07/08/2026: An exceptionally unpleasant waiter. Offensive remarks, rude, annoying. I will never set foot in this establishment again 💋

05/08/2026: The food is simple but good. The service was fine until it came time to pay, when our server tried to charge us for extras we hadn't ordered, and wouldn't let it go, all in a very unpleasant and condescending tone.

29/08/2025: We came for lunch with our family, were seated, and asked to change tables because we were sitting in a draft and noticed it was bothersome. The woman who was serving us looked everywhere to find us a table as if it were crowded, even though there were only two other customers in the entire restaurant. Once seated, the knives were disgusting—dirty, not just dirty—and the glasses were the same, covered in fingerprints. We asked for a carafe of water, and again, we received a look that spoke volumes. For our meal, we specifically requested an Alsatian salad without Gruyère cheese, but it was brought to us with Gruyère (defrosted). The other salads had such strong dressing that with each bite, it felt like eating sour candy. For the price we paid, I find what we got on our plates shameful. Once we were served, the same woman sat down at a table to roll a cigarette. Everyone is free to do as they please, but I didn't think it was a good idea. In short, a very bad experience, a place I would never recommend.

14/06/2026: Hello, We ordered a fruit platter requesting a variety of fruits, but unfortunately we received mostly apples, even though there are plenty of other seasonal fruits available right now! Too expensive!

14/06/2026: Hello For a fruit platter costing 70 euros, half of it consisted only of apples, with very few other fruit varieties. The fruit itself was very good, but we were disappointed.

28/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are flavorful, the ingredients are high quality, and the service is warm. A great place to eat well, I highly recommend it!

14/06/2026: Honestly, it's time to ban phones. The man taking orders has absolutely no respect for his customers. It's like he thinks he's giving us freebies. This restaurant is a disaster. The staff is borderline disrespectful. I've been to this restaurant before, and the staff were very welcoming, which is definitely not the case today. What a shame.

13/07/2026: Arrived at 9:02 PM after the movie on a Monday night... The two employees at that time told us they were no longer serving at tables... Apparently they don't want to work

15/07/2026: I wish I could give it a lower rating… It's really bad. The service is okay, as you don't expect the red carpet when you order a kebab, but apart from the canned sodas, everything is absolutely awful. Soggy fries even though they've just been served, bread straight out of the plastic bag and served directly, meat on the spit PINK (they finish cooking it on a griddle, but it doesn't seem to be done properly)… The meat is really bad, tasteless, undercooked, and there are bits of fat the size of a baby's hand, frankly, it's disgusting. A friend who ate a sandwich from there last week ended up with food poisoning, and my boyfriend and I are worried about our digestion… RUN AWAY - it's annoying that it's the only place open on Rue des Filatiers at such a late hour, but seriously, run away.

03/05/2026: Nice large terrace, often have to get your own drinks/food at the bar, but the service is fast.

02/05/2026: Frankly, we wondered if it was because it was the end of the season or if the service was like this all year round… The terrace was practically empty, yet the wait was abnormally long. We had to ask for the drinks menu twice. Once our order was taken, they brought us something other than what we had ordered, claiming they were out of it… In that case, they should perhaps mention it upfront. And when we pointed out the problem, the response was borderline rude: “I didn’t give you the menu, where did you get it?!” In short, a rather disappointing experience, especially for such a well-located place.

31/03/2026: It's an experience. The very friendly owner welcomes us to rather outdated premises. The meal was simple, but the quality and cleanliness could be better.

14/02/2026: Exorbitant price. Service leaves much to be desired. Mediocre food.

13/03/2026: The main course was lukewarm, the dessert wasn't fresh, and there wasn't much choice for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It's a shame, but the service was lovely.

09/08/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. This chain is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but I waited 30 minutes for my order. I ordered three Happy Meals, including two toys and a book. In the end, I received three Spiderman books (which I hadn't ordered). I also ordered two nectarines and an organic drink in my Happy Meals, but I only received one apple. I definitely do not recommend this place.

09/08/2026: In ice cream, instead of milk or at least a dairy product, there is just water.

09/05/2026: Great staff, I didn't think to take down their names but thank you for your welcome. Very nice spot and comfortable seats!

04/05/2026: At first glance, the menu displayed at the entrance offered numerous sandwiches, which prompted us to sit down. Once we went to order, the server offered us only four sandwiches, forcing us to go outside and show him the menu we'd seen at the entrance to demonstrate THEIR selection. After placing our order, we received two warm Cokes. The sandwiches themselves were a joke: one piece of bread and two tomatoes… The most shocking thing was that as soon as the sandwiches arrived at our table, we were expected to pay the bill. Unheard of! Are we in a restaurant or McDonald's? Avoid at all costs!!

17/07/2026: Very bad experience. When I went to the toilet, I saw a cockroach crawl by. And when I got home, on the receipt, I was charged for two extra drinks that I never ordered.

16/07/2026: Cockroaches in the kitchen, right near the stovetop, meat with an unbearable odor and a color that clearly indicated something was wrong. We informed the manager about the cockroaches, and he replied, "If you're not happy, eat at home." Besides being disrespectful, they are endangering the lives of customers. A bacterium can kill, and they don't even consider the vulnerable.

02/08/2026: Hello, I went at 12:30 PM on Friday, July 31st, and there were no more croissants, chocolate croissants, or bread. I had to come back in the early afternoon, and I finally found a well-stocked shelf and the saleswoman (a blonde woman with glasses) was very professional and pleasant.

01/07/2026: The store is very poorly stocked, orders aren't taken regularly enough, and there's a mess with the cash handling.

08/07/2026: A refreshing drink and ice cream in the afternoon was superb. Caramel expression with the homemade cheesecake was to die for.

18/06/2026: The servers were super friendly, the diabolo was amazing, but the sweet and buttery crepe left something to be desired.
