03/09/2026: I waited an hour for my food and juice, and I had to ask for a carafe of water. The service was provided by a completely overwhelmed waitress. A disaster...

29/08/2026: We went without a reservation, and were advised against sitting outside in case of rain. Once inside, it was very small and cramped. The waitress must have been having an off day; she shouted loudly in the kitchen, "I don't want to serve or work today, I just don't feel like it!" Not very welcoming, but never mind. The young man who took over made up for it; he was friendly and did his best with the menu. The sharing platter for two was very nice and tasty, and the savory crepes were good too. Not very expensive and really good/generous portions. I recommend this restaurant when the weather is sunny (the servers will surely be more pleasant).

30/09/2025: Very good food, highly recommended. We were very well served for a group of 30 people.

10/08/2025: Shaded terrace in the garden. Very warm welcome. We had a roasted Camembert and a Caesar salad, classic recipes but served in a very original way. Very good. Don't hesitate to go up the street to the center of the village.

22/02/2026: We had a very bad experience at this restaurant, as the manager/owner spoke very rudely to her kitchen staff and the waitress. We felt uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy our meal together. We understand that the restaurant was full and that this caused stress, but the management needs to be reviewed. We waited an hour before being served, and what's more, the vacherin was served frozen, making it inedible.

27/03/2026: The owner is wonderful, the atmosphere is calm, the pizza is generous and homemade, one of the few places in Haute-Savoie that can truly claim to make THE pizza like in Italy. I highly recommend it! 5 stars, 5 hearts, 5 everything!

07/07/2026: A nasty person (a man behind the tobacco counter) refused to cash my ticket, claiming he didn't have time, and just threw it on the counter while he was busy ringing up other bettors' tickets. Avoid this place; I won't buy anything from them again.

01/09/2026: Terrible food I was sick after visiting here on Sunday. Avoid this place. The welcoming is friendly, but the food is terrible and not fresh.

16/07/2026: Really bad service, it almost seems like they are mad that you want to buy something. I think they only exist because there is no alternative.

12/07/2026: Cynthia has taken over Joëlle's restaurant with flying colors, much to our delight. It boasts a great atmosphere, homemade cuisine, and a spectacular terrace... In short, it feels just like being at Mom's house 🙂

11/11/2025: It's impossible to make a reservation at this restaurant. When you call, you get a recorded message giving the opening hours and asking you to book online, but you can't get through to anyone on the phone. And on the website, it's impossible to book. You can't even select the Ecully location. How are you supposed to reserve a table for 12 people?!

28/10/2025: I ate with a friend today, and the waitress was grumpy. What's more, there were two peas in the measure. The table next to us had some older people, and while she spoke calmly, she was condescending and rude to us from the beginning of the service. We wanted the all-you-can-eat mussels menu, and at the end of the second seating, she cleared everything away and told us in a very rude voice that there wasn't any left. And I paid for the all-you-can-eat menu, and it's not the first time I've been there, and it's the first time an employee has spoken so rudely.

25/03/2026: I just walked into this bakery at 8:30 am. I left with a smile; the baker was incredibly kind and had a smile I rarely see around here. Everything is homemade. The "sport" bread is delicious, and so is the pistachio roll. I was looking for a really good bakery near the Gare de Lyon. This one was my choice for today, and I know I made the right decision. Thank you for your kindness.

20/03/2026: While the bakery offers excellent specialty breads, including some very good energy breads with fruit, I was very surprised by the particularly unpleasant welcome from the salesperson: no greeting, curt answers (yes, no), minimal and irritatingly slow service, and no response to our goodbye. The neighborhood has no shortage of bakeries with equally good breads and pastries, and a much warmer welcome.

21/08/2026: The delivery service was excellent and very patient.

13/08/2026: The four-cheese pizzas are excellent, and the service is very fast on site.

08/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow; the waitress came back after half an hour to tell me that the dish I had ordered wasn't available. If you have time to waste, go ahead, otherwise, keep walking; you'll easily find something better a little further down the road.

02/08/2026: Friendly welcome, perfect fries, huge and perfectly cooked steak. The wide-open bay windows make the place very pleasant on this summer Sunday afternoon. A very pleasant surprise.

01/10/2026: Chocolate croissant made of cardboard, cappuccino which is actually diluted coffee

25/09/2026: A basket full of apples, and the vendor gives me the rotten one! Of course, it was in a paper bag, so I only discovered it once I was on the train, when I was having breakfast… Next time, if there is a next time, I would at least appreciate having a choice and being able to see what I'm buying. No need to smile, I understand the fatigue, but I expect at least quality products. Personally, I'll avoid this place.

02/05/2026: We had a very enjoyable lunch with excellent service. Exceptional foie gras terrine , octopus salad . For mains - chicken breast with morilles and the local fish - omble - perfectly executed. Desserts - wow !!! Best creme brulee so far !!! Thanks so much - must try. And I left my phone on the table but the nice waitress ran after me after we had already walked off to return it. 5 stars
