20/06/2026: Exceptionally good bakery! The pastries are fresh daily with fruit, not frozen for once. The specialty breads are very good, as are the baguettes, and the sweet and savory petits fours are top-notch. Take advantage of it, especially since it's just been renovated. 27/06/2026: A place to absolutely avoid!!! Between physical and verbal abuse under the pretext that I'm gay and proud of it, you wonder if Adrien is the boss or the bouncers, especially the bald one. For 10 years I spent a fortune only to be discriminated against, culminating in my being unintentionally drugged by GHB in August 2013. At that point, the staff drove me home, not out of sympathy, but to protect themselves from any legal repercussions. I therefore agree with three-quarters of the reviews and recommend you go to Aux Loges in Saint-Julien-Metz, where I'm currently having a great time. Furthermore, and I'll end there, I can confirm, based on the other negative reviews, that the bills are falsified. Guys and girls, I strongly advise you to keep your drinks in your hands and ask for a detailed bill before paying.

24/07/2026: The quality needs improvement today. A disgrace for a €5 spend on two chocolate pastries and an unpleasant phone call. The food quality should be as impeccable as that of an army team. Politeness isn't the only thing that makes a business successful.

08/08/2026: We enjoyed the Pierre & Vacances half-board option at this restaurant. Staff: very friendly, no complaints. Breakfast: buffet style, good but repetitive (for example, one day they could have offered fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs). Dinner: a different themed buffet each day. The dishes were very good (Périgord specialties, unlimited mussels and fries, unlimited pizza, Spanish dishes, barbecue, etc.). The desserts were also good.

05/08/2026: August 2025 review (edited). Unfortunately, I've downgraded from 5 to 3 stars... Converting the games room into a bar hasn't worked. The menu doesn't reflect what they sell. Not everything is available. The keg wasn't set up on the red pelican, Jägermeister wasn't available, and there was no aged rum... That's a lot. Ordering pizza at the bar was pointless. I waited like an idiot only to be sent to the restaurant with pizzas that had been ready for at least 10-15 minutes... So, the unnecessary wait in the bar, the lack of communication, and the wasted time during my vacation. Being alone at the bar is no excuse. Vacationers shouldn't have to suffer because of your lack of organization. This is my third year at the holiday village, and I'm usually tolerant, but this accumulation of issues made me feel like I wasn't on vacation in a place right in the heart of a holiday village... 3 stars for the quality of the pizzas, which were very good.

22/07/2026: I've ordered takeout from them several times. The young woman who hands out the orders is always very friendly and pleasant, and very helpful if there's a problem.

12/07/2026: My children love this play area. However, as an adult, I find the fast food expensive and not very good. The staff isn't friendly. Children left unsupervised do whatever they want.

26/06/2026: It starts with a good foundation, offering a diverse and varied selection of products that seem to be of good quality. However, when we went today, everything was warm. There was no freshness whatsoever. Customers were complaining about the drinks not being cold. The waitresses seemed completely overwhelmed, with only 10 customers in the dining room at noon, to the point that they couldn't even manage to put lids on the drinks. The icing on the cake: "We can't make you any hot drinks, it's too busy!" Unheard of!! The iced coffees weren't cold at all; we had to ask for ice cubes and put them back in the freezer when we arrived. The salads weren't fresh either. Overall, a rather disappointing first visit!

02/06/2026: For me, that's it. Two expired products in about a month. No staff to serve. It feels like the franchise has been abandoned.

27/07/2026: Excellent welcome, fast and generous service (both on the plate and in the sandwich). I highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: Ordered two pizzas this evening. Extremely dry and tasted awful. Disgusting. I called to complain, but the guy on the phone clearly didn't care. Avoid at all costs.

05/04/2026: I just ordered three XL pizzas online. After an hour without any updates, I called Pizza Hut Montgeron, and they told me that online orders weren't working. I asked for a free pizza as compensation, but the person on the phone said they couldn't do anything without their manager. I understood their reasoning and told them to do their best, but if all else fails, I'd have to pay for the pizza I ordered. Unfortunately, the fourth pizza was missing from the delivery. I called Pizza Hut Montgeron again, and they told me there had been a misunderstanding and that they would send me another pizza, this time free of charge, even without their manager's approval. They did this over the phone's speakerphone in front of the delivery driver. The driver returned 10 minutes later and asked me to pay €19, admitting that the person on the phone wasn't taking responsibility for their actions. So I had to pay for a pizza, albeit half price, but I was against the principle of the thing. I want to congratulate the delivery driver Trahoré, who performed his duties admirably… it's a shame his superiors aren't up to the same standard…

15/07/2026: The restaurant was absolutely filthy, with an extra charge for cockroaches and disgusting toilets. I asked to see the kitchen, but they refused entry, telling me that the cockroaches I saw in the toilets were due to the building's age??? When they heard me mention hygiene inspections and the fact that we left without eating, they called my husband to refund him and told him not to contact the authorities. My husband used to order takeout for my son every time, and each time he got sick, thinking it was because of the chili peppers. It was only the day we went to eat there together that we understood the source of the problem.

07/07/2026: I ordered a Too Good To Go for €2.99 and only received a pizza worth €5, even though it was advertised as worth €12… Furthermore, the hygiene was poor and the service even less than pleasant.

21/07/2026: Gone are the days when everything was clean, meals were eaten outside, dishes were piled high on a rack, and there were lots of wasps. As a result, I got stung once...

27/07/2026: I usually go to the restaurant across the street. But it was closed. Oh well, I'll give it a try... I ordered a kebab without salad to go. First off, they charged me for a meal deal even though I only ordered a kebab. Luckily, I realized because the prices weren't displayed. When I got home, I found salad in my kebab. And it's not the first time this kind of mistake has happened. Anyway, O'Delice is definitely over for me.

19/06/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ ‼️⚠️🚨On Wednesday, June 17th, around 10 PM, I went to Ô Délices in Montréal-la-Cluse to get a kebab and a taco. Frankly, it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. The fries were only half full, and so was the kebab. The raw vegetables tasted like they'd been in the fridge, as if they were from the day before. The kebab had absolutely no flavor, and the taco was dry, practically without any cheese sauce, even though I had asked for extra. The result: a bland and uninteresting meal. The receipt showed a total of €26, but we ended up paying €28 without any explanation. On top of that, the extra sauces were barely filled. Two euros more for that is incomprehensible. What's most disappointing is that we gave this place several chances. I used to go there regularly, and just a few months ago, it wasn't this disastrous. It wasn't exceptional, but at least it was edible. Now, the quality has completely plummeted. For the first time in my life, I couldn't even finish a kebab. It really takes a lot to get to that point. I ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash because it was so bad. I'd much rather pay a fair price for a good kebab than spend €28 on something that goes straight in the bin. At one time, when you asked for sauce, they gave it to you generously, sometimes even the whole carton. Now, you pay extra for barely filled containers. As far as I'm concerned, that's it. I won't be going back. If you're looking for a good kebab in Montréal-la-Cluse, look elsewhere. A huge disappointment. This kebab shop is a disaster! 🚨⚠️‼️⚠️🚨‼️ And I think it needs a hygiene inspection with URSSAF (the French social security agency) for quality control. They need to do something because this is unacceptable.
