12/02/2026: A must-visit! We've been twice and everything we've eaten has been fantastic. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always offering recommendations based on our preferences and always smiling. A special mention goes to the oysters. Super fresh and delicious. The best I've ever had.

26/03/2026: Lunch with hundreds of Asian ladybugs moving on the ceiling, including one in the water carafe, and "crumbs" of fries accompanying the fish and burger, did not make the meal very appetizing, quite the opposite...what a shame

15/03/2026: An unpretentious restaurant. The steak tartare was served without Winchester/Tabasco sauce, capers, etc. The rump steak came with three pieces of vegetables, and the salads were overpriced for such small portions. It's more like a betting shop than a local restaurant.

03/03/2026: A warm welcome, delicious food, wonderful flavors, excellent tea, and genuine friendliness. I highly recommend this restaurant where everything is homemade. To reassure you, I was able to take the rest of my meal in a container provided for that purpose, so as not to waste such a delicious and satisfying couscous. Thank you for being so understanding with our requests.

23/02/2026: The starter, main course, and dessert were of very good quality! But the portions were way too small.... I ordered veal, which was very well cooked, but there wasn't even 50 grams of meat on the plate—just three measly bites! I left still hungry. It's a shame because the food is excellent, but it just left me wanting more. It's fine for tourists.

23/03/2026: We had an excellent experience. From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed tasting all the dishes and desserts. A big thank you to the chef and his team for the presentation and the exquisite flavors. The only slight drawback (which has nothing to do with the food itself but is nonetheless part of the experience) was the difficulty in reading the short poems accompanying each dish. The line breaks at the end of the poems were awkward and made them unpleasant to read. In any case, an exceptional experience; we will definitely be back!

27/02/2026: Hello! Excellent place with very good fresh food from the region, and a different take on crepes and local dishes - for instance, the gouline on the picture, or roasted veggies. Kids had their ham and cheese galette. Service and the wine selection are also very good. And the village (Montsoreau also in pic) is lovely. Recommended!
