24/07/2026: As a regular customer for the past four years, I've never had any problems, whether with the sales staff or the products; everything is always impeccable. I highly recommend them.

12/06/2026: Hello, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience from the afternoon of June 11th. I was greeted by a saleswoman wearing glasses and a ponytail. When I simply wanted to be served, she refused, saying she had to finish washing up. I explained that my break was ending in less than 5 minutes and that I was therefore in a hurry, but unfortunately, this wasn't taken into account. I completely understand that a single person on duty might have many tasks to manage, but in my opinion, the priority should remain welcoming and serving customers, especially when the request only takes a few moments. Better organization could prevent this kind of situation from happening again. It was a disappointing experience that doesn't reflect the level of service one expects from a bakery.

24/02/2026: I never leave reviews, but this time I think it's important to say that this restaurant is family-run, excellent, and the portions are huge. We also don't understand the negative reviews. It's a really great place.

10/01/2026: The pizzas were delicious! We ordered them by phone and they were ready as soon as we arrived. The price was reasonable for pizzas, the vegetarian one was generously topped with grilled vegetables, and the crust was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

27/07/2026: The food is mediocre and bland. The owner is particularly unpleasant and makes it abundantly clear that he has no interest in his customers. He has absolutely no business sense, but he clearly doesn't care. Avoid this place.

18/07/2026: We didn't stay because two waiters gave us a rude welcome and spoke to us disrespectfully. We weren't allowed to choose our seats; they were the ones who assigned them. And we weren't allowed to eat inside because, supposedly, it wasn't too warm outside.

09/05/2026: The meal wasn't great; it was dry, without sauce, and not very clean in terms of hygiene.

14/03/2026: This establishment may seem modest at first glance, but it offers professional and high-quality service. The welcome is pleasant, and the managers are approachable and helpful. The menu includes a buffet, appetizers and desserts, and a selection of cooked dishes. It's a very nice, roadside diner-style option where you eat simply, but well and in generous portions. Don't hesitate to stop by and get to know the managers and the menu, a type of place that's becoming increasingly rare.

18/04/2026: I arrived at 12:05 PM and the person told me that if I was there to buy cheese (a strange idea in a cheese shop!), I would have to come back later. I should point out that she said this in a very ironic tone, almost sneering. And what's more, she left me looking at the cheeses for 5 minutes without saying a word while she was busy with her only two customers. The fact that they are closed for cheese purchases is not mentioned on their website for the time slot between noon and 2 PM. The customer is treated very poorly. I think some people should find another line of work. It's a shame because the cheese is good, but there are other excellent cheese shops in Perpignan. Another customer lost! It doesn't seem to bother them, judging by some of the reviews; nothing changes.

02/03/2026: Don't be fooled by the rating. It's amazing! Made with passion. Served with a smile and good cheer. They deserve 5 stars. Delicious and authentic.

17/01/2026: Is the restaurant still open? We came last summer and loved it. We wanted to come back at the beginning of September, then again on the evening of the Christmas openings, and finally tonight, mid-January. Each time, we found the doors closed, despite having seen online that the restaurant was open. We hope we were just unlucky and can come back soon.

15/07/2026: Our order was completely incomplete; we paid for drinks that weren't given to us by the cashier! Apparently, this is common practice there, judging by other reviews! The tacos didn't match our order, and to top it all off, we had diarrhea for two days! Honestly, run away while you still can! The cashier was unpleasant and incompetent! The final straw! Plus, the phone number isn't working; it's not assigned!

24/05/2026: Hello, I bought some frozen Bounty bars this afternoon. When I bit into them, I noticed that all the ice cream was on one side, and the other side was just frozen water. This is clearly a sign that the ice cream melted before being refrozen... :-( We tried three other ice creams and had the same result. Everything went in the trash, not wanting to take any risks for our children. There clearly needs to be better control over frozen products. Be careful.

29/07/2026: The Subway itself is very good, no complaints there. However, the service needs improvement. The owner doesn't accept any orders placed through the Subway app, the service is very slow, and the portions are very small. When you ask for a little more, the owner intervenes to tell you not to add any more. We get the feeling we're bothering the owner with every little request rather than anything else. He's not at all customer-oriented.

14/07/2026: Every time I've been to the Subway in Herblay, I've always been well received. The employees are always attentive, the sandwich quality is very good, and there's always been a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it! 🫡

19/07/2026: Noise disturbances until dawn. They let customers leave with glass cups that are then littered all over the area; numerous bottles of nitrous oxide are present nearby. A complete disgrace.

21/04/2026: I wish to express my incomprehension and profound dissatisfaction regarding the 5-star rating given to this establishment. For €500 per night, the service provided is far from adequate and in no way justifies this price. The problems encountered are numerous: Persistent musty smell and damp patches on the ceiling; Very inadequate cleaning: dust and fingerprints on the bathroom mirror; Toilet paper already used, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard; Lack of bathrobes and basic towels, unworthy of a 5-star hotel; Completely damaged bedroom door and deteriorated mosquito net, no longer functioning properly; Poorly maintained common areas, revealing a general lack of upkeep; A bottle of water was "forgotten" in the evening, which is a basic courtesy in this type of establishment; Non-existent soundproofing: you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms; The noise from the blower/machine directly into our room is particularly disturbing in the evening and incompatible with a relaxing stay. As for the restaurant, the food is decent but nothing exceptional, certainly not up to the expected standard of a supposedly upscale establishment. While one can understand the desire to offer an "authentic" or "Camargue" style, this in no way excuses such a level of carelessness. The gap between the advertised standard and the reality is far too wide. If you are looking for a truly high-end experience, it's best to avoid this establishment. The surrounding area is pleasant, but this in no way compensates for the disappointing quality of the accommodation and services.
