24/06/2026: Honestly, absolutely terrible, I've never seen anything like it. The saleswomen had terrible faces... no hello, no thank you, nothing. It was like they gave us free food. It's filthy, they're overwhelmed and doing nothing.

15/07/2026: Lost in the middle of nowhere, it's great, it's quiet and pleasant, the rooms are decent, but there was a lack of cleaning during the week. One day they made the bed, two days later they emptied the trash but the bed wasn't made. I'm not sure I understand the system. Anyway, I had a good time there. The pool is nice and there are tables nearby, which is convenient. The breakfast is expensive compared to the quality, which is a shame.

29/07/2026: Good lunch here, very good Caesar salad, very good beef carpaccio, but the Burrata supplement was a bit pricey at €8. Otherwise, excellent service and a very pleasant setting.

03/06/2026: The toilet was appalling. I complained, but the waitresses just laughed. They claimed it was cleaned morning and night. Except the toilet bowl was particularly filthy. It's been there for ages! You'd have to really want to eat at this brasserie! They say the cleanliness of the toilets reflects everything else!

18/03/2026: I've been to Kimberley several times and it's always a great experience. The daily specials are varied and really good, as are the toasted sandwiches. The value for money is excellent, which makes me want to come back regularly. The atmosphere is pleasant and the waitresses and the owner are always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

03/08/2026: Tested via delivery: rather disappointing. The burgers were okay, but nothing special. The fries were completely uninteresting and quite expensive: €5.10 for a small portion of soggy fries with a hint of cheese. They seemed undercooked. Keep in mind that the delivery time probably didn't help, but it really wasn't satisfactory.

23/07/2026: I've only tried Roomies through Uber Eats and I'm always satisfied. The only downside is that the fries aren't always fully cooked, but they're still very good. Thank you so much :)

02/08/2026: Very disappointed. It was impossible to replace one scoop with another. The Banana Split was made with the wrong flavors. The staff told us it was in their policy and they weren't allowed to replace ice cream. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. They said you can't run a business like that. Go get ice cream somewhere else; you'll be better served. The managers should go and learn from their mistakes. As a customer, I have the right to give my opinion. I won't be back. For your information, go learn how to make a Banana Split before telling customers nonsense. It's made with a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, a banana with whipped cream, and you can put one or two cherries on top. It's a disgrace to have served it to me the way you did and call it a Banana Split.

12/07/2026: My advice: avoid this place. This ice cream shop is riding on its long-standing reputation but couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. For example, this afternoon, due to the high volume of customers because of the heatwave, we were offered seats in the sun. Out of frustration, we accepted. Ten minutes later, seats in the shade became available. We asked if we could change tables and were flatly refused. Furthermore, we had to ask for water with our ice cream. Basic courtesy for any ice cream shop is to provide glasses and fresh water when serving ice cream. Run for the hills!

11/07/2026: Good service overall, it's good 👍🏼 My heart goes out to those without air conditioning, because it's so hot in the restaurant.

09/07/2026: We were lured in by the "Big Kiff" offer: 2 pizzas + 2 sides and, most importantly, a free football jersey or gift... We didn't receive the delivery, and when I called to ask about the offer, they gave me the runaround. They gave me the runaround about the address and my phone number, like they didn't understand what I was saying. They said there was no delivery to that address or number. When I mentioned the jersey, they told me they didn't have mayonnaise. After 5 minutes, they clearly told me I was bothering them and that they were going to hang up... which they did!

23/07/2026: I ordered 10 pizzas. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness from the pizza shop manager. But what really prompted me to leave a review is their complete inability to show any consideration for their customers with a gesture of goodwill after a purchase of nearly €200 worth of pizzas. Not even a bottle of rosé or soda for the children. I had to ask if they offered loyalty cards. I was told they did, but they didn't give them out automatically; I had to request one. Given that my purchase of 10 pizzas meant the loyalty card was maxed out in one go, and my family works in retail, I find it very sad that they have so little ability to offer any kind of gesture of goodwill. All of this will definitely discourage me from returning.

24/07/2026: A top-notch restaurant in a lovely mountain setting. A brasserie just the way we like them, with refined dishes. It's everything you could want in a brasserie! If the weather's bad, you can go inside; the cozy "chalet" decor makes for a fantastic experience! A must-try!

21/07/2026: Super tasty fries, but unfortunately the meat didn't have much flavor. We were served very well here, though, and it was a pleasant place to sit.

14/08/2026: Disappointed with this experience… 😕 I ordered a Caesar salad for €19 and, honestly, I found the price really excessive for the portion size. A few lettuce leaves, two tomato slices, and some chicken… the whole thing was quite meager and lacked any real generosity. At that price, I expected a much more substantial and carefully prepared dish. It's a shame, because the value for money is clearly lacking. A disappointment, especially considering the price of the other dishes.

12/08/2026: Opinions are divided! Personally, I thought the calamari was very good! It's a simple but tasty dish! I also ordered aioli sauce, which was absolutely delicious... and I think it was homemade! Value for money: fair Lossed two stars because they don't accept restaurant vouchers, and this isn't mentioned anywhere!

04/07/2026: It doesn't even deserve one star, we were very poorly received, one orange juice per person that must have been 2 cm high, paying €5.50 for the juice, many people complain about this place, the owner is unbearable.

21/06/2026: The service was wonderful and very pleasant. The most deplorable aspect was the management. The butter was expired (reported to the DGCCRF). We didn't even receive a gesture of goodwill from management. And they berated us because we dared to order chocolate ice cream for our little girl without going through our lovely waitress.
