06/07/2026: The staff are very friendly and smiling :) The food is good, quick, and inexpensive! I recommend it if you need a quick and easy meal; it's the perfect place! There's a good selection, and everything I've tried has been delicious! I don't eat in myself, and from what I've seen in the reviews, the atmosphere can be a bit gloomy, which I agree with, but it's perfect if you're getting takeout.

10/10/2026: I didn't eat or drink there, but I've rarely encountered such a disrespectful person at the entrance of a restaurant, so it warrants a negative review. Leaving a concert with my mother, we went to buy some bottled water, and the person at the stand told us they were supplied by the brewery right behind it. So we went to a waiter at the entrance to ask to use the restroom. He told us they had absolutely nothing to do with that stand (I don't see the point of this woman lying to us) and that it cost €2 to use the restroom. I politely asked him again, pointing out that we had already paid €6 for two small bottles of water and that, given my mother's age of 60, there was no need to speak to her in that tone and be so unpleasant. I could already see the response coming, so I'll clarify: the restaurant was empty, and absolutely no one stopped to ask for anything. Furthermore, I don't think anyone can tolerate speaking aggressively to a woman who's simply asking to use the restroom. :) We're not going to apologize for not peeing in the street like all those old guys. Nor for not wanting to pay €2 when we've already consumed something.

06/06/2026: So, the owner or server was friendly, but be warned, there's a slight problem: the brasserie doesn't serve beer 🍻🍺 and the menu is missing some things, which isn't great... I sat down on my pint and my partner on her banana smoothie. I guess it just wasn't my day, or rather, it wasn't his day either... I'll forgive them because I've been to worse places where restaurants didn't serve food. My best to them.

01/09/2026: Delicious pizza!!! After a day of boat tours and exploring the city, we weren't particularly hungry and didn't feel like going to a restaurant. This pizzeria is close to our hotel, and the aroma was truly appetizing. I asked for the pizza closest to an Italian margherita, and it was truly excellent. Perfect dough, excellent tomato sauce, good mozzarella. Quality black olives. Very friendly staff. Well done!

30/08/2026: For the past few years I've been ordering your cheese pizzas, which are very, very good, and the receptionist is super friendly 💖 However, I wanted to try the three-cheese pizza, and it's really, really not good. It's a shame...

14/09/2026: We've been paying with holiday vouchers for several years and have never had a problem. We're very disappointed since the change of ownership, as they no longer accept them. It's a real shame; you're losing loyal customers because of this.

31/05/2026: The blue-eyed gentleman at reception was very rude and spoke to me disrespectfully. I went into the lounge and asked for a cake on the day of PSG's victory. He then started shouting and insulting me. He made shocking and discriminatory remarks, particularly towards Arabs. I was very surprised and shocked by his behavior.

17/08/2026: Many years ago it was a real restaurant with great food. Not anymore at all. It's a brasserie with low quality industrial precooked food. The site is still nice.

12/09/2026: Located in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, opposite the church and 100 meters from the beach. It's a pleasant place where you receive a warm welcome. Good value for money. Definitely don't go to "Les Petits Choux" (The Little Cabbage Shop). I recommend it.

28/08/2026: I left their place and I was still hungry. All the specialty dishes come with alcohol. I ate a chicken fillet instead of mussels.

07/10/2026: This is the third time in a month I've had problems with the self-service kiosks at McDonald's. I was advised to uninstall and then reinstall the app, which I did, but the problem persists. The most surprising thing is that three of us customers were experiencing the exact same issue at the same time. Despite this, the staff don't seem to care much about the wait. It feels more like we're left to fend for ourselves. As for the food, the fries have become so thin that they cool down very quickly and sometimes arrive cold. The offers are also subject to more and more restrictions, making them much less appealing. I also find it disappointing to see certain sugary products, especially some drinks, gradually disappearing while additional taxes are being introduced. In short, between the recurring problems with the kiosks and the app, the wait times, the lack of consideration for customers, the cold fries, the restrictions on offers, and the disappearance of certain products, the experience becomes frankly disappointing. It's really time McDonald's improved its customer service and overall quality.

12/06/2026: The kebabs are excellent! Plus, the staff is lovely. I sincerely think this is the best kebab shop in Tours. I've been eating here for several years and I've never had a problem.
