08/05/2026: Help!! I booked a table for a friend's birthday. The manager told me it was perfectly fine and asked for the reservation time (so far, so good). We arrived at the château the next day at the scheduled time, and there was NO ONE there!!! I tried calling, but to no avail. Thank you, sir, for ruining this birthday evening that was so important to me. How is it possible to take my reservation and then, when I arrive at the château, it's like it's been abandoned? At least have the decency to answer the phone instead of wasting people's precious time.

29/03/2026: We chose to celebrate our wedding at this magnificent estate, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better place. Everything was absolutely perfect: we were able to personalize the menus for our guests, choose the castle's reception room, and select the table layout, which allowed us to feel completely at ease, especially with the children. The choice of dishes was varied, everything was delicious, and beautifully presented. We particularly appreciated the tranquility of the venue, without being disturbed by other guests. We felt right at home in this exceptional setting. A huge thank you to the castle manager for his professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills, which greatly contributed to making this day an unforgettable moment.

19/09/2026: After a tiring day, I ordered a quick McDonald's in the evening so I wouldn't have to cook and could have a comforting meal. It wasn't very busy inside at 6:40 PM, so I got takeout. I had a nasty surprise when I got home: one of the three meals was missing a large fry, and one of the drinks didn't match the order at all. The top of one of the burger buns was practically dry. From now on, you really have to check everything before you go home.

05/08/2026: No chairs, we had to stand to eat, shameful! Close it! If you can't even seat people who are ordering, there are only 18 chairs left!!! Shameful, never again!! P.S. My girlfriend had to sit on the floor to eat her meal, what a disgrace!!!! McDonald's is a major, globally recognized chain... how is it that there aren't enough chairs? What kind of mess is this? Where are we?!!!!!!

03/08/2026: I ordered through the app for delivery at 8 PM, but it arrived at 7:45 PM and was incomplete. I waited 40 minutes for the rest of my order on a Monday. This meant I had to eat cold food, which ruined my evening. I ordered another order to pick up, but I'm completely disgusted with the service and I'm going to uninstall the app altogether.

29/07/2026: We stayed two nights in July. A timeless inn in a beautiful village. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was spacious. Breakfast by the pool was very pleasant.

16/09/2026: Very disappointed with Waffle Factory, especially since we're very regular customers and come almost every day. On several occasions, the waffles have been very sparsely filled compared to the price. But today, the behavior of an employee really put us off. We had bought our meal elsewhere, BUT we also ordered a sweet waffle to eat in at Waffle Factory for dessert. So we sat down to eat, and the employee came over to tell us, in a very formal manner, that we couldn't eat in the restaurant. From the moment we order and pay for a product from your establishment, I find it completely inappropriate to ask us to leave or to imply that we can't eat in. We weren't just sitting at a table without ordering anything: we were indeed Waffle Factory customers and we had just made a purchase. And what's even more upsetting is the way it was said. There's a way to talk to customers, especially those who come so regularly. Between the waffles sometimes being barely topped and now being practically thrown out after ordering, it really doesn't make me want to come back. A very bad experience and a huge disappointment.

07/09/2026: A very good little restaurant for a snack while strolling around the neighborhood or at the shopping center. The prices are rather high, but the food is very good and plentiful, everything is clean, and the staff are very friendly, as well as quick and efficient.

16/09/2026: The pizza makers are super friendly, the pizzas are delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable!
