10/01/2026: Never again. They wouldn't let us sit by the window because they said those were tables for meals. It was 11 am! Those tables were empty the entire time we had our coffee, which cost €7.50! Neither the place nor the coffee was worth it, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition.

07/01/2026: We stopped at this bar because it was really cold outside... Tourist trap with outrageous prices. The staff forgot about us, but at least we were warm. The only positive point: the drink was good.

26/05/2026: A 3-star hotel that only deserves 2. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, there was mold in the bathroom, and neither the room nor the cleaning service was provided (we stayed for two nights). The breakfast "buffet" is rather meager for the price. The staff, however, are very helpful and pleasant.

26/05/2026: We sat there to grab a drink and a desert. As soon as we sat the girl approched us, since the menue was not yet loaded we asked the waiters to give us couples of min, she gave us a FACE and came after 3 min; we asked for a desert and a beer. She told us for the desert we have to go to the next place! Then why do you have it in the menu, if you don't serve it !! I asked to give me a minute to think of something esle! She became irritated and give a me a very rude look and a rolled eyes! If I asked for something on your menu and you said you cant get me, don't be surprised if I need time to think what else your highness can provide!!! VERY RUDE WOMAN. I SUGGEST THE WOMAN WORK IN ANOTHER SECTOR and NOT HOSPITALLITY! SHE IS NOT BIULD FOR HOSPITALITY, SHE IS very RUDE. Its a shame for such a lovely terrace.

28/06/2026: The restaurant is worthwhile because of the excellent service of its waitress, who was very professional, courteous, smiling, and efficient; however, the "owner" seems to confuse "customers" with "those who owe money": we had sat down at a table with the waitress's agreement, which the "owner" seemed unaware of, hence his aggressive "you sit down without asking (sic)" – no apology or gesture of goodwill; had it not been for the service of the lady in charge, we would have spent our money elsewhere

02/08/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ A disastrous experience from start to finish. The restaurant was filthy, the staff unwelcoming, and the organization clearly needs improvement. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the wait was far too long. When our orders arrived, most of the sandwiches were barely lukewarm, or even cold. This is absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant of this chain. When I went to report the problem and ask for a replacement for a cold sandwich, the manager refused to exchange it, displaying an attitude that was completely unfocused on customer satisfaction. What's most worrying is that several customers were experiencing the exact same problem at the same time. This wasn't simply an oversight, but a genuine issue with quality and management. A very bad experience; I strongly advise against going to this restaurant. There are clearly major improvements to be made, in terms of cleanliness, service, and the quality of the food served.

19/07/2026: The terrace is very pleasant, and I enjoyed going there until my last visit. Prices have gone up, and what's worse, drinks that weren't ordered were still charged. The servers were very friendly, but a manager claimed that drinks that were never ordered had been consumed (very unpleasant: 4 + 4 = 8, not 10). Therefore, I can't recommend it; there are plenty of other very nice bars in the area.

18/06/2026: The classic Parisian dishes are on the menu, but... they're a complete disaster! What a shame! Egg mayonnaise > not enough mayo Croque monsieur > cheese too strong/too old Ravioli > sauce from a carton, probably too juicy Coquillette pasta > portion too large, incredibly mushy, overcooked, not al dente, and the sauce > oh dear > it's like water, no consistency whatsoever Fries > soggy... The bread, however, is good. Waiter: a young, unfriendly, and unapproachable young man. Conclusion > a tourist trap, in a beautiful setting, opposite the church... but basically just for a drink... Please, Mr. Owner, find a good chef!

07/08/2026: Pizza and mojito to go are very good and very reasonably priced for this area right on Place du Tertre.

31/07/2026: The food was okay, but the charge for a used glass for the drink ordered was a bit excessive. A glass cost 1 e.

04/01/2026: The concept is very interesting, but poorly executed for several reasons: - Limited variety of dishes: the same items are often on the conveyor belt, with not much choice in appetizers, maki, California rolls, skewers, or desserts. - Very poor quality: the quality of the food is far below what is acceptable, even for all-you-can-eat restaurants. For example, I found the salmon bland, leaving a strange aftertaste even after eating. - Very slow delivery: the wait for food is long; for instance, I waited 10 minutes for the salad I wanted to arrive on my tray. - Cleanliness: the counter isn't cleaned between customers; my table was sticky, and I had to use a wipe to clean it myself. I don't recommend this place unless you're in a hurry to eat lunch or you work in the area and have no other options.

24/07/2026: A bad smell greeted us as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. The lighting was poor. Children were running around everywhere, helping themselves to the buffet with their fingers, without any parental supervision. One drink was included with the meal, which is a bit stingy for €25 per person. The food was bland and questionable, which caused food poisoning for my partner, forcing her to stay at the hotel all day instead of visiting the park.

22/07/2026: We had our evening meals and breakfast at the Pirates of the Caribbean restaurant at Futuroscope, and we have very fond memories of it. The decor is truly immersive: you really feel like you're there! The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and a drink is included with each meal. I think some reviews are a bit harsh, as there really is something for everyone. For children, there are nuggets, burgers, potato pancakes, and more—everyone can easily find something they like. Breakfast is also very comprehensive, with a wide selection. The staff constantly ensures that the buffet is always full, and the tables are cleaned promptly. In the evening, a treasure hunt is organized for children by a captain and his cabin boy. The captain creates fantastic balloon sculptures, and the cabin boy offers face painting for the children. It's sure to delight them and make the meal even more enjoyable! Finally, a big thank you to the staff. Whether at the bar, in the dining room, at reception, or even with the cooks who regularly check that there are enough dishes left on the buffet, everyone is smiling, welcoming, and kind. And a special thank you to Ella (if I heard her name correctly, the young woman who was at the bar and the next day at reception) who did something special for my son's 19th birthday. That was very kind of you. A truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

25/07/2026: Many people criticize Flunch thinking they're going to a good bistro, but it's still more of a canteen, and for the price (around ten euros for an all-you-can-eat meal with starches and vegetables) it's perfectly fine. And I don't think it's just nostalgia talking! 😉

21/07/2026: As a regular at Flunch, and especially a fan of their mussels, I was particularly disappointed with my last meal there on Sunday evening, July 19th. The service at the till was unpleasant (the tone of voice was clearly inappropriate! I should mention that we didn't make any special requests!), and the mussels were only available in the classic marinière style. The server (new for at least two weeks) still didn't seem to be up to speed. Less unpleasant than the first one, though! And then, the mussels... INEDIBLE! They were difficult to open, and when you finally managed, they were stuck to the shells and completely dry. Everyone else in the restaurant who ordered mussels had the same experience. The unlimited side dishes couldn't make up for it: the couscous wasn't cooked as usual, nor was the rice... And the vegetables were basic and unseasoned. I don't hold it against them; the mussels are usually good, but I think there was a problem with the harvesting or preservation of these ones! And to top it all off, no air conditioning... What a lovely evening at Flunch!
