10/06/2026: Just good to know but no elevator and near a big road. Can be noisy especially if you want to open windows. Rooms are small and bathroom too. For the price next time I will choose another hotel near by.

31/05/2026: Very bad experience with this "hotel". Upon arrival in the evening around 7:00 PM, we encountered an unpleasant and indifferent receptionist. Long story short. I have never had such a bad experience at a Kyriad hotel. Booking.com really needs to step up its game!

20/05/2026: I ordered Uber Eats, and the variety of kemia was all mixed together in one dish. Not all the kemia were there, and they were hidden under salad. It was really unappetizing. I will never order again; I'm disgusted. It's not worth the price. How can they serve this to their customers?!

09/07/2026: The staff were welcoming, but that's about it! We ordered a pizza, which was made with frozen dough and cost €12. The steak tartare, priced at €16, wasn't actually prepared at all, not even with a knife. It was simply ground beef, and the dish was lukewarm. The Italian burger was good. The "homemade" fries were not. The quality was terrible!

17/05/2026: Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! The meat was cold and tasteless, and you wonder what the extras were—hair or butt hair inside! The kennel manager (because it's a kennel, not a snack bar) was filthy, absolutely disgusting. He was incredibly dirty. I strongly advise against going there and should report it to the health department.

17/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Maggots in the meat, a very bad experience. Luckily, they refunded me.

25/05/2026: The waitress was very unpleasant. The wait was long considering how few people were there. It was very dirty. An internship at the Louvroil branch might be beneficial, if only for the smile and the welcoming atmosphere.

01/07/2026: The best part: A McDonald's without huge crowds. The downsides: Restrooms are often dirty and the background music is loud. Sometimes there's even TWO background music tracks playing at the same time.

28/06/2026: The air conditioning is blasting (seriously, I was freezing when I got home, and in this heatwave, it's not exactly a good idea). I order an iced latte, and I immediately notice an older employee (probably a manager) yelling and talking rudely at her younger staff. My order arrives, and I realize I received a regular hot latte instead of the iced one I ordered. I go back to the counter to point it out and realize it was the grumpy woman who made the mistake. When her younger colleague, to whom I pointed out the error, asks her to make it again, she lets out a loud, clearly audible swear word.

27/07/2026: A very bad experience, zero service. I found a hair in my sauce and asked for it to be changed. The waiter had the nerve to tell me, "It's not us, some people bring their own." This is a serious lack of professionalism. The waiter was very unpleasant, unwelcoming, and bitter, with absolutely no politeness. The service and quality of this restaurant need to be reviewed. We are regulars during the summer holidays, and half of our mussels were empty. We won't be back, especially since the people I was with were staring at because they were wearing headscarves! I will definitely not be returning.

27/07/2026: After waiting 10 minutes to order a drink, the waiter yelled at us from a distance because we'd sat at the far end of the terrace, and after another 10 minutes, he still hadn't come over... So we left

09/06/2026: Regarding the sandwiches—ham, prosciutto, chicken, and tuna—good grief, for €4.80, they should be filled a bit more. The tomato slices, ham, and other fillings are practically invisible. Even the sandwich itself isn't very long. Thank you.

17/04/2026: It's a shame that everything isn't always fresh. The chocolate hazelnut flutes are delicious when fresh, but unfortunately they rarely are.

11/04/2026: My husband and I had a wonderful evening celebrating his birthday. The food was excellent: fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced seasoning… a true culinary journey for the taste buds. I had been there eight years ago and already had very fond memories. And eight years later, the excellence is still there. A big thank you to Houssame, who manages both the dining room and the kitchen so well. We ordered the tasting menu, the cheese fritters, and two teas: everything was perfect, from the moment we entered the restaurant until we left.

31/07/2026: The restaurant is ideally located near the Gare de Lyon train station, which is convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was sorely lacking: no greeting, little attention paid to customers, and we had to wait to be charged. The music was also very loud, and no one offered us water. As for the food, we were particularly disappointed. I ordered meat that arrived far too overcooked, to the point of being barely edible. The sauce, advertised as a pepper sauce, was more like pepper mayonnaise. My partner ordered pasta, which was also much too overcooked. We were also quite surprised by the dessert: the "tiramisu" was nothing like a classic tiramisu, as it was made with madeleines, cream, and Nutella. Furthermore, it clearly didn't seem very fresh, and we didn't find it tasty. Finally, the hygiene and the condition of the equipment are seriously lacking. Several plates were dirty and some were badly chipped, which is not reassuring for a restaurant. It's a shame because the location is really convenient, but given the service, the quality of the food and the overall condition of the tableware, we unfortunately will not be returning.

19/12/2025: I saw something shocking when I went into the shop on Wednesday: six fruit tarts thrown away simply because they were almost a week old and no longer sellable. There are farmers and other people who might have been happy to eat them if you hadn't waited until the last minute hoping to sell them. There's also the "Too Good To Go" app. In these times, it would be great to avoid waste 👍

15/06/2026: A very good restaurant; I went for lunch today. It was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I was able to enjoy the terrace until closing time. I highly recommend it.
