22/07/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly despite the crowd, and the live music was fantastic. We arrived late, yet we were welcomed with great kindness. A huge thank you! The mussels and fries with their marinara sauce were superb. And thank you for introducing me to the regional syrup; I can no longer drink regular lemon syrup, you were right! 😆 The team was amazing, thank you!

07/11/2025: It's been a long time since I last came, and it's so nice to find a family-run restaurant that's calm and has friendly staff who pay attention to their customers. I recommend the lasagna, which is rarely so well-prepared in a restaurant.

04/08/2026: We stopped at Le Tremplin during a stage of the GR10 hiking trail and were delighted with our stay! The room is tastefully decorated, everything is clean and cozy, with a magnificent view of the mountains. The owner is incredibly welcoming and prepares delicious, flavorful, and incredibly generous homemade meals! We are vegetarians and were given a special 'hiker' menu, which we thoroughly enjoyed! We felt so warmly and generously welcomed that we felt right at home! Thank you again!

26/06/2026: We are five hikers passing through on the GR10. We had an excellent and generous meal at a reasonable price! J.M. is attentive and generous, and gave us great advice for the upcoming stages of the GR10. Top-notch! I highly recommend it.

08/09/2026: We were served by the extremely unpleasant owner. No greeting, no smile, completely disgusted to be there. Usually, a young woman runs the place; she's incredibly pleasant and cheerful, the complete opposite of him. Perhaps we just caught him on a bad day.

02/08/2026: We had a great idea coming for lunch this Sunday because the food was absolutely delicious. The ingredients are local and of good quality. The dishes are fresh daily and beautifully presented. The owner is very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely come back for the evenings because I imagine the atmosphere must be fantastic.

26/07/2026: This restaurant is not recommended. The waitress was unfriendly, and the service was deplorable. After waiting for over an hour, we still weren't served, even though there were only three other customers. Furthermore, there was no choice of rosé wine; we were forced to order Corsican rosé at €20 a bottle. We left after an hour without eating. The staff lacks professionalism. I do not recommend this restaurant.

14/09/2026: My husband and I ordered mussels marinière; some were undercooked, and what's worse, about ten flies and wasps were buzzing around us throughout the entire meal. The owner kept saying it wasn't his fault. I couldn't finish my meal because there were flies perched on it. Constantly.

06/09/2026: We ordered mushroom dosas for takeout tonight, and when we got home we realized there were only onions, some of them burnt, and not a single mushroom and hardly any cheese! The potato and cheese dish was the same; it had potatoes, but we're still looking for the cheese! They must have changed owners! It's a disgrace!

01/09/2026: We had a bad experience. For 19Eur they gave least portions in thali menu in the name of ganesh fete. And moreover the supervisor was pushing us out to accomadate next.

21/09/2026: It had been a long time since we'd been back. We were rather disappointed. The food has changed drastically, and for the worse. It's dry, tastes old, and seems to have been reheated several times...it's a shame; it was much more appetizing under the previous owners. The welcome was pleasant, the place was clean, and the glass partitions protecting the buffet dishes were a good idea.

04/10/2026: A really nice and relaxing place, with sofas and a back terrace, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment away from the street noise. I had a bagel, a coffee, and a cookie. It's a shame, though, that they didn't offer me the set menu, which meant I had to pay full price for each item. Aside from that, the coffee is very good, the cookies are nice, and the bagels are too. I did find the bagel a bit small for €6, especially the pastrami one: just one thin slice, a few pickles, and mostly just a lot of bread. I understand they need to be profitable, but in this case, the quantity/price ratio seemed a bit low. The atmosphere is really pleasant, and the service is efficient. There were two waitresses, which meant I was served quickly, even during lunchtime. Overall, a nice place, with a few minor improvements possible regarding the portion sizes and information about the set menus. 😊

22/09/2026: Upon our admittedly late arrival at 1:30 pm, we received a less than warm welcome from the waitress. The bread basket was practically thrown in our faces, and cleanliness was nonexistent. The fabric tablecloth was covered in stains, concealed by paper placemats. The food was mediocre, with only a single teaspoon of jam placed on a barely folded crepe. And the restrooms... I won't even mention them. A tourist trap. We were concerned about hygiene. Avoid this place.

12/09/2026: Staff not very friendly, the food needs improvement, the salad had sand in it, the green beans looked like plastic, in short, many things need improvement.

07/09/2026: Absolutely no interest. Just reheated mussels and fries, microwaved, a galette with canned mushrooms, and cheap fries with watered-down cream. I don't recommend it.
