16/07/2026: The worst possible customer service experience: you order a cold drink, you pay, and once you've paid, they say, "Sorry, we'll bring you the drink," and then, "Sorry, we don't have it chilled, it's room temperature." Thanks a lot for the service.

07/08/2026: If we come here, it's not for the quality of the food, because it's very expensive compared to the ingredients. For the same price as a set menu, you can get a full meal at a roadside restaurant.

19/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I ordered a milkshake at the café, but the manager told me they were out of straws, even though they were available when I placed my order. I also asked for glasses of water, which were never served. A truly regrettable lack of organization and service.

18/07/2026: The most absurd McDonald's I've ever seen: the drive-thru line spills out onto the road, all the way to the roundabout, creating absolute chaos. Orders are frequently forgotten, and having to ask for a product you paid for but never received is unpleasant for everyone. What a disgrace.

31/07/2026: Great McDonald's. Impeccable service. I often go to the drive-thru rather than eat inside. The staff is friendly and pleasant.

13/07/2026: The club is great, but some of the equipment is starting to get quite outdated. I'm thinking in particular of the bikes on the 3rd floor; most of them don't work anymore.

09/07/2026: Last week a 10kg dumbbell fell on my right foot. They have a vertical dumbbell rack at the end of there horizontal rack that is extremely difficult to access . I’m not going back there. I hope they will refund my dues.I pointed it out to a guy at the front desk. He could care less. Not a safe place. It’s ridiculous what goes on there. I’ve noticed that the ownership never comments on a negative review. It seems like they don’t care .

18/05/2026: Not great despite the servers' dedication. Very basic cuisine.

20/04/2026: The place is filthy, the thigh is in a deplorable state, and on top of that, they make racist and discriminatory remarks when you point them out, and they dare to call themselves the Route du Rhum! Avoid at all costs!!!

09/03/2026: Still dreaming about their cookies and bagels...! The best breaks I had when I visited, back in November 2025. I'd definitely recommend for the incredibly warm environment and the good food served with a bright smile. :)

22/06/2026: We originally came here just for a drink. A middle-aged waiter mocked us and told us that if we did not order food, we would have to compensate him for the complimentary water he had already poured and also pay a seating charge. Although we eventually ordered food as well, we still did not receive the level of service that should be expected. To make matters worse, staff members spoke loudly about us in French, apparently assuming we would not understand. Unfortunately for them, one of our friends speaks French and understood the comments. The food was good but nothing exceptional. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

14/06/2026: Horrible, inedible desserts and frankly the worst service I've ever experienced in Paris.

19/06/2026: We had a very good meal; the pizzas and ice cream were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the topping on my pizza wasn't what I ordered: a cazone with mushrooms and artichokes, but instead it had eggplant and tomato. Not a big deal, I like eggplant, but I love mushrooms. The change in toppings should have been mentioned beforehand. After the meal, we told the waiter, explaining that it was still good, but he simply said, "You've finished, it was fine."

14/06/2026: We went there in the evening, the welcome was perfect, the order was taken quickly, the meal was very good, the cuttlefish was cooked perfectly, something even some restaurants in Grau-du-Roi struggle to achieve, and the portions were sufficient. However, I have two small suggestions: the fish tartare duo should have a slightly curved plate to prevent dripping onto clothing, and for the cuttlefish, instead of brown sauce, a stronger garlicky aioli with less mustard poured over the hot cuttlefish would have been even better. In any case, I highly recommend it and we will definitely return. Thank you to the Bellagio team and see you soon.

22/07/2026: Excellent service, a waiter who puts a smile on your face and makes you laugh. Not my first time here, but the service is always top-notch for a pleasant experience.

21/07/2026: We decided to come and eat with children. We ordered six children's meals, but the non-carbonated drinks were unavailable. I asked the manager on duty to make an exception and provide fruit juice instead, but the answer was no! I had to buy extra drinks, which is unacceptable! When you have a problem, it's your responsibility to offer a gesture of goodwill, not for customers to pay more! Very disappointed.

08/07/2026: Absolutely terrible kebab shop. The owner is violent and drunk; he tried to hit him because he criticized his disgusting food. In short, avoid this place at all costs. Run away and enjoy a triangle kebab instead.

09/06/2026: Kebab and fries, very good, perhaps not quite enough meat. Otherwise, a pleasant surprise, much better than the one across the street!

03/07/2026: Dishes prepared with love and passion, a very varied wine selection – you're sure to find something to suit you. The owners are attentive, very pleasant, and always smiling. I highly recommend this place if you're passing through or if you live in or around Tours.

06/05/2026: Dare to step inside this restaurant. Don't be put off by the sometimes less-than-warm welcome. Remember to book ahead, as there are only a few tables. You truly won't be disappointed by the quality of the food! I highly recommend it, having eaten there many times.

04/07/2026: We live in the Var region, and once a month we pass through Laragne and stop for two kebabs. They're absolutely amazing! Very generous portions, everything is fresh and delicious 🥰 Thank you, we love them every time! If you're ever in Laragne, don't hesitate to stop by. See you soon!

25/03/2026: No salad or tomatoes in the taco... Just fries with the meat, plus fries in a tray on the side... I didn't understand the concept 🤷. Disappointed.
