20/09/2026: After being consistently ignored by the waitress for over 20 minutes, even though guests at the immediately adjacent tables were being served later, we left this otherwise welcoming establishment. Another couple who had arrived shortly before us were also not served and left as well.

05/09/2026: I received a very warm welcome from the vendor, and it was a pleasure chatting with him about the different products. The chicken was delicious, and definitely not from Ukraine. I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back.

26/09/2026: Avoid this shop. I had a terrible experience with the staff. I simply pointed out that a gentleman cut in front of me while I was waiting, and the saleswoman had the nerve to reply, "Oh well, it's not the end of the world." She refused to serve me, claiming she had to ring up the gentleman, even though he was already being served by her colleague. I explained the situation, and seeing her attitude, I finally told her I wasn't going to buy anything. She then replied, "Well, don't buy anything." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a business, and certainly not good customer service. We can understand that there might be a crowd or mistakes in the order of service, but politeness and respect for customers should be the foundation. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've witnessed a lack of respect from the staff at this bakery. The management of this bakery really needs to review how customers are received and treated.

12/07/2026: I don't recommend it. The welcome was polite, but bordering on unpleasant. There was no menu for the bar, so you don't know what you can drink or how much it will cost. The service was really mediocre, and the attitude was unprofessional. I won't be back.

29/06/2026: Horrible. Warm welcome. We were with our dog and they seated us on the terrace, at narrow tables that were very hot. There were empty tables inside the restaurant and on a lovely, cool interior terrace. I asked to change tables, and they told me that the tables on the interior terrace were for four. A little while later, a couple arrived with a dog and went inside the restaurant. We felt completely discriminated against. Twenty minutes had passed, and we were very lucky that they hadn't asked us to come yet, so we left. Thankfully, because that allowed us to go to a restaurant in the first village we found that wasn't touristy at all. They treated us and our dog very kindly, and we had a wonderful meal.

31/08/2026: We only ended up here because the restaurant we actually wanted to go to was closed and this was one of the only places we could find. All I can say is I wish this place had been closed too. The food was absolutely terrible. We ordered a pizza and a salad. The pizza was covered in grease and overloaded with cheese. Honestly, you can get better ready-made pizza from a supermarket. The salad was equally horrible. Pretty much every dish is around €20, which is astonishing given the quality. Our bill came to about €50, and they only accept cash. Atrocious food, terrible value, and one of those meals where you genuinely wish you had just gone hungry instead.

23/08/2026: Beautiful view, friendly service and delicious food. 👍 Payment is only possible in cash, or in case of emergency by bank transfer. The only thing we missed was draft beer. 🙂

24/04/2026: The hotel itself is fine. However, the owner's incompetence and utter disregard for his customers when it comes to refunds are unacceptable. To be avoided at all costs.

07/05/2026: I've been here several times to buy pastries and viennoiseries, and each time there are mistakes in the order, mix-ups, and omissions. I won't be going back.

15/07/2026: A fantastic discovery at Kalimera! The atmosphere at Ground Control is always amazing, but their stand is definitely worth the trip on its own. The dish: I absolutely loved their whole wheat pita! The bread is incredibly soft, bursting with flavor, and a refreshing change from classic pitas. Filled with fresh, perfectly seasoned ingredients, it's a pure delight—both indulgent and healthy. The dessert: Be sure to save room for the portokalopita (the Greek orange cake). It's absolutely divine! It's incredibly moist, perfectly soaked without being too heavy, and intensely fragrant. The service is quick and the staff is super friendly. I'll definitely be back! 🇬🇷✨

30/06/2026: I ordered a mezze platter to share from Kalimera at Ground Control, which cost €35. The portions of hummus and tzatziki were far too small (2 tablespoons each), very disappointing; they've halved the quantities! I didn't have this experience the first time I tried it. I don't recommend the sharing platter.

27/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, in fact, we went back twice while we were in Marseille! Delicious food and very pleasant waiters and waitresses. I highly recommend it!

26/08/2026: "CONTINUOUS SERVICE" is clearly displayed. We come to eat and are brushed off with a "there's no continuous service, we just don't want to." In the middle of tourist season, on the port of Cassis, to have such contempt for customers is quite something. If you're too lazy to work, change your hours or even your profession. Friendliness: zero. Respect: zero. Professionalism: zero. A disgrace for a tourist establishment. Avoid this place.

13/09/2026: Where to begin… We arrived around 10 PM. The waiter politely told us to come back around 11:30 PM, which was perfectly understandable. We returned around 11:30 PM, and the owner greeted us very warmly, telling us to wait and that he would come back when he found a table. We waited a few minutes, which is understandable. Three bouncers arrived and pulled us out rather roughly. One of them asked for my ID, which is normal. Since I'm now of legal age, he told me it wouldn't be possible because I'm not... he needs to learn to count… He then threw us out quite violently. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Once the older customers stop coming, who will come if all the young people are thrown out like this? The establishment will eventually go under if they treat all the young people like this. In short, this place should be banned.
