15/09/2026: To all the visitors who think about queuing there because they saw it on Tiktok or something: please don't. If you do, you'll participate in a tourist trap. No Parisien would ever go there. Instead, go to the Petit Vendome (or any bakery really) - you'll have a wonderful jambon-beurre for a few euros, and an authentic Parisian experience - priceless! Live like a local, and don't buy Tiktok crap.
10/09/2026: This place is a scam. No doubt about it, they really take good care of tourists here 😆. From now on, I'll be happy to warn people in the queue that, in reality, they're queuing to get ripped off 🤣. €20 for a ham and butter sandwich with a baguette from the local bakery 🤣.

14/10/2026: It was my first time at Flunch Montmartre.
I received a warm welcome.
They explained the all-you-can-eat option, the ice cream, the loyalty points, and how to pay at the register.
The meal was hearty and delicious.
I plan to return soon for the new menu. My future go-to spot... definitely.

This establishment met our expectations with a wide selection of croque monsieur and fries… and a warm welcome from a charming, very attentive, and friendly waiter. Thank you!

I arrived at 7:30 pm, a customer had just left, there was still bread on the shelf, and yet the employee refused to serve me even though I was allowed into the bakery. This behavior is completely unprofessional, especially considering the fierce competition less than a kilometer away for the past three years.

21/09/2026: This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the person at the cashier refused to understand my order and because she didn’t understand English she got frustrated and pretty much threw me the receipt.
WHAT A TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION !!!!
18/09/2026: It was dirty, the dishes were stained with lipstick, as if they hadn't been washed, even though I ordered disposable dishes, but that's okay.
It tasted like a 7-8, I won't go back there again.

15/04/2026: This isn't the first time I've bought chocolate here, and it's truly excellent, of very high quality.
I just want to make a small observation: when you spend a certain amount, a small gesture of goodwill is always appreciated. It's something I've often experienced with other chocolatiers, and it really enhances the customer experience.
It's these little touches that, in my opinion, help build customer loyalty and make people want to come back even more.
