10/06/2026: I'm a tour operator and work closely with the Accor chain. This IBIS STYLE doesn't live up to the quality standards it bears. It's an older property, with rooms that probably haven't changed since it opened. The rooms have new, comfortable beds, but the rest of the furnishings are damaged from wear. The carpet is so worn that it no longer has the red and black color it once had. In the first Google photo, that hint of yellow isn't a reflection or a hue, but rather the color has faded over time (just look under the bed to find the original color). The bathroom isn't much better, with a wooden door with chipped paint and tub panels that fall off. Breakfast is rather meager, with few products and undrinkable coffee. The only positives: The kind and welcoming receptionists, the private parking, and the proximity to the city center. This hotel should be downgraded to an IBIS BUDGET!

09/06/2026: Basic Ibis hotel. Several problems arose during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was nonexistent, forcing me to use my own phone; there was a problem with the payment terminal. Breakfast was basic: cold cuts, fruit juice, bread, pastries – the standard fare. The rooms were adequate. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and smiling.

29/06/2026: We tasted your food in the restaurant and had no complaints, except perhaps for the cardboard dishes and wooden cutlery. Today we got Vietnamese spring rolls to go and they were absolutely delicious, thank you!

18/02/2026: The waitress was bitter; she was forced to work because of her lack of politeness. The noodles tasted like dirt, and you had to ask her to heat the food up. Otherwise, the shrimp was good, but the price was exorbitant for the very small portion served.

02/07/2026: 45 minutes late for a delivery scheduled for 6:30 pm, it's hard to understand how you can be so busy at this time, no gesture, no apology.

29/06/2026: The pizza was well-topped, but the dough was undercooked and super hard. The egg we ordered was so cooked it had disappeared. The welcome from a balding, unfriendly, and very cold gentleman should do another job. We are regular customers, and this is the first time we have been disappointed.

29/03/2026: I ordered two large cheese pizzas and two small ones – excellent pizza, the best in the south.

27/03/2026: Very good, but only when it's open... I'm fed up with coming only to find the door closed. It's happened several times now that we've come during the posted opening hours and the subway is closed. Going all the way there, really wanting to go, and all for nothing is incredibly annoying and frustrating!

19/01/2026: I'm a little surprised to see some of the negative reviews. The owner might seem a bit distant at first, but we go every week and are always served kindly and quickly. The food is good, plentiful, varied, clean, and the staff are polite. What more could you ask for? Keep up the good work, we love it!! Laetitia

04/07/2026: I was there on June 25th, 2026. The restaurant is very pleasant and clean. There's music to create a nice atmosphere. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely fantastic. Special mention to the super friendly manager. Honestly, it was flawless! 🙌🏽

02/07/2026: Not gonna lie I found a strand of someone’s HAIR in my bread but I didn’t mind too much because the waiter was so kind and brought me a new one, wouldnt go out of my way to go again, but not something I would try to avoid either

04/07/2026: We returned to this restaurant, which we had discovered a few years ago, and it used to be a crêperie that was a real treat. Today, everything has changed. We arrived and there was no welcome whatsoever. The table was dirty, and we had to ask for the placemats to be changed (this should have been done beforehand). We weren't even asked if we wanted to eat inside or outside; we were simply shown out. I asked if they had non-alcoholic cocktails, and they said yes, but there was nothing about them on the menu. In short, the menu was useless: ten sheets of paper with a GPT (Google Play) showing us the dishes—we felt like we were at the market. There was very little choice, and the quality left much to be desired. The salad ingredients weren't even listed. No water was served at the table, and we didn't ask for it. The owner or waitress (I don't know which) smoking every 10 minutes in front of the restaurant... that's really off-putting. The salt and pepper shakers were sticky, and the bread basket was filthy with fingerprints everywhere... In short, avoid this place at all costs; we were very disappointed.

14/06/2026: We arrived with very few people there, the owner I think brought us the menu without a word or a glance, we waited 20 minutes, nobody came to see us even to order drinks... so we left when the order of a table that had arrived 5 minutes earlier was taken...

26/07/2026: Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. It started with several dishes and drinks that turned out to be unavailable. No Givry, no Fish & Chips, and after waiting for over half an hour, it turned out the Orangina was out of stock as well. We were only told this after we asked for it again ourselves. No alternative was offered. Remarkably, the food was on the table within five minutes. The Boeuf Bourguignon was fine, but far too salty. The duck breast had a good flavor, but was a bit dry on the outside. Fortunately, the bavette was well-received. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest problem. Our empty plates remained on the table for over half an hour, while the wait staff walked past several times. Eventually, we stacked everything ourselves so the children could play cards. The red wine, which was served by the carafe, was also disappointing and did not suggest that this was the wine we had ordered. With better staff and more attention to the guests, this could have been a fine restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing for us.

16/07/2026: So yesterday we decided to go for a drink in town. Crazy request, I ordered a decaf iced coffee. The waiter said no problem (well, no problem, right?). It arrived a little dark roasted, but nothing to complain about, very pleasant. I ordered a second one, decaf, of course. Not the same taste at all, but in conversation with my friends, I didn't mention it. Well, I didn't sleep until 4 a.m. (even though I don't usually have trouble falling asleep except when I drink... caffeinated coffee). Okay, it was just a mistake, but be careful. I don't have any serious health problems related to caffeine, but some people do.

13/07/2026: The long-haired waiter in the basement was incredibly unpleasant. With the heatwave and the crowds, it was very hot downstairs, and even though my friend wasn't feeling well, the waiter refused to give her a glass of tap water until we ordered. When we finally ordered, the drinks were handed to us roughly and without any consideration.

30/10/2025: Excellent meal, excellent wines. It's a shame the locals didn't participate. We were the only ones there.

23/07/2026: The evening and daytime staff are exceptional; the daytime staff are full of smiles, good humor, and energy! Unfortunately, the food and management are disastrous! There are arguments between the owners in front of customers and employees, shouting can be heard from the terrace, and the food is slow and quite expensive for what it is. (Three stars are reserved for the servers.)

23/07/2026: The Place des Corps Saints is a pleasant place to sit. However, the bar Les Célestins is a real tourist trap. For example, two bottles of white wine listed at €22 on the menu were charged to us at €50. Also, pay close attention to the menu; the "charcuterie/cheese" platter is listed at €13.90, but this presentation is misleading. The "/" actually means "or," not "and." If you don't specify this when ordering, you'll be served both, and the bill jumps to €23. As for the platters themselves, the portions are very small, and the quality is quite average. Considering the prices, the value for money is far from satisfactory. A very disappointing experience that I do not recommend.

10/07/2026: The saleswoman, wearing a cap (Sasha), had a rather unpleasant tone. It was as if she were being bothered, even though her job was simply to serve customers. I ordered snacks worth almost €30. She responded curtly, pointing out there was a mistake in the order. She didn't offer me a bag, even though I had many items. When I asked for one, she gave me the smallest size. Unable to fit everything in it, I asked if there was a larger one. The answer: no. Logically, she would suggest a second one, but instead, she moved on to something else… so I asked for a second one, which she gave me with disdain. I've shopped at Marie Blachère stores all over France, but this one is unacceptable. Update: I was then taken care of by Malena, who significantly improved the level of service.
