23/05/2026: The restaurant's warm welcome is thanks to Aurélie, who always has a kind word for her customers, is attentive, and above all, has a smile. It's very pleasant. Aurélie is incredibly professional. On the other hand, we get the impression of bothering some other members of the team when we're served a cold item and ask to have it replaced with a hot one. The price is quite high, so it's understandable that you don't want to eat cold food. I'm not generalizing about all the team members, thankfully.

29/04/2026: The restaurant deserves 5/5 just for the gentleman with brown hair at the drive-thru who is incredibly kind and efficient; honestly, it's a pleasure to be welcomed like that. Otherwise, thank you to this McDonald's for saving all my mornings after a night out.

24/05/2026: Ordered the cordon bleu. It was so overcooked, I couldn’t cut it with a steak knife. They replaced it with a carpaccio that was VERY chewy. Perfectly fine place for a drink, but don’t eat here…

23/07/2026: I bought two croissants and a slice of Basque cake. The croissants were inedible, completely dry, with no pastry inside, just puff pastry. I think they were from the day before. The slice of Basque cake wasn't homemade; it tasted like frangipane, not good at all. The prices are what you'd expect from a real bakery; no Basque croissants here are frozen. Very disappointed.

26/07/2026: Warning: The website is not up to date; the bakery is closed on Sundays. Several of us made the detour from the train station because it was indicated as open.

13/07/2026: The shop is very big so it doesn't feel compact and tight. The pastries taste like all the other Cafés pastries. There was no queue and it was easy to order. The staff was nice.

21/05/2026: No price displayed, they charge whatever they think they can get away with! Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is nonexistent! Very noisy. TV channel updates not done! Poor renovation, inaccessible utility closet! Slippery bathtub. Dampness on the windows in the morning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

20/05/2026: Very disappointed. Four nights with no cleaning during our stay, no towel changes. The bathroom was unsanitary with moldy, poorly finished grout and holes in the wall. We had the same sheets for four nights, and the rooms weren't cleaned. The hangers were unusable, and there were cobwebs on the windows. In the evenings, we couldn't stay in the lounge; they close at 10 pm. The reception staff were rather curt in their response to our requests. One positive point was the breakfast and the person who ran it. I do not recommend this place.

18/06/2026: I ordered a kebab through Uber Eats from Pizza des Lys in Osny and was extremely disappointed. The "kebab" I received was nothing like a real kebab. The meat was of very poor quality, with an unappetizing texture and appearance. Frankly, it was disastrous. I regularly order kebabs and I've never received such a disappointing product. I couldn't even finish it. I do not recommend this establishment for this type of order.

25/04/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats and frankly, it was a bad experience: a huge delay (cold Greek food), small portions (especially the meat), and overall not very good. Hoping I don't get sick in the next few days.

02/05/2026: Lovely spot right off the metro, food was delicious. Coffee was great. Wonderful atmosphere, very laid back and relaxing. Staff was delightful.

30/03/2026: A typical cafe at a corner of Paris, right next to the Lourve museum. Amazing crepes and very polite service. With the sun, it is very nice to sit outdoors. The only downside is that cappuccino with €7.5 is definitely a tourist price.

29/07/2026: Disrespectful, arrogant manager with absolutely no consideration for his customers. A disgrace. I had booked a few days at this campsite. As a student, I was offered a work-study placement and had to cancel my vacation. Three weeks before my arrival, I called to let them know. The receptionist told me that with proof of my cancellation, a partial refund might be possible. In the end, I received no refund, even though I had clearly stated that I wouldn't be coming. On the day of my scheduled arrival, the manager called me to berate me, claiming that I had never notified them. This is completely false. When I explained that I had informed reception, he simply replied that he hadn't received the information. What's it to me? I pointed out that I was the one who should be unhappy: I paid for a pitch that I will never occupy and that will most likely be rented out again. His response: “Well, yes, I’m obviously going to re-let your pitch, I’m not a charity.” This sentence perfectly sums up the man. He takes my €100, re-lets the pitch, and takes my money a second time, all while speaking to me arrogantly and without the slightest respect. I’m not questioning the cancellation policy; I knew I risked not getting a refund. What I’m denouncing is the manager’s attitude: no empathy, no professionalism, just contempt. I’m a student, those €100 represented a significant expense, and this vacation was my only treat of the year. Seeing the other reviews, I realize I’m unfortunately not the only one to condemn his behavior. A manager who treats his customers this way is a disgrace to his establishment. Avoid this campsite at all costs.

26/07/2026: First time I've been refused part of what I ask for. Because there isn't enough for the day?? Your job requires flexibility; if you don't have enough, you get roasted! I won't be back.

12/06/2026: The snack bar was bland, the vol-au-vent was cold, sent back to the kitchen, and the chicken basquaise had no sauce. There were bits of frozen water in the pistachio ice cream. And the coffee was disgusting. The service was terrible. Avoid this place.

25/04/2026: Despite all the negative reviews. this place is quite good. Considering the price of the food it is quite tasty. I got the Poulet au Caramel and Riz Cantonais, both quite tasty. I can only recommend !

13/04/2026: I go there regularly and always order the same thing, my M3 meal deal. Besides being inexpensive, it's honestly one of the best I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is delightful; the manager is very kind. I highly recommend you go; it will be a pleasure for both you and your wallet.

06/07/2026: Sunday morning, July 5, 2026, around 9:30 a.m., I had a coffee on a terrace. A young redhead waitress served me. Gorgeous, voluptuous, sexy. For a few moments, I fell in love with this stunning woman... My day was made all the better for it.

06/06/2026: Upon arrival, the place wasn't very clean. The tables on the terrace hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and there were marks on them. I ordered an espresso and a Coca-Cola. The coffee was served in a cup that had already been used. I went to ask them about the dirty glass, and the waitress replied that it wasn't my fault if I'd been partying too much. When they reserved my coffee, there was no apology or anything. As for the Coke, the guy put the ice cubes in with his bare hands, and the glass had stains on it! It hadn't been washed either. I don't recommend it, especially the service.
