Unpleasant owner Getting a "hello" is extremely difficult! At 1:30 PM, there's nothing left to eat, according to a customer at the café. Not even a sandwich, or at least maybe not, because the owner doesn't speak. Anyway, if you hate working, change jobs!! Thank you for your reply; I wasn't expecting anything better. I'm talking about customer service, and you're talking about hygiene. Anyway, stay just the way you are, you're the best.

11/06/2026: Disappointed with the value for money. The terrace is outdated. The food leaves much to be desired; the presentation of the dishes is simplistic.

07/06/2026: Pure class. True French gastronomic tradition, including the service. The dishes are homemade and prepared to order. I tasted the steak tartare and the cassoulet. I highly recommend it. Bravo!

03/07/2026: For years, my family and I have had a ritual: at least once a month, we go to Naruto. For starters, their wonderful cheese sticks and miso soup; for the main course, delicious maki and sushi; and for dessert, mochi, nougat, or lychee. The service is quick, the restaurant is nicely decorated, and the servers are very friendly. Naruto introduced me to Japanese cuisine, and I'm grateful. (I gave the food 4 stars because some items are only served in the evening, and that's not great.)

02/07/2026: It had been a few years since I'd eaten there. The food is good and varied, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is pleasant. The only downside is that it's very noisy.

30/07/2026: Loved this little spot on the edge of the Marais. Breakfast was delightful, with gorgeous bread, yoghurt and eggs. Great atmosphere and v low key vibe, which was nice.

27/07/2026: Skip this cafe ! Worst Cheese Burger in Paris, and I have had many here. Cold with Horrible cheese, all on a super stale-hard bun. Our other dish was a ham and cheese sandwich with multiple tiny Black Bugs on it. The waitress seemed annoyed that we pointed this out to her. We then cancelled this second dish. I took my second bite of the Cheese Burger and gave up. We asked for the bill and left. Soo Disappointing YUK

27/06/2026: Good beer selection, but the bearded waiter was a complete disaster. The service and customer care were nonexistent. There are much better pubs nearby (Finnegans, Bistrot des Moins, VandB, etc.).

08/08/2026: We came from Spain for an event and stopped here for lunch. Simply incredible, and the service from our waiter Frank was spectacular. I ordered a burger and my friend the entrecote. The meat was cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be back when we're in Paris again! 🙌🏼

04/08/2026: The tattooed waiter is incredibly disrespectful. He brings back half the order, he's insolent and contemptuous. Avoid at all costs.

31/05/2026: Too bad for Romain, but his waitress Sylvie (the most senior one) is out of her depth; restaurant service isn't her forte. She's all talk and no action, making comments the customers shouldn't have to hear. At this rate, the customers will stop coming to the restaurant.

28/07/2026: We ate there last summer (and were disappointed), but we gave it another chance this year. Verdict: disappointed both times! 2025: - My 4-year-old daughter got 3 wasp stings in ONE meal, the terrace was swarming with them! The staff offered nothing to help my daughter (no ice pack or anything), they didn't even come to check on her even though they saw what was happening (a child screaming 3 times during a meal doesn't go unnoticed). - Very slow service. - But the pizzas were alright. 2026: - The terrace was still swarming with wasps, a nightmare trying to have a peaceful snack. The neighboring tables were struggling just like us. - Extremely slow service even though we only ordered 4 crepes for our snack. - The crepes were awful. I was quite disappointed and upset because, considering the price of the crepes, I don't understand how they could be so badly cooked! They weren't cooked at all. My daughters didn't eat a thing, even though we're talking about 4 and 5-year-olds who are usually very greedy. - The staff isn't very friendly; they respond very curtly when we ask where the restrooms are, etc. The next day we tried the terrace next door: "Le Refuge." We were won over, and I'm going to leave them a review too (wasp traps absolutely everywhere and incredibly effective because we didn't see a single one bother us; they were all caught in the traps. Chez Papaz should take note... The woman who served us (probably the manager) and the servers are super friendly, a very family-oriented atmosphere. The manager takes the time to chat with each customer, making everyone feel valued. She had a lovely chat with my daughters and gave them a small pack of crayons... we were won over!). We won't be trying Chez Papaz a third time.
