20/07/2026: The service was far too slow, which was a shame. We waited over 35 minutes between the starter and the main course.

18/07/2026: The meal was satisfactory, but too expensive for what it was: the quality/price ratio wasn't there.

19/09/2026: Great brunch in Annecy. Everything was delicious. The portions were generous. The atmosphere was pleasant. And the manager was very friendly.

07/08/2026: The welcome was pleasant, the waitress attentive, but the food definitely needs improvement. I ordered soft-boiled eggs with a "salad" and "bread." Unfortunately, the salad consisted of only a few leaves, topped with vinaigrette and fried onions, which was rather disappointing. The bread was actually just a small piece of baguette. The coffee was quite good. But overall, the meal was unsatisfactory.

25/05/2026: We had a fantastic stay, perfect and enjoyable. The owner is wonderful, and the amazing Fany served us with kindness, responsiveness, and intelligence. There were 30 of us, and we truly felt like family. Not forgetting the chef, who is a culinary virtuoso! We left with 2 kg more, hahaha. Thank you so much, and see you very soon! Estelle

08/05/2026: We arrived today, May 8th, 2026, at approximately 3 PM to stay two nights. The place appears to be closed. Everything is locked, nothing to see. There's no information about opening hours online. If I'm mistaken, I'll of course retract the one star, since you have to rate something with "at least one star"... There's probably no point in going there right now...

30/09/2026: Great time with friends. Friendly atmosphere, excellent service, very good cocktails, and a sharing platter for a convivial moment. We'll be back very soon.

03/09/2026: I've ordered takeout from this pizzeria several times. The pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven right in front of you. And they're very good.

30/07/2026: Honestly, this pizza was mediocre. The dough didn't rise, they stretched it with a rolling pin (which is awful), it says "special pizza cheese," but they couldn't even be bothered to use real mozzarella, the bottom wasn't even cooked, the oven wasn't hot enough. It's an insult to pizza and to Italy, it's a waste of wood, shame on wood-fired pizzas, they should just close the restaurant, there's no point in continuing with this quality of pizza. €11 for this is a real rip-off.

14/09/2026: I work near this boulangerie, so I buy stuff from there often. Some are good, some aren't, but the quality keeps going down!? The service is even worse, they are usually slow but now they are slow and RUDE! Too busy to chat with each other when the customers are waiting, cut the queue to serve randomly. They always seem to be in a bad mood. They don’t even say thank you to the customers anymore. Such a shame cause they used to have lovely staff.

14/09/2026: A bakery with excellent pain au chocolat. There's no seating.

29/09/2026: Despite the impeccable, warm, and professional service, we left the restaurant disappointed. The mussels and fries were tasteless, and the desserts were equally bland. A real shame.

14/12/2025: I was dismissed following a sudden health problem that required surgery and three weeks of immobilization. This was followed by an unfair dismissal, and most importantly, I never received my final pay.

Sorry, but that's not good customer service! Avoid them at all costs; they're only after your money and aren't even friendly.

The classic onion soup delighted me with its depth of flavor, perfectly matched cheese, and crispy croutons – exactly what you'd find in Paris. The snails also stole my heart: perfectly seasoned, aromatic, with a noticeable hint of butter, garlic, and herbs. A wonderful atmosphere, delightful service, and top-notch food. I'll definitely be back! 🍹🐌 A real feast, a la française! Dining at this restaurant for a truly enjoyable meal. The classic onion soup is enchanting for the rich, fromage parfait choice and croutons – exactly right in Paris. Les escargots m'ont également conquise : parfaitement assaisonnés, parfumés, avec une pointe de beurre, d'ail et d'herbes. Un ambiance chaleureuse, un service impeccable et une cuisine de première qualité. J'y retournerai sans hésiter ! 🍷🐌
