30/11/2025: Pizza bought tonight on the way back from the weekend, from the vending machine. €22.50 for two absolutely disgusting pizzas!!!! Just dough, nothing but dough, and it was bad, waterlogged, and there was nothing inside. We're used to getting pizzas from vending machines, which are usually pretty good, but this was a huge disappointment.

21/02/2026: I don't understand all these comments at all. Probably just your buddies. It's okay, but nothing special. They'll tell you they're easier to digest because they're super thin, blah blah blah... I think it's a strategy to use less raw material to rake in even more money. And no, two slices won't fill you up, and you'll still be hungry, just like their price. "Slices like in New York," what a joke... So they're far from the worst, but these people who are so excited to say they're the best pizzas in Paris either haven't looked any further, or (I'll say it again) they're just friends trying to help them out (which is commendable of them, of course). And as for the "New York" label, just one slice there will fill you up because it's generous, greasy, huge, AND CHEAP, which is the complete opposite here. Anyway, why not if you don't have time because it's already prepared, but you won't have eaten the "best pizzas in Paris" or "the best New York slices in Paris," LIE!!! AND STOP WITH YOUR BUSINESS SCHOOL CONCEPTS, we don't all dress in Patagonia, Carhartt with Vega shoes, THANK YOU.

09/05/2026: For my first time, I ordered a two-meat taco (ground beef and chicken with cheese sauce). I asked for onions, but they were nowhere to be seen this year. The taco was inedible, in my opinion. The fries inside—I couldn't say when they were made, but they were definitely reheated, maybe leftovers from lunch—and the taco had more fries than anything else. This is my first and last time eating there. For 9 euros, it might seem insignificant to you, but I wanted to treat myself, and it ended up in the bin. As for the service, I don't want to criticize the employees, but they're just following orders from a manager. That's my experience at Mersin Food.

18/05/2026: Aggressive and dismissive remarks were directed at a young mother, who was clearly bothered by the sound of her baby walking past the bar. How classy!

16/07/2026: It's clear that it's not good. But getting sick afterwards suggests that a kitchen inspection by the health department is necessary!

14/07/2026: Very nice location. We ate on the footbridge over the river. Quick service, friendly waitress. We had the herb sausage and the aligot. It was good. Good evening.

06/06/2026: We had a wonderful evening yesterday. The atmosphere was very friendly and cheerful. The staff were incredibly responsive and joined in our festive antics. The chef's cuisine was superb! The braised beef shoulder was a delightful discovery. Thank you again for this unforgettable evening; it had been ages since I'd stayed out until dawn! 😁

24/05/2026: A successful short stay. The hotel is well located in a quiet, well-maintained area. The room was clean and pleasant. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was impeccable. Friendly staff. Thank you 👍

18/07/2026: The burger meat is fresh, not frozen, and that makes all the difference—let's hope it stays that way. The service was incredibly fast, even on a Saturday night. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2026: Very disappointed with my order. The burger was inedible: it was practically just raw onions cut into large pieces, with no real toppings. The sauce was far too strong and overpowered all the flavor. I couldn't even finish my sandwich. I do not recommend it.

20/07/2026: The restaurant opens at 7:30 am, not 7:00 am as indicated on Google and yet confirmed by the restaurant three weeks ago… So much for confirming the hours… As a result, we had to postpone our breakfast elsewhere, having wasted our time.

15/07/2026: Over 45 minutes wait before being served at the drive-thru. For the smooth running of the drive-thru, please limit it to a maximum of 20 pedestrians, as it is intended for vehicles. If you're hungry, don't come here. A disgrace for a fast-food restaurant.

23/02/2026: Having a coffee at Paul's is very pleasant. The service is quick, and the waitress, a petite blonde, is very pleasant, smiling, and very polite. The pastries are excellent; I highly recommend it.

25/05/2026: I stayed at the Campanile Troyes Est - Barberey and, unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating overall. The main problem was that the hotel's air conditioning compressor was broken, meaning none of the air conditioning units were working. I was informed that the repair wouldn't be completed for at least a week, making the rooms extremely uncomfortable during the hot weather. Under normal circumstances, I would have simply changed hotels, but their cancellation policy essentially locks you out after the first 24 hours unless you opted for a more expensive cancellation option when booking. This detail, in my opinion, wasn't made clear enough at the time of booking. In addition to this, the room had several maintenance issues. The bathroom wall had visible cracks, and the toilet seat remained cracked for the entire first week before finally being replaced during the second week. Another drawback: there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, expect to have to carry it up and down stairs. I also had to pay for nights I ultimately didn't use, as I had to leave over the weekend with no possibility of changing or canceling the reservation. The staff were generally polite, but the overall condition of the property, the lack of maintenance, the absence of working air conditioning, and the very rigid booking policy made for a disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi was also very slow and frequently disconnected completely. I highly recommend checking the air conditioning status and carefully reading the cancellation policy before booking, especially during hot weather. Unfortunately, I had a pretty frustrating experience overall. The biggest issue was that the hotel's AC compressor was down, meaning none of the air conditioning units were working. I was informed it wouldn't be repaired for at least another week, which made the rooms extremely uncomfortable during the hotter weather. 01/07/2026: Nice, simple restaurant with good food. Other reviews mention long lines, but it obviously depends on what time you decide to have lunch. The best time is around 12:00 PM, and for dinner around 7:00 PM. The price is affordable for everyone, no more and no less than other "renowned and famous" chains. The restaurant is well-organized and quiet. Recommended.

23/05/2026: The service was appalling; you don't get to choose your seat. You're seated at a dirty table that's never cleaned. In short, avoid it at all costs. As for me, I'll never set foot in there again.

29/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant with my partner and daughter. We received a warm welcome and were seated quickly. The charcuterie appetizer was good, as was the meat. It's a shame the fries weren't homemade with decent meat, and the chocolate mousse was clearly store-bought. It had been recommended to us as very good, but I don't entirely agree.
