09/07/2026: The service was shockingly inefficient! I've never waited so long (30 minutes!!!) to be served at a McDonald's drive-thru, and this during a very quiet time (mid-afternoon), for a ridiculously simple order that would have been incredibly quick to prepare: a McFlurry and a coffee! It was already a bad start: just to take my order, I had to wait 10 minutes. Then, the employee made a mistake taking it, followed by the incredibly long payment process, which is usually almost instantaneous. Another abnormally long wait to collect my order, and finally, I was told the coffee machine was broken. I was eventually refunded after two different employees came to assist me. Please be more efficient and responsive when problems arise, instead of making customers wait unnecessarily.

06/07/2026: On July 6th, once again, the iced coffee I ordered arrived literally boiling hot. The first time this happened (several weeks ago), I had to ask for the coffee three times before a young woman behind the counter noticed our problem and finally made an ICED coffee. Today, I was served an "iced" coffee twice, with the explanation, "That's all we can do, I added ice cubes," even though the coffee was BOILING HOT, in 40-degree heat, remember. In short, if you want an iced coffee, this isn't the McDonald's in Villefranche to go for; all the other McDonald's can do it, apparently not this one. Paying almost €5 for an iced coffee, having to fight for it, and not even getting what I ordered is a complete rip-off.

02/07/2026: I loved the food, it was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. I 100% recommend it! The atmosphere is warm and the prices are affordable. 🥰

26/07/2026: Excellent place! The pizzas are superb, with a thin, crispy, and truly delicious homemade crust. The French ribeye steak is also top-notch—perfectly cooked and tender. Friendly service, I highly recommend it.

25/07/2026: Several specials were on the menu tonight, each with a side of fries and vegetables. However, when the dish arrived, the vegetables were nothing more than a single lettuce leaf cut into three small pieces. When I asked where the vegetables were, as specified on the menu, the waiters had no answer other than that the chef didn't have any vegetables that evening. Since I didn't want to eat this dish, the chef ended up coming over himself, offering completely unconvincing excuses, and ruining the pleasant moment I was enjoying with my family by threatening to call the police if I didn't pay for the dish! I find this deplorable and shameful for a restaurant owner who doesn't even recognize the difference between serving vegetables and salad! I think this gentleman should go back for training, if he even had any—that remains to be seen! This restaurant is a tourist trap; don't fall for it! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. As a resident of the village, I can assure you there are much better options right next door! I wanted to try the Stammtisch experience again, but it's a disaster!

16/07/2026: As a regular bowler—I've been to countless bowling alleys, and this is the first time I've ever seen anything like this—the staff here are remarkable for their complete lack of empathy. The explanations for children are incomprehensible and delivered coldly, without any attempt at teaching. We clearly felt like we were bothering them. If you're looking for a warm family outing, steer clear. Avoid this place. If you're unhappy with your job, you should probably find another one, judging by the number of negative reviews you have on Google. However, for those who will read my review, go to the one in Trelissac. It's a 40-minute drive, but it's absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly kind, smiling, and full of jokes. The bowling alley is magnificent, with neon lights everywhere, beautiful lanes, pool tables, and more. I had a wonderful evening, and everything is geared towards children under 5! 5 stars for the Trelissac location! And 0 for the Bergerac one. I hope this will help moms and dads with little ones! A word to the wise!

06/07/2026: Driving an hour only to be told the minimum age is 5, and then seeing the disappointment in my 4 and a half year old son's eyes, is just sickening. It would be enough to simply state this on your website... But judging by the comments, which are almost identical to mine and have been for two years or more, I realize that taking recommendations into account is far from a priority for the managers. It's a shame, so we'll go to another bowling alley. Like the one in Périgueux, for example. A word to the wise...

25/07/2026: I stopped by with my children, we had a lovely time, the meal was hot and quick, thank you to Oumaima for her welcome 😄

03/08/2026: Restaurant with a small outdoor terrace; you have to be comfortable eating close to other people. The wait was quite long for an aperitif (only one waitress). Another young woman behind the bar didn't make any effort to serve the customer or help her colleague; you had time to die of thirst 🤣. We were saved by the starter and the mussels, which were very good and well-cooked!! Good value for money. We might come back 😉

14/04/2026: The worrying thing about end of season Avoriaz is that very few of the restaurants are open. However fear not because Les Fontaines Blanches is probably one of the best places to eat in the Haut Savoie. Great staff who are warm and welcoming. It is easy to catch their eye when you need something. The quality of the food is sublime. Our party had: Entrecote aux morelles, (ribeye in mushroom sauce) which was tender and tasty. Tartiflette had a thick cheese and perfect crust, loaded with bacon. Escalope Savoyarde was tender chicken with a layer of ham and cream cheese in a cheese sauce, so delicious. Somebody in the kitchen cares about their customers experience. Yes its a bit more expensive, but so worth it.

01/08/2026: Very friendly woman; the burgers and pasta were sold out, but she still went out of her way to take good care of us. All in all, a successful evening.

16/11/2025: I have never seen a restaurant with such disastrous service as this place. To begin with, we ordered a glass of wine. When we went to order a second, the waiter told us that they no longer had the same wine. Shortly after, another waiter appeared and told the first one that, in fact, they did have the wine — that the first waiter simply didn't know how to look for it properly. Next, we ordered a fondue. The bread that came with it looked like homemade bread, and so far so good. But, after eating the top parts, we realized that the bottom pieces were moldy. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he said that "the bread was from that day," which was simply impossible. To make matters worse, the gel in the fondue burner ran out in the middle of the meal. We called the same waiter from the wine glass again, and he spent some time talking to the pizza maker before finally saying that it had run out. During this time, another waiter listened and argued with him once again. While all this was happening, our fondue had already hardened, and we had to wait a long time until one of the waiters came to reheat the fondue on the burner. And, to top it all off, when it was time to leave, we wanted to use the restroom, but we simply didn't have the courage because it was very dirty. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences in terms of service and customer care that I have ever witnessed. Every detail, from the wine to the bread, from the burner to the bathroom, reflected complete disorganization and lack of attention.

05/07/2026: A really nice place with fantastic staff. Seated on the terrace, we had a lovely view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The pizzas are DELICIOUS AND GENEROUS (Morgan and Reine) with a very thin crust. The crème brûlées weren't too sweet, so they were perfect. The service was quick and excellent 👋 Well done to the whole team, both front and back of house. We'll be back since we're from the area 😉

15/04/2026: The pizza was very good. The delivery driver was very friendly. However, the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely unpleasant. For that reason alone, I won't be ordering from them again. I placed an order on their website for delivery and paid the price by credit card (it was a buy-two-get-one-free deal). The woman called me to demand an additional €4, and she was very aggressive. I had ordered six pizzas. And this isn't the first time. Another time, I placed an order by phone, they asked me for a price, then called me back to give me a higher price. I had also ordered six pizzas then. It's a shame they've lost a good customer.
