20/05/2026: Hello everyone, so to sum it up, the tall bartender, missing two teeth and sporting a spider tattoo on his neck, who already looked pretty drunk, came over and told us to "take a bite" while unplugging our darts game, all to keep the party going until 1:15 AM when bars close at 1:00 AM. His attitude needs improvement; it's not the first time this has happened... Not to mention that he refused to serve us, making a slightly homophobic joke as an excuse. In short, I wouldn't recommend going there if he's around... and it would be good if the manager reviewed the bartenders' behavior. Furthermore, I don't think I'm the first reviewer to experience this kind of thing from this infamous "one-toothed" guy from the Phantom Brigade...

15/07/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The hygiene was highly questionable, the cleanliness of the premises clearly left much to be desired, and it didn't inspire any confidence whatsoever. The service was unpleasant, very slow, and unprofessional. The food served was of poor quality and didn't live up to expectations. Based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Not to mention the cameras in the restrooms and the highly dubious owner. If you're looking for a clean, reputable restaurant that respects its customers, look elsewhere.

02/08/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After printing my receipt, we waited 22 minutes to receive only four Happy Meals, which is far too long. Furthermore, several errors were made: The ice cream wasn't registered by the kiosk, so we had to place another order. My son's Happy Meal was missing its straw, even though it's normally included with the drink. The drinks were served without ice. The hamburgers were barely lukewarm. The apple turnovers weren't hot. And to top it all off: a coconut ice cream, which cost almost €4, was served without topping, even though it's an essential part of the product. For such a simple order, the number of errors is unacceptable. Between the wait time, the oversights, and the quality of the food served, this visit was very disappointing. I hope that measures will be taken to improve the quality of service and order control.

01/08/2026: Good evening, I'm giving a review, but I'm lying because it's so good I'm shocked! We haven't eaten at McDonald's like this since 2015. The quality of the food is exceptional and the staff are super friendly.

02/04/2026: Order placed via Uber Eats. Two maxi meals: tacos and kebab, both with extras. Tacos without sauce, full of onions, a normal size for an XL, compared to before when they were free (even though I paid extra). Kebab without extras, but the bread was slightly overcooked… Very disappointed. I've been a customer for a while, but I'm stopping because it's bordering on a scam…

20/03/2026: This is the second time I've ordered from Edessa via Uber Eats, and both times there's been a mistake with the meat and sauce selection: minced steak instead of kefta. The steak was tasteless and unseasoned. I ordered curry sauce, but I received a flavorless white sauce. A huge disappointment.

28/07/2026: Just for a midday aperitif, and luckily, my daughter's fruit juice expired in April. I didn't understand why she hadn't drunk it, but now that I've taken the bottle out of the fridge, I have the explanation...

28/07/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant on July 27th. We should have read the reviews before going… There were eight of us, including a one-year-old. We ordered five courses, as two young children weren't very hungry and we planned to share with them. The owner's first comment was: "Oh, you're only ordering five courses for eight people!" The tone was already set… I'll skip over several other details, as well as a few oversights on their part during the meal. When it came time to pay the bill, after these various oversights, the owner lost her temper and shouted to her husband, in front of the other customers: "Take the money, or I'll punch one of them!" What professionalism… Bravo! Fortunately, the waitress, visibly very embarrassed by the situation, assured us not to worry, as the owners were due to change in a month. Best of luck to you, Madam, until your new bosses arrive.

01/08/2026: I had lunch there before it was transformed to Floderer. The place is amazing, huge history, amazing vintage atmosphere . Really worth any extra cost. Staff was friendly and polite

30/07/2026: The food was delicious. We tried salmon, ribeye steak, creme brulee, and Rum baba. Salmon and creme brulee were our favorites. We went at 9 pm, there was no queue, the tables were half empty, but they still made us wait a bit. The service wasn't very fast, but the staff were polite.

26/07/2026: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because I celebrated my birthday there and I've been several times over the years. I always loved the place for its atmosphere, which I would give 5 stars—zouk music all night long, it was amazing. But now, unfortunately, I think it's gone downhill a bit. Some of the men are very pushy and persistent. As for the DJ, I'm sorry, but the guy with glasses is really not great. He plays the same songs over and over again throughout the evening, mixing tracks that don't go together at all. Regarding the bar, I don't think the cocktails are good; the proportions are off. I'm really disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back.

20/06/2026: The service was appalling, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. The manager spoke rudely and informally when I asked if I could keep my lottery ticket because I had won €12.10, and he was incredibly rude to me. There is discrimination against young people. I absolutely do not recommend going to this tobacconist; it should be avoided at all costs. Good luck to anyone who goes there—help!

28/11/2025: Well placed, ordinary ex-pat run hotel. Nothing special. Just for sleeping. Would be better if the town was better.

18/11/2025: Weekend with my wife, at a hotel-restaurant I know very well from my business trips. We had a room on the first floor in the building before the main building. The room was simple but perfectly adequate. Comfortable bed, new bathroom, large balcony with a breathtaking view of the canyon. The breakfast was plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is always very welcoming and smiling, which is lovely! I'm a loyal customer of this 2-star hotel, which offers very reasonable prices considering its website. Never disappointed, I'll keep coming back. Please don't change a thing!

21/01/2026: First-time customer of the restaurant We were warmly welcomed into a pleasant room with a wood-burning stove. Nice decor. A minor issue with the food, not in terms of taste, as it was good, but a beef dish served with (frozen) fries, or a so-called chocolate soufflé that, when it arrived, was a small, soft chocolate cake. So, it was good, but it's a shame that this kind of detail doesn't match the prestige of the rest of the establishment. A little more effort from the chef would add even more value to the whole experience.
