03/09/2026: I went to buy a ham croissant and paid with a €5 note. The very unpleasant saleswoman told me she wouldn't accept my note because it was slightly torn. I'm willing to listen to arguments, but the way this older-looking, bespectacled saleswoman spoke to me is unacceptable in a shop. Once again, the service isn't what it used to be from these so-called artisans. So I didn't buy the croissant. I'll buy my groceries at Intermarché; at least they don't refuse my money. I strongly advise against stopping at this shop.

12/08/2026: Passing through Béziers and looking for a birthday cake, the manager of the motorhome area in Maraussan recommended this shop, saying it was the best! I was blown away by the chocolates, pastries, and more... The welcome was also very friendly. A great place to stop! 😍✨🌸

13/08/2026: A new concept has opened in the old post office in the village of La Salvetat-sur-Agout: Here you can enjoy over thirty bottled beers and nine on tap, wines by the glass or bottle, while savoring stuffed tomatoes, lasagna, and, at lunchtime, fresh pasta with homemade sauces... A real treat! On Thursday evenings during the season, Emilien makes cocktails, including the famous "Nectar of the Gods," which is excellent and refreshing. All the products are locally sourced, and we had a wonderful time listening to a gypsy jazz concert. The rum, whisky, and gin list is also very well-stocked to round off your meal.

19/04/2026: Terrible staff. I had to take my own menu because after 15mn they wouldn’t come. Waiter ego got hurt and walked around prepping tables for an other 15mn while we were obviously waiting. We left. Change your staff

17/08/2026: The food was mediocre, and the seasoning didn't justify the price. The staff were preoccupied with their own tasks and showed no interest in serving. We ordered dessert but it never arrived, and despite repeatedly gesturing to the server after finishing our meal, they ignored us. Worst of all, when we finally managed to pay the bill and escape this awful ordeal, we paid in cash. The server said we'd have to wait a bit for change and then "went back to doing their own thing," only informing us some time later that they couldn't give change. Why didn't they just say so from the beginning? Why make customers wait like this? I hope my experience serves as a warning to others so they don't go to this restaurant!

25/07/2026: Restaurant located inside the Louvre Museum. The food is good, a bit pricey but acceptable. All the meat is halal (thank you).

01/09/2026: Update: For about 5 months now (April-August 2026), on Saturday and Sunday evenings, two out of three times my vegetarian pizza has meat hidden under the cheese! At this rate of frequency, I think it's actually done on purpose to annoy and disrespect people who don't eat meat! And to top it all off, the pizzas are worse than before but more expensive. It's unacceptable, and Five Pizza doesn't seem to care about these reviews. Older post: I'm a regular customer and I'm very unhappy with the North African man who serves the pizzas at the end. He treats women like dirt! When you're with a man, he ignores the guy, but barely acknowledges you. However, the other day I went alone. When I went to pick up the pizzas, I said a cheerful "Good evening" since we see each other almost every week... He completely ignored me in front of everyone! He practically snatched the pager from my hand without even checking the order (while he checked everyone else's), slammed the pizzas down on the counter, and in the same motion, turned around and left. I was stunned by his behavior and would have given him a piece of my mind if I hadn't been so speechless. So if this guy is so bothered by seeing an independent woman, he should find another job! Because working in retail, especially in France, is something he's bound to encounter! And this person is seriously damaging the company's image. I could tell he wasn't particularly angry that day because everyone before me was either men or couples. He acted normally and only paid attention to the men. So it's obvious he treats women like dirt. And that's simply unacceptable! Plenty of deserving and respectful people from all walks of life are looking for work. Don't ruin everything with people like that. And above all, don't allow this disgusting behavior to happen with impunity. My money is the same as a man's, and it keeps your business going. The other guys are decent, and the pizzas are very good for the price; they're not stale the next day, even after being left out on the table overnight.

21/08/2026: Fast and efficient service. The pizzas are excellent, with great value for money. The dining area is spacious, there's plenty of seating, and the staff is welcoming. Open until 5 a.m.: it's become my go-to meal spot when I work nights. Thanks to the team there for saving my stomach when everything else is closed!

13/09/2026: A 20-minute wait for a simple meal, the restaurant closes its doors to customers arriving to eat in... but delivery drivers who come in are immediately taken out again with their takeout orders! I've never seen anything like it, it's outrageous!

13/09/2026: The restaurant was clean, with friendly staff. We were served quickly, which was really appreciated.

16/08/2026: The lunchtime set menu is good value for money, and quite generous! The brasserie is rather rustic but efficient. A children's menu is available.

18/08/2026: A funny and endearing young seasonal worker. The food is decent, and you can tell the waitresses are friendly with their customers. Plus, you can bring your dog on the terrace with a free bowl of water. It's better than Flunch ;)

13/08/2026: I came yesterday with a reservation for three people. After 30 minutes, I hadn't been given a menu. An elderly person had to go and get a carafe of water that had been there before me (despite the heat). The young waiter didn't smile at all; the staff was practically nonexistent. So I left because the wait was far too long. Avoid this place. They need to change their staff.

28/09/2026: The welcome wasn't very pleasant; I felt like I was bothering them. The aisle was full of flies.

21/08/2026: I arrived at 6:56 PM to take advantage of the 50% discount starting at 7 PM. The cashier refused my application, telling me, "Rules are rules, it's 7 PM." Yet, barely two minutes after me, another customer (blonde) was served before 7 PM under different conditions. I therefore find it very difficult to understand why the rule was strict for me but seemed to be relaxed immediately afterward. As a person of color, this difference in treatment made me particularly uncomfortable and led me to question the reason for this unequal treatment.

22/07/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. The restaurant is very, very good. The meat was excellent, and the service was very pleasant. We'll be back! And the prices are more than reasonable these days. Pauline
