29/08/2026: Not a customer. We wanted to stop for a drink with our friends, but no, proper attire required without even explaining what is proper or not, said in a very aggressive tone. Especially since we were only staying for an hour, outside of peak hours. In short, avoid this place if you don't want to be barked at by a cowboy.

17/08/2026: Check your bill; the waiter has a knack for upselling and doesn't understand French service. I asked for water with the €18 set menu, and he put a bottle of Evian on the table with the starter and main course at the same time and disappeared, presumably to avoid having to come back. The weather was pleasant, and I was thirsty, so I had to get up and go inside to ask if the Evian was included. "Yes, sir." I smelled a rat, but I sat back down and asked for my dessert to go. Of course, when it came time to pay, the Evian was an extra charge. I refused the extra charge, protesting that I had asked, paid what I owed, and left the water and dessert. A misunderstanding? I don't think so; the waiter speaks perfect French. So it wasn't a matter of understanding, but a deliberate attempt to inflate the bill. The place is nice with a view that relaxes the mind, it's a shame to spoil it by treating customers like fools.

15/08/2026: A complete rip-off: the "vegetable curry" is barely cooked mixed vegetables with curry sauce thrown on top. The coffee is burnt, the service unpleasant. The number of 5-star reviews is extremely suspicious, considering the location.

04/10/2026: The best bakery we saw while in Paris. Popular with local, delicious food and delicious coffee. The staff were very friendly.

28/09/2026: My favorite place for a quick lunch! I love the hot dogs, they're delicious and generously topped, but the cookies are to die for!! I give them a 100% thumbs up, and the Nutella and whipped cream lattes are also divine! It's a very cozy and welcoming place, perfect for grabbing a coffee or an afternoon snack. I highly recommend it; there's always a great selection, and the bagels are excellent too. Best cookies ever 🍪

12/09/2026: At the time of this review, the place is "temporarily closed." I'm glad because if you're a foreigner and speak English, you'll be ignored. We were told to choose a table, sit down, and wait for the waiter. We sat down, chose food from the menu, and waited, waving, trying to get their attention. The waitress saw us and just went about her business! We got up and left! I don't recommend this place!!!!

08/09/2026: A wonderful experience at the Hakuna Matata restaurant in Disneyland Paris! A beautiful and unique setting, a very pleasant atmosphere, and cuisine that's a welcome change from typical fast food. We especially enjoyed the chicken and sweet potato fries. The staff was friendly and the service efficient. A great place for a delicious break in the heart of the park. We'll definitely be back!

23/08/2026: The view is nice and the prices are quite attractive, but unfortunately, we were frankly disappointed. For the children's menu, the choice is rather limited: ham, sausage, or spaghetti Bolognese. We chose the sausages and got Knacki sausages… At that price, I was expecting at least a real sausage, like a Toulouse sausage. Well, we didn't ask beforehand, so that was our mistake too. As for us, we ordered pasta carbonara, mainly because with the intense heat, we didn't want fries. But again, a big disappointment: I barely ate two forkfuls. The pasta had a truly mushy texture, which made it very unappetizing. In the end, we only stayed for about 30 minutes and left quite disappointed. It's a shame, because the setting and the view are pleasant. But for us, it's definitely not a place we would recommend.

14/07/2026: A terrible experience! During our visit, we received a very poor welcome. The waitress had a disdainful attitude and spoke to us disrespectfully. Despite having already ordered, we were asked to leave. We left very disappointed by the service and the atmosphere. We do not recommend this establishment and prefer other bars like Delirium or Caliente.

09/09/2026: Great pizzeria, the welcome is always friendly and the order taking is quick and efficient, the staff are smiling and attentive. I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: I was starting to become a regular customer because of the restaurant's proximity. There was a problem with their menu that day, and while I was sorting it out, they gave me pizzas without hot sauce, even though I had explicitly asked for more than one packet. I felt like a pariah in a matter of seconds. Once the menu issue was resolved, they played the good Samaritan, saying that these things happen. Meanwhile, the service immediately became less friendly. I didn't even have time to get a drink once the problem was fixed; they made me feel so uncomfortable that I grabbed my pizzas and left. I was not at all satisfied. Pay attention to your customers. Just because I had a menu issue doesn't mean the consideration and service should suddenly disappear. It speaks volumes and doesn't make me want to come back.

01/09/2026: We celebrated a birthday last weekend. The setting is mediocre, the prices are exorbitant. We had to pay €30 for a drink (a beer, a kir, or a soft drink + a platter meant for 2-3 people...). The platters are pathetic, with very little filling. I just learned that a slice of cake cost €10 and was eaten in two spoonfuls (see photo). The service is minimal, like everything else...

22/08/2026: We had booked a table at this restaurant for dinner on August 21st, but upon arrival, we learned that the usual dining room was closed due to a lack of air conditioning. We were therefore seated in a dance hall with an unpleasant odor, at tables made from barrels. The setup was very uncomfortable and forced us to hunker down to eat properly. For dessert, we were offered a table on the rooftop terrace. Hardly the ideal conditions to finish a meal in damp weather and 16 degrees Celsius. To top it all off, the coffee machine was also out of order, preventing us from having coffee. Considering the price and the level of service one expects from a restaurant, the experience was clearly disappointing. We would have appreciated more information when making the reservation. I feel this establishment is no longer living up to its former glory.

11/09/2026: Nothing like the old concept. Ultra-fresh, just like at Kobo in Bordeaux. A real treat. Don't change a thing.

28/12/2025: I was there about 10 minutes ago... I had an espresso there... without sugar... and everything was fine... So I'm happy with that... and the mixed-race waitress (I don't know her name)... she really has a beautiful smile... I'll go back. The coffee itself... was very good.

20/12/2025: I don't usually leave many reviews, but they were all really good. The price was affordable at €15.80 for a huge tartiflette burger with a very generous side of tartiflette fries, and the unlimited drinks and sauce were truly amazing.

13/09/2026: ⭐️⭐️ Quite a disappointing experience last night. We arrived at 8:45 pm and left by 9:45 pm at the latest, but we clearly felt rushed to get the staff to finish their shift. The fries weren't good, and before we'd even finished eating, the lights were turned off. I had to ask for them to be turned back on. It's a shame, because it's really unpleasant to feel rushed out like that.

05/09/2026: Fantastic experience with Sylvie and Dylan. Sylvie is truly exceptional. I was originally having dinner with my in-laws and my sister-in-law, who is quite unbearable. Sylvie was lovely and even brought my elderly father-in-law's cake. 🎂

28/03/2026: It must have been 15 degrees Celsius in the restaurant, but even though we told the waitress it was cold, the radiators weren't turned on. We ate lunch in our coats. Three pasta carbonara dishes and three soft drinks for over €50... and what can I say about the pasta carbonara? It wasn't anything special, and I even found hair at the bottom of my plate... disappointed to have wasted my money.

07/09/2026: Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. The quantities have shrunk drastically while the prices remain just as high, if not more so. We're clearly getting much less for much more money. And the pasta is a disaster: dry, completely dry, tasteless, practically inedible. At this price, you'd expect something decent on your plate. In short, a huge drop in both quality and quantity. It's becoming a complete mess. Paying this much for this is over.

20/07/2026: Pizzeria with nice decor and service, however, the pizzas are almost burnt when cooked, which is a shame.

11/10/2025: Perfect! Warm and friendly welcome, good food. I suggest the Normand Royal as an aperitif.
