30/07/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. We had reserved five front-row sunbeds, but upon arrival we were placed in a location we hadn’t booked, right next to the public beach. While we were politely trying to resolve the seating issue, we repeatedly asked for water because our children were extremely hot and thirsty. Despite asking many times, we were told we couldn’t be served because we didn’t yet have an open account. Even more shocking, when a staff member was finally bringing us water, the owner stopped him and instructed him not to give it to us. We left with a very negative impression and would not recommend this beach club.

12/07/2026: I sat down in the back room with my friends, and the brunette waitress rudely ushered us out to block off the back area. Then she accused me of leaving the Kraft terrace without paying for three pints (even though I don't drink alcohol and had just arrived)... I explained that she was mistaking me for someone else, but she didn't believe me and then verbally attacked me?! A complete lunatic who confuses her customers and pressures my friends to order? A disgrace! Not even an apology... if you want a terrible time, I highly recommend it!

08/07/2026: On the shaded terrace, quality beer, but the meal was so-so... I ordered a steak tartare that was supposed to be prepared with a knife, but it was incredibly bland and, in my opinion, had been prepared in a meat grinder or food processor. It came with very greasy fries, but the salad served with it was well-seasoned.

31/12/2025: The food was served cold, then sent back to the kitchen and brought out again on the same plate after we had already eaten—probably just reheated in the microwave. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant with this reputation. In addition to being unacceptable in terms of quality, this raises a serious hygiene issue. Judging by the numerous negative reviews, I see that I am unfortunately not the only one who was disappointed.

22/01/2026: I've never seen such a terrible kebab! For delivery, the empty kebab came with only one sauce for the fries, the fries weren't salted, and there was no napkin! The kebab had no taste at all! So we called them, and they told us that the sauces were only included per sandwich, otherwise their restaurant wouldn't make any money if they gave extra sauces! And also, no napkin! Napkins are only available for dine-in! They took our sandwiches back, only to switch us from a kebab to Vrap Tenders! We had to pay an extra €2! And the tenders were rubbery, so I definitely don't recommend this terrible restaurant! The only good thing was my can of Coke, darling! Honestly, have some respect for the people who buy your food because it can be dangerous to give us such disgusting food!

08/01/2026: The worst snack of my life, cold fries, no sauce, honestly, it was a disaster. He's lucky he can't give it zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

25/06/2026: We bought three mini pizzas, but the dough was dry and there were very few toppings. The pizzas weren't good and they were very expensive (€44 for three pizzas). Furthermore, the young brunette woman didn't smile at all and wasn't customer-oriented. Avoid this pizzeria!

24/07/2026: The Too Good To Go basket was extremely disappointing, supposedly a mix of both: 50 overcooked, even burnt, cream puffs and two sliced, day-old multigrain loaves on sale. Avoid at all costs!

16/06/2026: Since the bakery and the head office are unreachable, I bought a rosette sausage sandwich yesterday, trusting the saleswoman and being in a hurry because I was going to work. I didn't check, much to my dismay. At lunchtime, when I opened the bag, the bread wasn't even sliced. Really mediocre, worse than McDonald's... I won't be going back.

19/07/2026: I don't want to go back to pick up what's missing, but as usual, they make mistakes even with just one order 😮‍💨😮‍💨

17/07/2026: Extremely slow service! Over 10 minutes to make 2 coffees and a fry! The employee didn't know that water was needed in the coffee maker... She apologized for the time it was taking, she was very nice but frankly not fast at all.

15/07/2026: Excellent bakery. Personally, I always receive a very warm welcome. If the people who leave negative reviews about the service came with a smile and friendliness and didn't get defensive over every little thing, it might help.

02/07/2026: The "local kebab shop" does its job very well: inexpensive and not too bad, fast service. I've been going there for years and I've never gotten sick. In short, if you want to eat a reasonably priced kebab, it's a great place.

29/06/2026: I ordered two pizzas and two paninis, it was awful, the service was incredibly cold, and the pizza tasted like Greek food. I ordered a Parisian pizza with chicken, cheese, and a crème fraîche base, and a Bolognese pizza that tasted like pizza dough. Basically, there was practically no topping on it, and the dough was undercooked. It should be shameful to serve food like that.

21/07/2026: Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! It's not up to standard. They need to change the manager and the staff, otherwise it's doomed! I've never seen anything like it, and I've been to a lot of McDonald's.

06/07/2026: Avoid this company at all costs! Their delivery times are false and unrealistic, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Their follow-up is disastrous, and their subcontracting is opaque! In short, if you have time to waste and absolutely no deadlines to meet, avoid them at all costs!

28/06/2026: Overcooked pizzas, no salmon in the Nordic pizza... €28 wasted eating burnt food

22/06/2026: Error in the order, had to go back 20 minutes after placing it. We had to redo the pizzas 30 minutes later. We could finally eat the pizza, it wasn't good, and on top of that, I was sick all night. Definitely don't eat there.

18/07/2026: I am being charged 3% more for card payment, which violates article L112-12.

23/06/2026: A mixed tuna and salmon chirashi: the portions were ridiculously small (I even asked if it was supposed to be an appetizer), the fish was bland, the tuna was like cotton, and the rice was tasteless (where did the vinegar go?). Unlike other sushi restaurants, soup and salad weren't included. The sauce was an extra charge (outrageous!), adding another hidden cost: no ginger and no wasabi. In short, a bare-bones chirashi, nothing but the bare bones, for €14.90. Needless to say, I was furious. And when I expressed my surprise, I almost got yelled at. In short, avoid at all costs.
