12/08/2026: Arriving for dinner at the port of Collioure, we noticed some available tables at Copacabana. We were seated near the service tables where the waiters were leaving, apparently the only ones available... a waitress took care of us; she was friendly and professional. However, several other waiters were waiting, chatting and talking rudely amongst themselves, without any regard for the fact that they were at work and near the customers. They had no restraint in their remarks and made dubious insinuations about their female colleagues. In short, we left. I don't know if their food is good or if the waiters are efficient, but at first glance, apart from showing off...

12/07/2026: They tell us there's a World Cup match on. They're going to broadcast it, so we sit down and have a drink, which by the way is a Coke that costs €5 and is 75% full of water, knowing that there's probably not even 25% Coke in the glass. That's not normal, considering they haven't even broadcast the match.

04/07/2026: I highly recommend this bar, it's fantastic! You can go there with your eyes closed, friends. The service is top-notch and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly. Thank you!

20/07/2026: The restaurant was pleasant because it was air-conditioned. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was questionable, and we would have preferred a better explanation of the different dishes. Overall, a mixed review: not good enough to be considered top-rated, but not bad enough to be considered inferior.

05/08/2026: Disappointed by the Italian Whoppers, they had no flavor, no mozzarella, just a tasteless, sponge-like thing, and no sauce. A truly disappointing experience. We were hungry, so we ate them anyway; we were too lazy to complain after work and just wanted to go home. Plus, there was no ice cream available, so we had to go to McDonald's across the street.

09/05/2026: Terrible service, exorbitant prices! Avoid at all costs!!

09/05/2026: The welcome was extremely cold. We were seated as a group of four and asked three different servers when we were ready to order, but they ignored us and served other customers who arrived after us! One of them even told us they were out of menus! Meanwhile, menus were being brought to the next table… The service was mediocre; we didn't order anything, got up, and left… This place shows a blatant disregard for its customers and should be avoided.

22/07/2026: The view of the beach and sea was really lovely. I ordered the catch of the day, which was grilled cuttlefish—delicious, with olive oil, salt, and pepper, but very good. The profiterole was also excellent.

20/07/2026: Outrageously expensive. The girl at the bar didn't even say hello. €10 for a half-pint and an Oasis. And you have to go get them at the bar...

17/05/2026: I went to pick up two packages that had arrived at their location. The first one was given to me, but for the second, the salesperson asked me to come back the next day because he had just received it and didn't have time to deal with it, even though I was the ONLY customer in the shop. And now I've received an email saying that the salesperson REFUSED to take my package from the pickup point and sent it back without explanation. Frankly, it's SHAMEFUL! The behavior of the employees at this bakery is getting worse and worse. A review of staff behavior is urgently needed.

22/04/2026: I don't usually leave such a bad review, but I must admit I was very surprised. I came to pick up a package because the establishment offers a parcel collection point, and the person who greeted me didn't even respond to my greeting—completely lacking in politeness. He then searched for my package in the corner of his room (because yes, packages are left there on the floor in full view of customers) and nudged one with his foot; that demonstrates his friendliness and respect for his customers. Finally, he found my package, handed it to me without a word, and when I smiled to thank him and say goodbye, there was no response. I was dismayed by this person's lack of politeness and hospitality. I don't know if it's because I didn't buy anything from you, but sir, you shouldn't start offering parcel collection points if you're going to be so unfriendly to people. I was already aware of this "bakery's" bad reputation, but this was the last time I'll be coming here.

23/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had in an Asian restaurant. The food was simply disgusting, and at best, completely tasteless. The sushi was inedible: dry, hard, and mushy rice, crudely cut fish, and clearly questionable quality. It really felt like everything had been prepared hours beforehand. The worst part was the completely melted ice cream at the buffet. I pointed it out to the staff, and they left it as is despite the warning. In terms of hygiene and respect for customers, this is extremely worrying. The buffet was poorly maintained, the food looked like it had been sitting around for ages, the staff didn't react at all, and the quality was catastrophic from beginning to end. I strongly advise against going there. I wouldn't set foot in there again, even for free.
