20/07/2026: I tried the Okra Chicken. I almost threw up. I left with a nearly full plate. Avoid at all costs!!! The waitress who spoke to me rudely is someone to avoid everywhere.

09/07/2026: Kitchen nightmare? More seriously, this is unprecedented for us. There were three of us, and we simply ordered two Strasbourg salads and one quiche Lorraine. My two friends each found three or four eggshells in their salads. The salad itself didn't seem to have been washed in either dish, and we preferred not to take any risks by not eating it. As for me, the quiche was doughy, made with a pre-packaged pastry base, and contained some highly questionable residue. This wasn't just a lack of appreciation for the food; we genuinely had to give up eating (including some of the raw vegetables and the salad, as mentioned earlier) because our health was at stake. We spoke to the man who appeared to be the owner: the cook had apparently been distracted. However, when we went to the restroom, we noticed that the other dishes coming out of the kitchen weren't any better. We don't usually make negative comments, but we really felt like we were in an episode of Kitchen Nightmares...

06/06/2026: As is so often the case: beautiful location, but terrible food. Two stars for the food is a fair rating. It wasn't awful, but far from good. What a shame 😔

23/07/2026: The tanned, 6'6" (1.90 kg) waiter, very unpleasant, turned around and called me, and I quote, a "f2p" because I had ordered a new drink and he had already noted it on his tablet.

16/05/2026: So, it's a shame I gave one star without having eaten there—well, I did 18 months ago, but anyway, I've been calling for three days to reserve a table for eight, but each time it's the answering machine telling me to call back during opening hours. I'm not completely crazy; every time I've tried, it was during opening hours, of course. Don't put up a number if it's impossible to reach you. Too bad for you; we'll eat anyway, but for you, eight people is lost revenue.

14/05/2026: Delightfully nostalgic background music with Tozzi and a slightly old-fashioned feel to the place. One drawback: the seating is worn and stained. The crockery could use replacing.

29/07/2026: We were looking for a good place to have dinner as a family, so we went into this restaurant. First, we were asked to go outside and wait, even though the restaurant was completely empty. A few minutes later, they finally seated us… at the very same table we were originally going to sit at. The waiter brought us the menus before disappearing for a good six minutes. When he finally returned, it was only to ask if we wanted drinks. We told him we preferred to order our food directly. He then disappeared again for what felt like an eternity—enough time for a bike ride from Strasbourg to Colmar. We wanted to stay positive, so I put my phone on the table with the stopwatch. Strangely enough, the waitress arrived shortly after. Seeing the stopwatch, she snapped, “Oh no, you don’t use a stopwatch!” in such a haughty tone. She then went and told her colleague as if they were the victims, even though I would have had time to go into the kitchen, prepare my meal, eat it, go home, and go to bed before anyone even thought about taking care of us. Simply appalling service. It's blasphemy!

28/07/2026: I ordered a Caprese salad and an Exotica pizza, but I ended up receiving a Caprese pizza instead. The waiter admitted he misunderstood the order and apologized, but didn't even bother to replace it. My partner had to get up to ask for the salad we had ordered from the start. When it came time to pay the bill, I asked where the pizza we had been charged for and then cleared away was, so I could at least eat the salad. I was very disappointed by the waiter's incompetence and the lack of consideration shown for his mistake. Fortunately, a waitress took over with great kindness and professionalism. The food was still excellent.

02/06/2026: Disgusting. I ordered chicken with peppers. It was a mush of inedible bits. I left everything and paid the full price, plus the owner was grumpy and claimed that customers liked the dish. What a taste! And I vomited! It's a disgrace to the restaurant industry. You should close down before you're asked to. Avoid at all costs!

22/05/2026: Terrible service. The waitress insulted us. If we had the misfortune of asking for more food from the all-you-can-eat menu, she gave us a dirty look, started talking to her colleagues, and took the menu with her. It's already difficult to make ourselves understood with her, but come on, we didn't say anything, we're not all obligated to speak French... but at least respect the customers, ESPECIALLY IF THEY UNDERSTAND YOUR LANGUAGE! Anyway, the food isn't bad, but I recommend the Mizakaya restaurant, which is similar but much better. Even if you ask for no wasabi or ginger, it's still on the plate, stuck to everything else, so the flavor is definitely there. And to top it off, the spring rolls were freezing cold inside, barely warmed up. That's all there is to say about this restaurant except that the experience is greatly ruined by the dark-haired woman who serves us. And the kindness of the grey-haired lady and her impeccable service, she deserves to work in a high-class environment.

16/06/2026: This is the second time I've bought pizzas there. The first time, I received an unpleasant welcome from a man, and tonight I was greeted by a young woman, no problem. However, as soon as we walked in, the same man started yelling at my 5-year-old daughter to close the door. We left, same story, no goodbye. I thought, he must have had a bad day, don't let it bother you. But what really made it a problem was the fly in the pizza. So this will be the last time.

12/04/2026: The pizzas are good, but the man I spoke to on the phone was about as friendly as a prison guard! What a shame...

17/02/2026: These ice creams are really mediocre, very little flavor for the fruit-flavored ones, especially the lychee where you can only taste the milk and cream...

30/05/2026: So disappointed I even wanted to try this restaurant! The young woman I spoke to was very hesitant. I think it was the chef who came to see me, but I wasn't convinced. I was the only customer, and I understood why when I saw the quality of the meal and the bill: for €20, a quarter of a melon fighting over three small slices of cured ham (and nothing else), some reheated fries, and a piece of chicken that was also reheated (probably steamed since the skin wasn't grilled), and for dessert, a vacherin. You can find much better at a roadside diner for less. On top of that, you have to add a glass of sparkling water and a little mint syrup for €3.50 and a small coffee for €1.50. So sorry! And definitely not an experience I'll be repeating!

21/05/2026: For the amount of money, the service people were rude. The refrigerator did not work, and they only had paper cups.Not even glass or water. The entrance is super tricky and dangerous. The views are beautiful, but it cannot outweigh the treatment. We've received. Plus neither the pool or the jacuzzi was heated.

02/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch and was really disappointed. I ordered a slice of savory tart with a side salad, and I found the price excessive for the quality served—we're talking about a slice of quiche and a green salad for €18.50! Even though the menu is simple, I expected a bit more in terms of taste… Perhaps I should have focused on the desserts. Furthermore, the restrooms were dirty, which is unacceptable. When I ordered my meal to go, I noticed once I got home that the salad was missing, even though I had barely touched it, which is really regrettable, especially considering the price I ended up paying for it. On the other hand, I have no complaints about the person who served me; everything was fine in that regard. In short, a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend.

11/10/2025: Good, but the service was very slow; it took over 25 minutes before anyone even asked us what we wanted. And the waitress was very unpleasant.

14/06/2026: One star because I can't give less. The portions are too small, which didn't surprise me given the reviews. They sell bubble teas only half full, and when you ask them not to rip you off, the cashier pretends not to speak French, even though she speaks it fluently! Avoid this place; the service is disastrous.

14/06/2026: One star because zero isn't an option. I went to the shop as a regular customer. When I arrived, the young man and the woman working there asked me to remove my one-star rating on Uber Eats because I had ordered repeatedly, and each time the bubble teas were undersweetened and too small, even though I constantly specify this on the app. This instruction is NEVER followed. I gave one star to express my dissatisfaction. This time, I went to the shop to get a bubble tea, and I HAD to come back from home to have them sweetened and refilled because they were undrinkable. Returning to the shop, the lady insulted me in Vietnamese while speaking to her colleague, thinking I didn't understand, because her colleague had retorted that my ratings were a problem because he was losing money because of them, when all you have to do is make the orders correctly, on the other hand, when the boss is there the orders have no defects and the staff are very friendly when the boss is there.
