29/09/2026: We came as a group of three for lunch today. The galettes and crêpes were good, and the terrace was very pleasant on this mild late September day. The prices were a bit high (for example, a salted caramel crêpe was €11 on the menu), but I gladly accepted it given the quality of the food and, above all, to support our local Vincennes businesses. The experience was good until the checkout. I simply asked for clarification on the bill, politely and without arguing. The exchange lasted 15 seconds. The woman who took my payment replied curtly, with a hint of condescension and a palpable impatience, which I really didn't appreciate and which has no place in front of a customer. When I then wanted to pay in two installments (my daily meal voucher limit was €25 and the remaining €31 by credit card), she said, "€25, I suppose?!" The rather cold tone of the comment (perhaps unintentional, but still unpleasant) left a bitter taste in my mouth as I left the restaurant. After paying, I left, thanking the staff and saying a polite goodbye. I had been there a few years ago and had generally had a good memory of the establishment, but I remembered something that had bothered me back then, though I couldn't quite put my finger on it. It was the way they sometimes speak to customers. For me, the welcome and friendliness of the restaurant owner are just as important as the food itself. That's why I wanted to share my opinion, and not in an extreme way, as the experience was somewhat spoiled at the moment of departure. I think the way they speak to customers could be improved to truly enhance this establishment.

07/05/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars... And I discovered this restaurant thanks to Too Good To Go... I ended up with a waiter who didn't even know what service he was offering. That same evening, I ate the meal trays and got sick... I'm definitely never going back there again!

13/12/2025: Clean, and of much better quality than similar restaurants in the area, with a well-stocked buffet even when arriving at 2 pm. The price is perfectly in line with the service offered. I highly recommend it.

28/03/2026: Family meal with two children. The menu offers children's menus, but these are simply mini versions of adult dishes. This is very complicated for children, and it's not possible to adapt the meals to my child's preferences. The food itself was beautifully presented and tasty. The service was generally good, but sometimes it seemed like the waitress was just making things up and didn't know all the ice cream flavors. It would have been better to be honest and say, "I'll find out," rather than offering advice without knowing. Regarding the bill, we paid for two children's menus at €18 per child, even though one child didn't eat anything. They offered no compensation. The setting is pleasant.

03/09/2026: The food is quite good; the dishes seem well-prepared. The only downside is the limited dessert selection. What bothered me most about my experience at this restaurant was the service. The waitress (probably the owner) was about as friendly as a prison guard and didn't seem to have any sense of service (aggressive tone, serving with her arms practically in the customers' faces). Aside from her, the rest of the staff was very pleasant. The atmosphere is nice, but I found the dining room too noisy; it's hard to hear each other speak. There needs to be some acoustic improvement.

31/08/2026: Sabrina and Chafia are lovely. Very welcoming, beautiful, and professional. You feel right at home at Rustic. Marc, the chef, is a true culinary artist! You absolutely must go. The daily specials change every day, and the food is always excellent. A must-try!

18/08/2026: The service was appalling; no one spoke French, literally not a single word, so it wasn't practical to get advice on wine, for example 😂. The menus they gave us were dirty and covered in stains, and the water carafe had bits of food in it. We had a reservation for 9 pm, but there was no table available, so we had to wait 30 minutes. It's not worth the price, neither in terms of hygiene nor food quality. The dessert was good, and that's it. Everything else is honestly shameful.

30/06/2026: I’ve dined at Les Présidents several times and it has always been a very enjoyable experience, which is why last night’s visit was a bit disappointing. The starters were excellent, and my wife’s fish was perfectly cooked and delicious. Unfortunately, my beef tagliata was extremely poor—so tough and disappointing that it was simply inedible. I had to send it back and order the fish instead. What surprised me most was that the replacement dish was still charged on the bill. I had expected at least an apology or a gesture of goodwill, especially given that the original dish was not fit to eat. I hope this was just an isolated incident because the restaurant has always maintained a much higher standard. The quality of the service and the way this situation was handled did not match the excellent experiences I’ve had here in the past.

08/07/2026: Lovely welcome, but unfortunately the cook was sick.

16/06/2026: We popped in for a couple of beers, we sat outside in the sunshine. The service was good and the beer was better!

25/08/2026: Great place!! Excellent grilled food and delicious open-faced sandwiches. Very friendly staff.

29/07/2026: The place is very relaxing, the setting is unique. The concept of open-faced sandwiches, salad, and a main course is nice for taking the time to enjoy an aperitif and chat quietly.

08/08/2026: What a fantastic place. Atmosphere super cozy, toilet clean. Very customer-friendly. And the waiter is also very attentive and fun. Highly recommended for a late drink!! (While you are sort of sitting in line for the Naya Cannes)

21/11/2025: Little hidden gem that makes simply great food. I went for a quick lunch at it was cold outside and a bowl of pho hit the spot. I had a work evening event and decided to come back again for a quick late dinner.

07/12/2025: Friendly staff, excellent pizzas, and above all, a respect for tradition: no Hawaiian pizza on the menu (an abomination for an Italian)! I recommend it!

08/05/2026: We are cyclists, and I stopped to ask for my water bottle to be refilled. The bar manager simply brushed me off, telling me there was no obligation to refill a water bottle. I must emphasize that I was very polite and courteous, so the bar owner's behavior was, in my opinion, completely inappropriate. If you're an athlete, I recommend boycotting this establishment.
