17/02/2026: Refusal to serve more than 15 people under the pretext that regular customers wouldn't be served. We were offered two alternating groups... how convenient for a friendly atmosphere! Small, local businesses in the countryside are struggling to survive; it's hard to understand how you can make such a decision. I hope your regulars will help you keep your business afloat!

05/06/2026: We stayed here for our honeymoon before our wedding at Chateau de Paon. It was an oasis, with gorgeous rooms and great service. Breakfast is pricy but so good that if you take your time it’s worth every penny.

17/05/2026: Wow… it's so beautiful! 🤩 A magnificent hotel, superbly located in the heart of the old town! The outdoor ambiance is incredible, and the rooms are just as stunning. What more could you ask for when you arrive in paradise?! 😇🤩🙏

26/02/2026: The cafeteria is very poorly run; the service is slow, and there isn't much choice—it's either grilled food or the daily special. The choice is only made when you get to the top of the stairs, when you have to choose your line immediately. Perhaps this sign should be moved to the bottom. Furthermore, there's a lack of budget. The soup is watered down so much you can't even taste it. Once, it was my turn, and I asked the cafeteria worker to put less on the plates, and I ended up with a ridiculously small amount. The desserts are always the same. There's also a shortage of water pitchers.

15/05/2026: I've ordered several times and each time half the menu is missing, like a Happy Meal without the nuggets or sauces... etc.

14/02/2026: A little disappointed due to the change of ownership. We thought we were coming and found Vincenzo's, but instead we found a restaurant with an oriental theme that looks nice, very generous portions, and good. If Vincenzo reads this message, where are you now?

07/02/2026: The welcome and service are impeccable; they are attentive and very kind. However, the food quality is really not good, which is a shame because the portions are generous.

25/04/2026: All the menu items are excellent and very appetizing! Great value for money. A very warm welcome, always with a smile! Thank you to the whole team. I highly recommend it.

10/03/2026: The guys don't speak French at all; they're incapable of taking an order properly. I spent 15 minutes explaining something simple, they said they understood, only to end up with the opposite of what I asked for. It's no good, they're incompetent, in short, completely useless!

10/07/2026: Chocolate croissants and croissants worthy of a Franprix bakery, but at €2 each and with virtually no friendliness. Don't go there.

19/06/2026: The pastry was dry, stale, and frankly one of the worst desserts I’ve ever tasted. It was simply dropped onto a tray and handed over with a disposable wooden spoon, even though I was eating in the café. Unfortunately, neither the dessert nor the service came close to justifying the cost.

20/07/2026: A terrible canteen serving up slop, to use culinary terms. Industrial-style starters and desserts, poorly presented, with no effort to enhance the experience for the customer. Saucy dishes that are unappetizing and equally unappealing, all served on cardboard plates. This restaurant should be inspected by the DDCSPP (Departmental Directorate for Social Cohesion and Population Protection) for the sake of its customers. There is a clear lack of expertise and professionalism; the owner has either lost or never possessed a minimum of professional conscience and the desire to provide decent food. And the price has nothing to do with it, because good, clean, and well-presented food isn't a matter of price, but of commitment and respect for the customers.

30/07/2026: We were watched from beginning to end, spied on, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. There were four of us, and we each left one chicken and beef skewer, which wasn't good at all, and one chicken spring roll. €120 wasted. First and last time.

21/06/2026: Completely ruined the street music festival. The brass band was unbearable and completely pointless. Even he clearly wasn't drinking anything. Disastrous.

04/05/2026: Limited tobacco sales! Not much choice, especially the more expensive tobacco! Unfriendly service! They rip off their customers: I bought a small Clipper cigarette for €1.50 and a pack of Marlboro cigarettes for €11. That makes a total of €12.50. On a €20 bill, they only gave me €5.20 in change instead of €7.50!! I do not recommend them!
